Your mission

  • Ensure together with the Store Manager that the Store consistently achieves or even exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability goals through the effective use of short and long-term planning, expense control, sales and service
  • Guarantee consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards
  • Assume responsibility for accurately processing sales, exchange, refund transactions and discounts at the cash desk while ensuring the adherence of Discount Policy & Procedures
  • Assist the Store Manager in the recruitment, training, development and succession as well as in preparing and administering performance appraisals of the team
  • Analyze customer profiles, buying trends and competitive information to drive business together with the Store Manager
  • Assume responsibility for Loss Prevention and operational compliance within the Store; Manage, achieve and try to exceed all Inventory and Shrink goals; Oversee and manage physical inventory counts
  • Assist the Store Manager in communicating, managing and executing all Marketing driven initiatives and events within budget and according to all Policies & Procedures

  • Proven management experience in a focused, customer service-oriented retail environment (preferably Apparel/Footwear)

Your mission

  • Maintain and input data and updates within the internal product information system

  • Create seasonal product catalog and sales tools: prepare and input product text and product details

  • Do market research and take over sample handling

  • Prepare sales data/ order figures using excel (including margin and pricing calculations)

  • Support the preparation of internal product as well as merchandising review meetings

  • Support to develop and execute product line specific projects.

Your talent

  • Enrolled student in Business, Textile Management, (Fashion) Marketing or similar for the entire duration of the internship

  • Previous work experience in retail would be advantageous

  • Very good MS Office skills (particularly Excel and Power Point)

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and produce results with a sense of urgency

  • Accuracy in all tasks; self-policing and driven to produce output of the highest standard

  • Hard working, upbeat and friendly team-player with excellent communication skills (in English) and a strong ability to multi-task and prioritize individual workload

  • Support the Product Line Managers in coordinating all aspects of product life cycle management

  • Assist with market- and competitor studies, retail and product trend research, data collection and general day-to-day business

Your mission

  • Learn the entire creative design process from first sketch to final product

  • Be responsible for one self-directed, individual projects and support in launching product design ideas in line with specific product strategies

  • Generate and present strong product stories, designs and mood boards

  • Under the direction of the Design team collect market intelligence, providing the team with accurate and up-to-date information on trends and developments

  • Assist the Design team in the creation and maintenance of creative directions, product designs, tech packs, presentation materials, design mini sheets and specifications

  • Support the Design team on general tasks, such as create drawings, data management and database upkeep.

Your talent

  • Enrolled as a Design student in a related creative field (fashion, product/transportation, graphic) for the whole internship

  • Proficient Adobe Creative suite skills (Photoshop and Illustrator are a must) and MS Office

  • Knowledge of 3D modeling is a plus (experience with software like Browzwear/Vstitcher, Clo3D, Modo, Rhino, Keyshot etc.)

  • Self-starter: taking initiative, working independently and a hands-on approach with a strong storytelling ability

  • Familiarity with market trends relevant to Design

  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills, project and time management skills

Your mission

  • Support Kids footwear collection planning, focusing on range structure and price point matrix
  • Cooperate with design, development and merchandising to ensure that the final collection is meeting consumer and account needs
  • Support the team during teardowns with development and factories ensuring all information is up to date and understanding how costing affects product quality, margin, net sales from design phase to production release
  • Support in presenting product strategy and product lines to international partners as well as key accounts
  • Manage the showroom planning for international meetings as well as the sample approvals
  • Analyze global forecast and sales and prepare market and competitor studies with direction of Teamhead or Product Line Manager
  • Cooperate with Marketing on shooting approvals or retouching needs
  • Manage the intern tasks, planning internal catch up and guiding skills development.

Your talent

  • A minimum of 1-2 years work experience in product management in the sporting goods industry, preferably footwear
  • Good market and retail knowledge
  • Good analytical skills
  • Very good verbal communication skills as well as excellent English knowledge (written and spoken)
  • Excellent MS-Office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Flexible Teamplayer with good organizational skills and well-structured work Graduate studies in Business Administration, Sports Management or comparable degree.

Your mission

  • Plan Kids footwear collection, detecting gaps in the market and briefing new products, concepts, and packs with consumer in mind
  • Ensure targets and KPIs are met, focusing on range structure, price point matrix and product lifecycle management
  • Work together with design, development and merchandising to ensure that the final collection is meeting consumer and account needs:  From planning phase until prototype approval and launch
  • Manage teardowns with development and factories ensuring FOBs targets are met and challenging the product costing, understand how costing affects product quality, margin, net sales from design phase to production release
  • Present product strategy and product lines to international partners as well as key accounts
  • Work together with the business unit marketing team to ensure strategic communication is achieved and collaborate in planning the whole sell-in support
  • Align Kids specific 360 projects, partnering with Apparel and Accessories
  • Coordinate different Kids lines challenging processes and timelines
  • Coordinate and final checking of the instore date/product flow
  • Availability to travel regularly for market/account visits and fairs  
  • Ensure on time-and accurate input of product data for all assigned product lines and all required information.

Your talent

  • Graduate studies in Business Administration, Sports Management or similar
  • A minimum of 5 years work experience in product management in the sporting goods industry, preferably Sportstyle and /or Footwear
  • Good market and retail knowledge
  • Developed product sense and taste level
  • Very good communication skills as well as excellent English knowledge (written and spoken)
  • Very good analytical skills
  • Excellent MS-Office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Flexible teamplayer with good organizational skills and well-structured work.

Your mission

The mission of the Senior Product Owner AI & ML is to translate advanced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning capabilities into scalable, ethical, and high-impact products that create measurable business value. The position holder owns the end-to-end AI product vision, strategy, and execution, ensuring that AI-driven solutions are customer-centric, data-driven, and aligned with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and responsible AI principles. Acting as a bridge between business, technology, and data, the role enables cross-functional teams to deliver AI innovations that enhance efficiency, decision-making, and competitive advantage.

  • Define, own, and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI & ML products

  • Ensure AI initiatives align with overall business objectives and global/regional requirements

  • Prioritize features and enhancements to maximize business value, efficiency, and impact

  • Translate AI capabilities and value propositions for non-technical stakeholders

  • Align AI product development with business goals, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards

  • Define success metrics and monitor the performance and impact of AI-driven solutions

  • Ensure the availability, quality, and readiness of data required for AI product development

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and governance policies

  • Own and manage the AI product backlog, including user stories, prioritization, and acceptance criteria

  • Drive timely delivery of AI features and solutions within an agile development environment

Your talent

  • Bachelor's or Advanced degree (Masters, PhD or equivalent) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field

  • 7+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science, with at least 5 years in leadership or management roles

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end AI/ML initiatives, from strategy development to execution and operationalization

  • Strong experience working in consumer goods, retail, or fashion is a significant plus

  • Deep expertise in machine learning algorithms and frameworks (e.g., supervised and unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, deep learning)

  • Experience with large-scale data platforms and cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure) and familiarity with data engineering and architecture

  • Familiarity with the application of AI/ML to customer-facing technologies (e.g., recommendation systems, computer vision, NLP, etc.)

  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders

  • Ability to collaborate across departments, driving alignment and fostering a culture of cross-functional teamwork

  • Ability to connect AI/ML projects with broader business strategies and objectives
