Chaque journée au magasin est unique, mais toutes ont un point commun : offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle.

En tant que Superviseur, tu joues un rôle clé sur le terrain, en étant au plus proche des clients et de l’équipe.

Tu contribues activement à l’atteinte des objectifs de vente et de rentabilité du magasin.
Tu analyses les indicateurs clés et participes à la mise en place d’actions concrètes pour améliorer les résultats.

Tu garantis un haut niveau de service client en étant majoritairement présent·e sur la surface de vente. Tu accompagnes les clients, les conseilles et t’assures de leur satisfaction tout au long de leur parcours en magasin.

Tu soutiens le Store Manager et l’Assistant Store Manager dans l’encadrement de l’équipe. Tu veilles au respect des procédures internes, des règles de sécurité et des standards de la marque.

Tu participes activement aux opérations (encaissements, réceptions des marchandises, mise en rayon, inventaires…)

  • Tu as 2 ans d’expérience dans le Retail, une première expérience de supervision d’équipe est un plus.

Your mission

As the Global eCom App Marketing Manager, you will define and lead our global app retention and growth strategy across all owned app communication channels. 

This role will own the end-to-end global app lifecycle roadmap, from engagement and retention strategy to reporting and analysis, vendor partnerships, and enablement of local market teams. You will work closely with global and local performance marketing teams, CRM, UX/UI, BI and Analytics, Engineering and external vendors to ensure our app ecosystem delivers measurable customer lifetime value.

  • Ensure alignment between global strategy and local execution.

  • Strong experience in CRM, lifecycle, or app marketing within eCommerce, consumer tech or fashion/ lifestyle organisations.
  • Strong experience managing push, in-app messaging, and deep linking ecosystems
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (experience with Emarsys preferred) 
  • Experience with mobile attribution and deep linking tools (e.g., Branch) 
  • Strong analytical capability with ability to translate data into strategy

Your mission

As Senior MarTech Manager, you will own how marketing technology enables growth across the customer journey: from audience strategy and activation to measurement and lifecycle orchestration. 

This role exists to turn tools into outcomes. In partnership with Brand, BI & IT, you will define how the MarTech ecosystem should look like, how different components integrate, what “good” looks like at scale, and how global and regional teams activate technology consistently, intelligently, and profitably.

Your mission

  • Lead the European merchandising strategy for all Non-Inline and Collaboration categories, aligning regional assortments to global directives across Wholesale, E‑com, and Retail.  

  • Manage the Go‑To‑Market process and launch calendars with category marketing teams to ensure timely, strategic execution.  

  • Analyze data and consumer insights to refine area merchandising plans and support sales planning, focusing on collaborative and exclusive lines.

  • Collaborate closely with Global Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to coordinate commercial activities and identify new business opportunities for regional wholesale and collaboration partners. 

  • Monitor weekly sales and margins, recommend assortment adjustments to optimize performance and track profitability.  

  • Support the team’s development, foster a high‑performance culture, and coordinate product catalogue creation, sample ordering, and showroom preparation for assigned categories.  

  • Prepare Regional GTM materials, deliver consumer market insights, and support sales and marketing meetings, ensuring strategic alignment and execution across all channels. 

Your talent

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Merchandising, Product Management, or related field. A Master’s degree is appreciated. 

  • At least 5–8 year international experience in merchandising, product or category management, especially focused on Non-Inline products and Collaboration collections.  

  • Experience in , multi-channel or wholesale environments is valuable. 

  • Comfortable working in big, matrixed organizations—preferably in sporting goods, fashion, or consumer products—with the ability to bring together different teams and align local approaches with global strategies. 

  • Successful track record leading Go-To-Market (GTM) processes, seasonal planning, and cross-functional teamwork, especially for collaborative and exclusive product launches. 

  • Experienced in working with Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, and Global Product teams to drive commercial projects, optimize assortments, and expand market reach for exclusive and collaborative collections.

Your mission

  • Lead and drive the assigned product category through the whole product development and creation process based on the Go-to-Market calendar

    Developing and managing the market- and competitor studies for the assigned product lines on an international level hand in hand with Merchandising as well as analyzing forecasts and sales analyses

  • Develop detailed collection strategies for assigned product lines on seasonal basis and under consideration of company as well as Business Unit strategies

  • Manage the product lines through a process of line planning, internal design and development meetings until prototype approvals and launching the lines at the international meeting

  • Working closely with Business Unit, footwear, apparel, and accessories teams to ensure concept and product coordination across all product segments

  • Presenting strategy and product lines to international partners and key accounts as well as supervising the preparation of international meetings

  • Planning, coordinating, and final checking of the instore date/product flow

  • Understand and challenge product costing and costing impact on product quality, margin, and net sales to achieve set goals within the assigned product category

  • Providing regular feedback to Head of on category development

  • Cooperating with Merchandising, Design, and Development (PUMA Group Sourcing) to ensure that the final collection is reflecting market needs

  • Collaborate in planning the whole sell-in support (catalogue etc.) as well as in developing the product equipment and packaging

  • Ensuring an accurate and timeless set up and maintenance of all lines and all required information in the PAC system

  • Executing business trips to target markets as well as supplier visits on a frequent basis

  • Pass on experience and knowledge, share best practices, and call for follow-ups for further product line managers (Mentoring).

Your talent

  • Graduate studies in Business Administration, Sports Management, or comparable degree

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in product management in a related industry

  • Relevant leadership experience including the ability to motivate and mentor others

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment

  • Flexible Teamplayer with an open mindset, good organizational skills and well-structured work

  • Good market and retail knowledge in the lifestyle, fashion and/or sporting goods industry

  • Excellent MS-Office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point)

  • Good analytical skills

  • Very good verbal communication skills as well as excellent English knowledge (written and spoken).

Your mission

  • Own the marketing activation of a portfolio of strategic wholesale key accounts (e.g. JD Sports, Foot Locker, Intersport) in close collaboration with the respective key account Sales Manager. 

  • Develop joint annual trade marketing plans aligned with commercial and brand targets.

Your mission

  • Deliver seasonal color and material stories and designs that are both in line with the seasonal creative direction and consumer relevant for PUMA CORE
  • Collecting information on color, material trends and styling

  • Extensive knowledge of domestic and international retail, consumer trend, and product line dynamics
  • Experience in international product development, manufacturing processes, product conceptualization and technical package specification
  • Strong knowledge of international fashion/consumer trends and global market dynamics in footwear
  • Proficiency in Adobe Packages
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Very good verbal and written language skills in English
