Your mission
As the DTC Predictive Analytics Product Owner, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, ensuring that machine learning initiatives deliver measurable value for our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channels. Your mission is to define, prioritize, and drive the delivery of ML-powered products and features, collaborating closely with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders. You will champion a data-driven culture, foster innovation and ensure that predictive analytics solutions are scalable, and impactful.
Your Responsibilities
- Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap for predictive analytics initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs
- Prioritize features and projects based on business impact, feasibility, and strategic value, balancing short-term wins with long-term innovation
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI/ML, identifying opportunities to leverage emerging technologies for competitive advantage
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams (data scientists, engineers) and business stakeholders, translating complex predictive analytics concepts into business value
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, operations) to gather requirements, validate hypotheses, and ensure successful product adoption
- Lead Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, backlog refinement) to ensure efficient, iterative development of predictive analytics products
- Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics for ML features, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of predictive models and products, iterating based on feedback and data-driven insights.
Your talent
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Business, Engineering)
- 3+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, or a related role, with a focus on AI/ML products or data-driven solutions
- Strong understanding of predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and data visualization, with the ability to engage in technical discussions
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product ownership frameworks (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, SAFe)
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric mindset and a focus on delivering business value.
