Your Mission

To ensure our stocktake and inventory management are in accordance with company SOP and policies. Inventory management in terms of reconciliation for closing, involvement in stock take for warehouses and owned & operated stores. In addition, needs to provide inventory transaction support for events, warehouse and owned & operated stores.

Task 1: Inventory reconciliation and preparation of monthly closing

Ensure all inventory and stock movements are maintained accurately, within the agreed parameters and in a timely manner. 

Task 2: Physical stocktake, reconciliation and adjustments for Warehouses

•    Preparation and Planning annual stocktake dates.
•    Coordinate with the respective departments on the schedule and key cut-off

dates for stocktake to relevant stakeholders.
•    Physically support warehouse annual stocktake.
•    Prepare final stocktake report to Logistics and Finance team.
•    Follow-up on the stock variances.
•    Work with Warehouse team to review major stock discrepancies.
•    Notify Division Manager of any major issues relating to inventory.

Task 3: Physical stocktake, reconciliation and adjustments for Puma Stores

•    Prepare quarterly stocktake roster.
•    Review and finalize stocktake roster with Retail Operation team.
•    Prepare inventory movement cut-off schedule.
•    Reconciliation of inventory movements/transactions and quantity and

ensure data posting are completed before stocktake date.
•    Physically support stocktake at store and/or Remote support.
•    Prepare final stocktake report to Retail Operation and Finance team.
•    Follow-up on the stock variances.
•    Work with Store supervisors and managers to review major stock

discrepancies.

  • You’ll collaborate with internal teams and manage external stakeholders, including agency partners, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and accountability across all paid media efforts.
  • Own and optimize paid digital marketing channels, including but not limited to: Paid Search (Google, Bing), Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), Display, Video, and Affiliates.
  • Develop, execute, and scale multi-channel digital campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Monitor performance using KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, and LTV; provide insights and recommendations based on data.

Your Mission

  • Task 1 Cost Management (20%): Control production cost. Execute relevant communication and negotiation with suppliers including T2, T3. Analyze cost status and come up with proper solution to manage proficiency
  • Task 2 Product quality control (20%): Set the clear guide & standard for product quality including fit, workmanship, material, trim…etc.. Holistic management from product quality management to timeline, cost related topics by connecting all related dots
  • Task 3 Costco & B2B Merchandising management (20%): Lead to all Wholesale Merchandising  process from supplier management, planning(MD), sampling, order to ex-factory. Set and manage efficient process to maximize the benefit through Wholesale Channel and special business cases(B2B)
  • Task 4 Process and Timeline management (20%): Be involved in all local production process from creation and sampling to bulk production
  • Task 5 Supplier management (10%): Set clear guide and rules to manage all suppliers for Puma Korea, and lead all communication process with those
  • Task 6 Compliance & Transparency management (10%): Be connected with Puma Global Sourcing to manage the compliance in suppliers and factories. Also be involved in transparency management for all related counter parts from suppliers to T2, T3 based on clear guideline & evaluation

You will be responsible for managing and maintaining IT infrastructure and user support for Puma Japan's offices and stores, ensuring efficient and stable business operations. While working under the guidance of teammates and managers, you will also have opportunities to grow by independently managing projects in the future.
You will collaborate with the global IT team to understand Puma Group standards, including their background, and derive the optimal application methods for Puma Japan, contributing to their implementation.
