Your mission

  • Independently developing assigned styles / collections in cooperation with Design / PLM / Team Head Development / Sourcing BU Manager / other PGS functions and Garment Suppliers.
  • Ensure on time sample delivery, good sample quality / execution / fitting.
  • Drive proactive cross functional communication with internal and external teams to ensure a smooth product development process.
  • Provide inputs / comments / suggestions which help to achieve a higher product value.
  • Ensure on-time product finalization and approval (including artwork approvals) prior to bulk order placement.
  • Responsible to prepare, maintain and follow up all necessary documents (Style specifications, size tables, fabric and trim selection, fitting and sealing comments).
  • Ensure on time data administration in Puma’s Product Range Management system and related IT systems.
  • Responsible for cost review and negotiations with Garment Suppliers to achieve best possible FOB /margins.
  • Activate cost benchmarking activities especially for high volume styles to achieve FOB competitiveness.

Your talent

  • University degree or similar education with the focus on textile/garment technology
  • A minimum of 3 years work experience in a textile/garment and good knowledge in Apparel
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication language skills
  • Able to work independently and effectively under pressure
  • Adaptable to a dynamic environment
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently with a proactive mind set

Your mission

  • Technical.  Evaluate fitting/workmanship/grading on sealing and size set samples for styles sourced in the FE region (China, Vietnam, Cambodia, Malaysia, Indonesia, Bangladesh and India). This will involve supporting Product Development Teams in Herzo, Boston and at source on fit / product development
  • Manage sealing and size set approval for fit, measurement and workmanship within the development and OPD calendar time frame. Manage Final Measurement chart approval before bulk production
  • Review “development at source” Technical Packs for accuracy & completeness prior to their distribution. Provide feedback on Technical pack accuracy / completeness & enhancements to product developers.
  • Prepare sample evaluation data on a seasonal basis. Provide technical support to Product development teams during the on-site meetings with factories
  • Create FE resizing measurement chart for assigned ranges. Travel periodically to FE factories to review their progress on sampling performance

Your talent

  • Bachelor’s degree in Textiles, Clothing Technology, or from a Technical Institute
  • 8–10 years of experience in Activewear or Performance Sportswear, specializing in knit items and jackets (seam-sealed, laminated, down, padded)
  • Strong paper pattern background is essential
  • Proficient in computer applications; CAD knowledge is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both with customers and factory teams
  • Detail-oriented, hands-on, and collaborative in problem-solving

Your mission

  • Follow up on all Material Developments and approvals
  • Liaise with overseas material team for fabric approvals & also for discussing any technical issues. Review colors as per requirements & liaise with suppliers on approvals & technical discussions
  • Collect approved quality swatches & distribution according to the calendar. Follows through seasonal sampling requirements as per development calendar.
  • Recommend substitute/better fabrics, wherever possible in order to have better product at better prices
  • Research new trends & work with key suppliers to get seasonal collections. Maintain Library for new collections, seasonal hangers & for approved swatches

  • Work on minimums with suppliers as per company’s requirements. Ensure bulk fabric quality meets requirements by reviewing inspection/testing reports from suppliers
  • Review prices with Fabric Suppliers in line with seasonal targets

Your talent

  • Bachelor’s degree in Textile or Garment Technology (or equivalent education)
  • 5–8 years of experience in the textile or apparel industry, preferably in sourcing, merchandising, or production
  • Strong understanding of fabric development, materials, chemical treatments, and textile machinery
  • Deep knowledge of market trends and the sports industry, especially in sports technology
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Lotus Notes, and Internet tools
  • Solid knowledge of laboratory testing, sustainability, and performance materials

