Your mission

As the DTC Predictive Analytics Product Owner, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, ensuring that machine learning initiatives deliver measurable value for our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channels. Your mission is to define, prioritize, and drive the delivery of ML-powered products and features, collaborating closely with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders. Your Responsibilities

Your talent

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Business, Engineering)
  • 3+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, or a related role, with a focus on AI/ML products or data-driven solutions
  • Strong understanding of predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and data visualization, with the ability to engage in technical discussions
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product ownership frameworks (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, SAFe)

  • Own revenue, margin, and profitability for assigned European key accounts, delivering against regional and country targets

Your mission

Foster and enhance a sales-driven culture within the retail store, aligning with both operational and strategic guidelines, to achieve or exceed sales targets, KPIs, and profitability goals, positioning PUMA as the fastest sports brand in the world.

Sales and Profitability:

  • Ensure the store consistently achieves/exceeds sales, KPIs, and profitability goals.

Business Analysis:

  • Analyse customer profiles, buying trends, and competitive information to drive business.
  • Communicate and provide feedback to the Area/District Manager.

Loss Prevention:

  • Implement and monitor Loss Prevention education, training, and awareness programs.
  • Ensure compliance with Loss Prevention and Operational standards.

Inventory Management:

  • Oversee the execution and processing of incoming and outgoing merchandise.
  • Achieve or exceed Inventory and Shrink goals; manage Physical Inventory counts.

Retail Marketing and Instore Communication:

  • Execute and manage Marketing initiatives and events within budget.
  • Maintain strong communication with local PR and marketing.

Store Operations:

  • Participate in new store openings/closings; travel may be required.
  • Attend Store Manager Meetings and offsite training as required.
  • Process POS transactions (sales, exchanges, discounts and refunds) accurately; Ensure POS access right are up-to-date and comply with Retail P&Ps.
  • Maintain Visual Guidelines and store presentation standards.
  • Ensure store maintenance needs are communicated and addressed promptly.

Compliance and Safety:

Your mission

  • Plan and manage the product and on-model content production for PUMAs Performance Business Units and work closely with external vendors

  • Own the end-to-end image approval process, acting as the main point of contact for Product Line Managers and drive content readiness

  • Evolve PUMAs visual language in collaboration with our Art Direction, translate consumer insights into visual standards and brief external vendors with clear art direction

Your talent

  • 4+ years of experience in an e-commerce content environment, ideally within a fast-moving, consumer-driven setup

Your mission

  • Own your respective marketplace channels and technical processes around them to ensure speedy product onboarding and excellence in product content delivery
  • Drive KPIs related to product onboarding and product content performance for your channels

Your mission

  • Support the execution of the European Lifestyle merchandising strategy by aligning assortments with global directives and preparing basic analytical inputs related to brand heat, demand, and range efficiency.

  • Leads the implementation and rollout of the kids’ apparel & footwear business, working in tight alignment with partners to secure flawless execution.

  • Assist with seasonal GTM coordination, including maintaining launch calendars, updating timelines, and ensuring information flow between Merchandising and Category Marketing.

Your talent

  • Internships or working student experience in merchandising, product management, retail, sales, buying, planning, or marketing is a strong plus.

  • Basic understanding of product lifecycle management, consumer trends, and the sporting goods or fashion/lifestyle industry.

  • Experience working with Excel / Sheets, basic data analysis, and using digital tools for product management.
