Your mission

  • Learn the entire creative design process from first sketch to final product

  • Be responsible for one self-directed, individual projects and support in launching product design ideas in line with specific product strategies

  • Generate and present strong product stories, designs and mood boards

  • Under the direction of the Design team collect market intelligence, providing the team with accurate and up-to-date information on trends and developments

  • Assist the Design team in the creation and maintenance of creative directions, product designs, tech packs, presentation materials, design mini sheets and specifications

  • Financial accounting in PUMA retail (PUMA's own retail consists of 50 stores) 
  • Control over the accuracy of recording retail sales in the accounting system. 
  • Control over the correct reflection in the accounting system of money in transit (cash collection, acquiring, certificates). 
  • Knowledge of cash discipline. 
  • Preparation of bank statements for the retail network.

Your mission

  • Creating a seasonal demand forecast for the region Europe, starting with the Line Freeze FC until a Demand FC needs to be provided for the European Supply Planning Team
  • Continuous review of the demand forecast in close alignment with the counterparts from Merchandising and Sales
  • Constant monitoring and adjustments during Sell-in and Pre-Order intake
  • Converting seasonal demand forecast into a monthly demand forecast, needed for supply planning and eventually for local purchasing. Maintain 12–18 month rolling SKU- and category-level demand forecasts utilizing historical sales data, market intelligence, and seasonal curves 
  • Ensuring complete and correct master data for planning purposes, e.g. mapping of predecessor-successor styles
  • Building and maintaining collaborative partnership and communicate effectively with internal colleagues
  • Monitoring key metrics including Forecast Accuracy (FA), Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE), and Forecast Bias; implement corrective actions when variances occur
  • Analysing historical forecast errors and commercial shift patterns to systematically refine statistical models. Strong ability to interpret large datasets, extract actionable insights, and build reliable predictive models.
  • Driving innovation that improves processes, analytics, and data visibility. Consequently, driving better business decisions
  • Preparing detailed reports and presentations for senior management including recommendations based on data analysis
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Your talent

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related quantitative field
  • Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain analytics, or merchandise planning—preferably within sporting goods, apparel, footwear, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG)
  • System Knowledge: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power-BI. Experience with SAP S4 Hana and planning solutions such as Anaplan, O9 solutions, etc considered as a plus.

En PUMA estamos buscando un/a Sales Associate en nuestro córner ubicado en ECI Cornellá (Barcelona) para trabajar con un contrato indefinido a una jornada de 30h/semanales. Tus responsables principales serán:
·Asegurar un desempeño individual que consistentemente alcance o exceda metas de venta, KPIs y rentabilidad, a través de los valores de la marca PUMA.
·Proveer altos estándares de experiencia al cliente en la tienda, en concordancia con nuestros valores.
·Apoyar en el procesamiento de la entrada y salida de producto de la tienda.
·Realizar la reposición de mercancía, de acuerdo con la venta generada.
·Garantizar la ejecución y el mantenimiento de todas las pautas visuales, así como garantizar que la presentación visual de la tienda siempre cumpla o supere los estándares de PUMA.
·Asistir y completar exitosamente todas las formaciones requeridas para el rol.
·Apoyar en la correcta implementación de actividades promocionales en la tienda.
·Mantener la condición física de la tienda de acuerdo a las directrices pertinentes y comunicar las necesidades de mantenimiento de tienda en forma oportuna.
·Asegurar la prevención de pérdida de productos en la tienda, a través del cumplimiento de Políticas y Procedimientos de PUMA.

Your mission

  • Learn and support the entire creative design process, from the first sketch to the final product

  • Assist with trend, market, and competitor research to help define design direction and strengthen brand positioning

  • Support the Design team in creating and maintaining product designs, tech packs, presentation materials, mini sheets, and specifications

  • Help prepare fittings and assist with design revisions

  • Manage samples and perform general design administrative tasks.

