Your mission

This role is responsible for leading, planning and monitoring marketing communications activities in Malaysia to achieve brand and commercial objectives for the Sportsyle and Motorsports categories, in alignment with Global and SEA directives.

Task 1: Marketing Communications & Campaign Planning
• Lead and implement integrated marketing communication strategies and seasonal campaigns for Sportstyle & Motorsports in alignment with Global and SEA directives.
• Support localization and execution of Global/SEA campaigns and product stories for the Malaysia market.
• Conduct post campaign analysis and reporting, including actionable insights to optimize future campaigns and activations.

Task 2: Brand Activations & Project Management
• Lead end to end execution of brand activations, product launches, seeding initiatives and community events to drive brand visibility and engagement.
• Manage campaign timelines, stakeholders, agencies and vendors to ensure smooth and timely execution across multiple projects.
• Independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Support social media execution for Sportstyle and Motorsports, working with social agencies to manage content calendars, campaign assets and posting schedules in line with campaign priorities.

Task 3: Budget & Stakeholder Coordination
• Support tracking and management of campaign and category budgets to ensure alignment with planned activities.
• Work with internal teams including Retail, Wholesale, Ecom and SEA to support alignment across campaigns and initiatives.

Task 4: Agency & Partner Management
• Coordinate with PR, event, social and production agencies to support execution of campaigns and activations.
• Maintain effective working relationships with external partners including media, influencers and vendors to support campaign delivery.
 

Your talent

Education: Bachelor's degree of Marketing, Business Management or, relevant studied.

Professional: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the marketing field. Candidates from fashion brands are preferred, and agency experience is a plus.

Position Summary: The Manager O&O eCommerce Site Merchandising for puma.com will manage visual merchandising on the website and app and drive user’s online shopping journey through innovative storytelling. Key Objectives:

  • Be active on the latest sports/fashion trends and translate them on website, seamlessly presenting puma products in innovative ways.

  • Plan and manage the merchandising calendar for Puma.com, defining event-specific refreshes, campaigns, promotions, and launches.

  • Handle key product launches for the season, adhering to strict site guidelines and working closely with CRM, Social, and Demand Generation teams.

  • Define and manage site navigation, filtering, category management, and product assortment to optimize customer discoverability, purchase flow, and product positioning.

  • Strategically align homepage content, landing pages, and category pages to tell a cohesive story, consistent with brand and site priorities.

  • Proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, SEO, Search, CRM, Digital Marketing, Affiliates, Merchandising, Category, Cataloging, Customer Care, Warehouse, and Product Management, to drive continuous site improvements.

Accountable for leading the DTC Allocation function to optimize store inventory by product, size and location.

Responsible for initial allocation, replenishment, stock rotation and inventory balancing across DTC stores to maximize sell-through and minimize stock inefficiency.

  • IT Skills : High level of Excel knowledge / Experience with ERP, allocation tools or inventory management systems preferred.
  • Language Skills : Preferably English written and spoken at Business level
  • Competencies : Problem solving & Results-oriented & Organized and structured

Your mission

  • Process and place purchase orders with suppliers based on confirmed buys and merchandising direction.

  • Ensure accuracy of all purchase order details, including quantities, pricing, delivery dates, Incoterms, and payment terms.

Your mission

  • Partner with project managers and stakeholders to analyze business requirements, functional specs, and workflows, and translate them into comprehensive test scenarios and coverage plans.
  • Design, document, and maintain clear test cases, test plans, and checklists.

Your mission

  • Works directly under the Senior Manager Social Sustainability and is responsible for driving social compliance and human rights initiatives across assigned suppliers. The role manages audit programs, supplier engagement/training, grievance handling, and data-driven performance tracking to support continuous improvement in alignment with PUMA sustainability standards and local regulatory requirements
  • Oversees a portfolio of suppliers across multiple tiers within the assigned region, primarily in Vietnam and potentially extending to the broader region depending on business needs. It works closely with sourcing teams, external auditors, and suppliers, and supports the implementation of global sustainability frameworks such as SLCP, ILO Better Work, and the Fair Labor Association
  • Supplier Engagement & Capability Building: Plan and execute supplier engagement and capability-building initiatives, such as supplier meetings and training programs, to enhance suppliers’ understanding and implementation of the PUMA Code of Conduct and Sustainability standards
  • Audit and Compliance Management: Conduct the on-site factory visits/audits and evaluate the effectiveness of Corrective Action Plan implementation. Manage 3rd party social audit processes across assigned regions, including planning, coordination, review of audit findings and follow-up on corrective action plans (CAPs). Review and convert assessment reports from e.g: ILO Better Work, SLCP reports according to PUMA requirements and internal standards. Work collaboratively with factory management to address compliance issues, identify root causes, implement sustainable remediation actions, and monitor progress to ensure continuous improvement in alignment with PUMA standards and local laws.
  • Ensure timely and accurate tracking of audit results, validity in internal systems, in accordance with internal SOPs. Provide clear insights, communicate key findings, risks and progress update to relevant stakeholders (e.g. Sourcing, internal teams)
  • Social KPI Data Collection and Management : Collect, validate and analyze Social Sustainability KPIs across assigned suppliers to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Identify the trends, recurring issues, and key gaps to generate actionable insights and support continuous improvement initiatives and achieve PUMA Sustainability targets
  • Support internal reporting and contribute to data-driven decision making by providing clear analysis and recommendations to relevant stakeholders
  • Grievance Mechanism Handling and Management: Manage and follow up on worker grievances received through internal and external channels, ensuring timely and appropriate investigation and resolution. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders, including suppliers, internal teams, and 3rd party grievance platforms to ensure smooth implementation, effective handling the cases while maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity. Track grievance cases and analyze trends to identify systemic issues and support preventive actions
  • Reporting & Team Contribution: Prepare and deliver regular reports on activities, compliance status, and key updates to ensure team visibility and alignment. Support team and contribute to the continuous improvement of sustainability processes, standards, tools, SOPs and handbooks.

Your talent

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred (covering the area of expertise required)

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in social compliance, sustainability, or related fields

  • Hands-on experience working with supplier factories and audit processes. Familiarity with social compliance standards such as SLCP, ILO Better Work, FLA, or equivalent

  • Experience in apparel, footwear, or manufacturing industry is preferred

  • Experience working with global brands or regional supply chains is an advantage

Key Objectives:

Position Summary: In this role, you will work in close collaboration with the Buying & Sales team to assess market demand and optimize inventory planning, ensuring the right assortment is available at the right location and in the appropriate quantities. Key Objectives:

In-Season Merchandising & Analysis:

  • Analyzing regular sales data and replenishing required stock

  • Ensure timely dispatch of incoming new season stock to respective stores as per the launch plan.

  • Prepare a rolling monthly inventory forecast and ensuring the inventory is maintained as per budget. Track variance if any and suggest remedial measures.

  • Reviewing business performance and defining the course of action

  • Collaborate closely with sales, buying, and operations teams, maintaining a strong connection with the product line and customer trends to develop effective allocation strategies.
