Your mission

  • Lead in creation and execution of innovative product designs and deliver results in line with PUMA’s Kids FTW seasonal development calendar
  • Reinforce and strengthen the brand position and help to generate consumer demand by ensuring the seasonal creative direction is expressed through the respective collections

  • Experience of directly leading a small design team is a strong advantage
  • Proficiency and refinement in all stages of presentation, from concept to final design review
  • Strong concept and storytelling skills
  • Have a broad knowledge of footwear manufacturing and prototyping
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Your mission

  • Translate BU strategy into an aligned global merchandising approach, contributing to portfolio focus, range optimization, and defined global footprints across markets and channels

  • Collect, consolidate, and apply consumer, trend, market, and channel insights to inform seasonal planning, assortment decisions, and strategic trade‑offs

  • Contribute to multi‑year franchise and lifecycle planning, supporting line planning, forecasting, and roadmap development from incubation through scale

  • Drive the creation and roll‑out of seasonal playbooks and global assortment plans in close collaboration with Product and Marketing to support sales targets and KPIs

  • Support volume planning and allocation across markets and channels, partnering with Commercial teams to balance global direction with local needs

  • Monitor in‑season performance and market feedback, leveraging WHS and DTC data to highlight opportunities, recommend actions, and support monthly performance recaps and teardowns.

Your talent

  • 4+ years of experience in merchandising, GTM, commercial planning, or related roles, ideally within a consumer‑centric or global matrix organization

  • Strong capability to work with consumer, market, and performance data and translate insights into clear recommendations and actions

  • Experience collaborating across Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams, with an understanding of interconnected end‑to‑end GTM processes

  • Solid planning and organizational skills, with exposure to assortment planning, forecasting, and seasonal execution cycles

  • Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and projects, balancing strategic direction with operational execution

  • A proactive, curious mindset with the ability to learn quickly, communicate clearly, and operate effectively in a dynamic, global environment.

Your mission

  • Proactively monitor in-season inventory to mitigate risks of understock or overstock, ensuring product availability aligns with consumer demand.
  • Drive the strategy to hit end-of-season Sell-Through (ST%) targets through precise tracking and corrective actions.
  • Execute seasonal "inline" product buys in strict alignment with regional targets and historical performance data.
  • Design and implement stock promotions and price reductions that align with Gross Margin (GM) objectives and stock-turn targets.

  • 2-3 years of experience in the Retail industry (fashion/sportswear preferred)
  • University Degree, preferably in a Business-related field
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent interpersonal relations & communication skills.

Your mission

Product Ownership & Backlog Management

  • Own the product backlog for a defined product or capability area (e.g. Payments within Basket & Checkout).

  • Translate portfolio strategy and investment priorities into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint goals.

Your mission

As the CDP Product Owner, you will be the driving force behind the strategic development, optimization, and governance of our Customer Data Platform (CDP). Your mission is to unlock the full potential of our consumer data, enabling personalized, data-driven marketing experiences across all channels. Stakeholder Management
