What You Will Do

• Managing office service delivery in Helsingborg with suppliers, e.g., cleaning, maintenance, coffee machines, waste services, food & fruit delivery, office supplies​

• Serving as the first point of contact for contractors, handymen, electricians, etc. ​

• Managing the process for sending packages with freight companies including creating labels ​

• Registering P&O invoices in SAP & sending for internal approval ​
