Your mission

The Project Manager ERP Transformation helps deliver global digital initiatives with focus on rollouts of ERP systems and affiliated ecosystems and continuous improvements thereof, by owning a defined workstream within those projects. The project manager brings structure, transparency, and execution discipline to complex topics, and will develop into a subject-matter specialist, and potentially into a project lead role over time.

Your mission

The Teamlead SAP Basis Operations (ERP) is responsible for managing, operating, and continuously optimizing SAP systems across the global PUMA landscape. This role leads a team of SAP Basis professionals to ensure the high availability, performance, stability, and scalability of SAP environments, including SAP S/4HANA (Private Cloud), SAP ECC (R/3), and related components. Role Purpose

  • Own end-to-end delivery of global Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) technology and platform rollouts across digital and retail channels

  • Lead the introduction, migration, and scaling of core DTC platforms across web, app, and retail

  • Extensive experience in developing and leading integrated global marketing campaigns and partnership activations for major sports properties, clubs, federations, or athletes
  • Strong understanding of the global Football landscape, including club football culture, athlete marketing, fan engagement, and sponsorship ecosystems
  • Demonstrated experience managing high-profile partnerships and working with top-tier clubs, federations, agencies, and commercial stakeholders

Your mission

Your mission

As Senior Service Manager within Global DTC Technology, you will drive operational stability and service excellence across PUMA’s global DTC Technology landscape. The role focuses on Incident Management, Production Support governance, operational escalations, and cross-functional coordination across Product, Engineering, Platform Operations, and Business teams.
