Your mission

  • Be responsible for your own PUMA direct-to-consumer business with assigned marketplace channels (like Amazon, About You, Decathlon, eBay, OTTO, Zalando)
  • Monitor commercial performance and drive operational actions to achieve commercial targets – primarily Sales and Profitability
  • Leverage data to develop and execute strategies to grow revenue and profitability

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other relevant areas
  • 3-5 years of relevant working experience in eCommerce, Marketplaces or Digital Industry
  • Knowledge of standard Retail / eCOM processes (Merchandising, Fulfilment, Product onboarding, Customer Service, etc.) and KPIs. Ability to translate business requirements to technical requests
  • Strong analytical skills – working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential, knowledge of Power BI or other reporting tools is beneficial
  • Ability to gather data and create meaningful analysis or reporting. Provide clear and relevant business requirements to BI analysts to create new / improve existing tools
  • Commercial mindset and ability to effectively prioritize various tasks in a fast-paced environment

Your mission

  • Support the design team in creating graphic concepts for Teamsport footwear and equipment collections

  • Translate seasonal trends, athlete insights, and performance stories into impactful graphic executions

Your mission

  • Act as internal consultant for Global Operations and wider PUMA organization

  • Be part of our BI Wholesale & Operations team driving end-to-end business transparency through our cross-functional reporting suites

  • Strong business partnering skills with the ability to translate operational & strategic needs into scalable BI solutions and clear reporting outcomes

  • Analytical, proactive mindset: you spot trends, patterns and opportunities early and convert insights into actionable recommendations for decision-making

  • Power BI expertise (data modeling, DAX, interactive dashboards, performance best practices) and a passion for building user-centric reporting suites

  • High documentation & governance orientation: you create clear documentation (sources, models, KPI definitions, training material) and contribute to BI/KPI standards & quality assurance.

  • Strong communication & enablement skills: you can facilitate requirement discussions, align expectations, and train users to drive adoption of BI templates and dashboards

Your mission

  • Be part of and drive the BI transformation within an evolving and changing European and global set-up

  • Co-manage multiple projects within the Wholesale and Operations landscape for high quality, on schedule, in scope and in budget delivery
