  • Support the delivery of Teamsport social media creative output across footwear, licensed categories, competitions, and reactive content

  • Ideate, film, and edit concepts for organic and paid social media campaigns and assets

Your mission

Role Purpose

  • Own end-to-end delivery of global Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) technology and platform rollouts across digital and retail channels
  • Lead the introduction, migration, and scaling of core DTC platforms across web, app, and retail

  • Ensure a stable, secure, and scalable global DTC technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end ownership of complex DTC technology and platform rollouts

  • Manage parallel delivery streams across eCommerce, App, POS, OMS, payments, data, and integrations

  • Plan and execute international rollouts, including migration, cutover, and decommissioning

  • Coordinate dependencies across product, architecture, engineering, retail IT, operations, security, and partners

  • Ensure non-functional requirements (stability, performance, security, compliance, scalability)

  • Lead cross-functional, international delivery teams

  • Manage risks, issues, and escalations

  • Execute go-lives, including hypercare and handover to operations

  • Provide clear status and decision reporting to senior stakeholders.

Technology Scope

  • Digital: E-Commerce (Web & App), CMS, search, personalization, loyalty / membership

  • Retail: POS systems, omnichannel use cases (e.g. Click & Collect)

  • Core platforms: Commerce / Shop platform, OMS, payments, CRM, PIM, inventory & fulfillment, returns, data & analytics

  • Understanding of API-based, event-driven cloud architectures

  • Basic knowledge of CI/CD and release management.

  • 8+ years of experience delivering complex technology projects or rollouts 

  • Background in DTC, omnichannel, or retail technology environments 

  • Experience with international, multi-region setups

  • Be part of our cross-functional technology team driving our S/4 HANA implementation and maintenance

  • Act as a hands-on expert for SAP Security

  • Ensure smooth continuous operations of our core SAP landscape in cooperation with external service providers

  • Skills to effectively operate in cross-functional & cross-cultural environments.

  • Nice to have Basic knowledge on SAP Basis operations.

  • Fluent English (written & spoken) is a must, a good level of German would be a benefit.

Your mission

  • Ensure together with the Store Manager that the Store consistently achieves or even exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability goals through the effective use of short and long-term planning, expense control, sales and service

Your mission

  • Learn the entire creative design process from first sketch to final product

  • Be responsible for one self-directed, individual projects and support in launching product design ideas in line with specific product strategies

  • Generate and present strong product stories, designs and mood boards

  • Under the direction of the Design team collect market intelligence, providing the team with accurate and up-to-date information on trends and developments

  • Design scalable, secure, and efficient cloud architecture following the IT Infrastructure strategy

  • Formulate cloud adoption plans and migration strategies

  • Assess and select appropriate cloud services and technologies

  • Establish and execute a project communication strategy (community meetings, video recordings, PowerPoint, SharePoint)

  • Create the content for stakeholder communication: newsletters, internal social media posts, presentations

Your mission

  • Act as the drumbeat for the CBO (Chief Brand Officer) to plan, prepare and support key stakeholders, meetings / milestones and initiatives

  • Prepare, synthesize, and quality-check materials/presentations for decision and other stakeholder meetings

  • Ensure effective communication and cascading of information within the CBO area in close alignment with the senior brand leadership team and key functional/market stakeholders

  • Support CBO in tracking execution of initiatives and targets, managing operational rhythms, developing impactful communications and handling ad-hoc or high-priority requests

  • Be the “connector” of the CBO area by effectively driving cross-functional/cross-BU collaboration and communication and liaising within the CEO Head Office and the global Head Office network

  • Support on sensitive/urgent CBO priority topics

  • Set up and maintain executive KPIs & dashboards.

Your talent

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field

  • At least 3-5 years professional experience ideally in the sporting goods or fashion industry

  • Affinity for and solid understanding of brand strategy elements and priorities

  • Experience in senior stakeholder communication and relationship building

  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to structure information clearly

  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive working style