Your talent

  • Enrolled as a student in Design or a related field for the entire duration of the internship

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator is a must) and MS Office; knowledge of 3D design software (Clo3D/V-Stitcher) is an advantage

  • Flexible team player who can work under pressure

  • Additional knowledge and/or experience in Graphic Design is preferred

Your mission

Support a Store Manager in a proactive approach via managing and promoting sales to achieve or exceed sales, store KPIs, and profitability goals, while positioning PUMA to be the fastest sports brand in the world.

  • Achieve Sales Goals: Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales, KPIs, and profitability targets.
  • Customer Experience: Maintain high standards of customer service in line with PUMA's values.
  • Team Management: Participate in recruiting, avoid shortage of staff,  Train, develop, and manage high-performing team and employees. Hold team members accountable through productivity conversations, coaching, recognition, and performance actions. Support store manager in preparartion for performance appraisal and provide a timely and proper feedback to the tema members through a daily observation of their performance.
  • Salesfloor Engagement: Spend 90% of time on the sales floor engaging with customers and coaching employees.
  • Store Operations (backup store manager responsibilities upon request and/or at manager's absence): Supervise store performance and daily operations. Process POS transactions (sales, exchanges, discounts and refunds) accurately. Ensure POS access right are up-to-date and comply with Retail P&Ps. Identify, interpret, diagnose the performance of the store as based on controllable operational KPI’s  (including but not limited to CR, UPT, ATV) and lead the team accordingly.

  • Loss Prevention: Oversee loss prevention and operational compliance.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory, including physical counts and shrink goals.

Your talent

  • Experience in the role: Minimum of 3 years in a retail environment, with at least 1 year in a managerial or senior retail staff role.

  • Sales and Profitability Management: Achieving or exceeding sales, KPIs, and profitability goals.

  • Analytical and Performance Management: Analyzing customer profiles, buying trends, and conducting performance appraisals. Interpreting and diagnosing the store’s performance as based on controllable operational KPI’s (including but not limited to CR, UPT, ATV).

Your mission

As Global Loyalty & Membership Manager, you will help drive the growth and success of our membership program, creating engaging experiences that strengthen customer relationships and increase retention. Working closely with CRM, Ecommerce, Retail, BI, and regional teams, you will drive the day-to-day success of the program across global markets while supporting expansion into additional regions. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in growing a global loyalty and membership program, helping to create meaningful customer relationships and deliver measurable business impact through data-driven engagement strategies.

  • Manage and optimise the loyalty and membership program across global markets, continuously improving member engagement, retention and commercial performance
  • Analyse customer behaviour and program performance to identify opportunities for optimisation across member journeys, rewards, benefits and communications
  • Support the rollout of the loyalty program into new markets, coordinating with regional teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful implementation
  • Help define and launch new global program features, benefits and engagement mechanics that enhance the member value proposition

Your talent

  • Several years of experience working within loyalty, CRM, customer engagement or membership programs, ideally within retail, ecommerce, fashion, lifestyle or sportstyle environments.
  • Strong understanding of loyalty program mechanics, customer retention strategies and customer lifecycle management.
  • Experience managing global projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders across different teams and locations.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data and customer insights to identify opportunities and measure performance.
  • Comfortable working with CRM and loyalty technology platforms and collaborating with technical teams on implementations and enhancements. Experience with SAP Emarsys and/ or Antavo is a plus. 
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercially minded, with an understanding of how loyalty programs contribute to customer value, retention and business growth.

Your mission

In close alignment with the Global Ecommerce Leadership team, orchestrate the definition of PUMA's future Ecommerce commercial strategy:

  • Translate the company's overarching vision into a commercial strategy and clear priorities for Ecommerce that wins consumers, strengthens brand equity and accelerates commercial profitable growth
  • Ensure overall alignment on strategy, priorities and projects with all other key functions and business leaders within Ecommerce Global Commercial team

  • Be the drumbeat of the VP Global Ecommerce Commercial to plan, prepare and support key stakeholders, meetings / milestones and initiatives.

  • 6+ years of relevant work experience in a Consulting, Corporate Strategy or similar role, within the sporting goods, fashion or FMCG industry
