Your talent
- University degree in Business, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field — ideally with a focus on HR or analytics
- At least 5 years of experience in People Analytics or a related discipline - preferably in a global role or matrix environment
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to maintain a strategic perspective
- Ability to explain complex topics clearly in English
- Proficient in MS Excel and HR systems (ideally Workday) to generate actionable insights. Experience with data visualization tools are considered a plus
- Solution-oriented, adaptable team player thriving in a fast-paced, agile environment
- You enjoy storytelling through data, optimizing processes, and creating real value for employees and leadership through your work

Your mission
- Build and maintain dashboards and HR metrics to enable data-driven decision-making and strategic workforce planning
- Conduct complex data analyses, identify trends, and translate insights into strategic recommendations
- Partner with People Tech to design and roll out global People Analytics solutions
- Lead the collection, validation, and consolidation of People-related KPIs to support corporate reporting requirements, including those aligned with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD)
- Drive adoption of People Analytics across all P&O functions
- Lead projects to enhance people analytics processes, collaborating with cross-functional and international teams to drive continuous improvement.
