Your Mission
Identify training needs through performance analysis, feedback, and business trends, and develop a yearly digital training portfolio accordingly
Collaborate with Global L&D, P&O, Retail Operations, and Store Leadership to align the Training & Development strategy with company objectives
Create customized digital learning content tailored to the needs and functions of Regional Retail Europe (e.g., VM, LP, P&O, Operations)
Set up and regularly review digital onboarding and induction programs/approaches for new hires, ensuring they understand the company culture, policies, systems, and customer service expectations, and are enabled to perform their responsibilities as quickly as possible (DTTP)
Facilitate mandatory trainings within the pillars of Product, Customer Service, Brand, and Leadership as part of the Digital Learning Calendar
Manage the Retail Training App, including maintenance, training, and content creation across all categories (P&P, Product, Technology, Brand Ambassadors)
Create regional eLearning content based on business needs.