Your mission

  • Prototype development (BOM). Develop assigned styles/collections with Design, PLM and suppliers including pricing and prototyping. Responsible to prepare, maintain and follow up on all necessary documents (style specifications, size tables, fabrics and trim selection, fitting and sealing comments) through the development process
  • Product Development / Sampling: Independently developing assigned styles / collections in cooperation with Design / Product Line Management / Team Head Development / other Puma Group Sourcing (PGS) functions and Garment Suppliers. Ensure on time sample delivery, good sample quality / execution / fitting
  • Communication/Approvals: Drive proactive cross functional communication  with internal and external teams to ensure a smooth product development process.  Provide and collect product comments  to help to achieve a higher product value.  Follow up all requested changes to ensure on-time product finalization and approval (including artwork approvals) prior to bulk order placement (buy ready)
  • Create and Update Tech Packs in System: Responsible to prepare, maintain and follow up all necessary documents (Style specifications, size tables, fabric and trim selection, fitting and sealing comments).  Release Tech Packs to Garment Suppliers to start the product development process. Ensure on time data administration in Puma’s Product Range Management system and related IT systems
  • Pricing: Responsible for cost review and negotiations with Garment Suppliers to achieve best possible FOB (Free on Board) prices/margins according to target FOBs provided by the respective Puma SE Business Unit. Activate cost benchmarking activities especially for high volume styles to achieve FOB competitiveness

Your talent

  • Bachelor’s degree in Garment, Fashion, or Clothing Technology
  • Developer: 2–5 years of experience. Senior Developer: 5–7 years of experience
  • Strong knowledge of garment construction, materials, costing, and sewing techniques
  • Good organization, time management, and execellent English communication skills

Your mission

  • To perform all the key product development activities ensuring adherence to the company calendar, outstanding sample quality and competitive pricing

Your mission

We are seeking a dynamic Sports Marketing leader with deep industry expertise to drive impactful regional strategies that resonate with Southeast Asian consumers. This role will focus on elevating sports category performance by building a diverse network of ambassadors, athletes, teams, and federations, strategically activating partnerships to enhance product storytelling and strengthen PUMA’s brand presence. Additionally, the role will oversee marketing communications in Singapore, ensuring alignment with global narratives while supporting both DTC and wholesale objectives. The ideal candidate will deliver innovative campaigns that achieve brand and commercial goals through close collaboration with key stakeholders.

Task 1: Implement integrated communication plans on sports category aligning with Global and SEA marketing seasonal initiatives and product stories.

Strategically phase and manage partnerships, ensuring impactful storytelling, efficient investment, and a data-driven approach to future-proof the category while overseeing partner acquisition and contract negotiations across the region.

Task 2: Foster and strengthen sports industry connections across the region to create new opportunities and enhance brand value. Oversee Sports Marketing agreements and operations, ensuring compliance with global policies and alignment with local financial frameworks. Regularly review and refresh the SEA portfolio to ensure relevance, impact, and alignment with business goals.

Task 3: Drive key marketing initiatives and implement integrated communication plans in Singapore to be aligned with Global and Southeast Asia brand narrative and conduct post campaign analysis. Campaigns to engage PUMA Singapore’s target audience and to drive brand elevation and affinity.

Task 4: Develop a network and build relations with Media, Personalities and Athletes in Singapore. Promote the brand’s attractiveness by connecting with early adopters and opinion-leaders with a continuous flow of product stories. Drive brand exposure through effective seeding strategy. Be in tune with latest industry trends as well of updated digital / social media strategy.

Task 5: Develop and implement Go-To-Market strategies to help drive traffic and sell-through in DTC channels and drive brand confidence with Key Wholesale Accounts in Singapore.

Task 6: Provide functional direction and development to local Singapore teams and ensure the team’s capability and capacity to execute in accordance with set plans. Regularly assess team strengths and weaknesses and provide training and support where needed. Build effective reporting/feedback structure/platform, leverage best practices in Global/SEA region for countries to learn from each other to elevate overall presentation as well as improve/achieve business objectives continuously.

Your talent

Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications/Marketing/Sports Management or relevant studied.

Professional: 6-7 years' experience in proven expertise in Sports Marketing with deep industry knowledge and a well-established network of contacts.

Your mission

We are looking for a dynamic Sports Marketing leader to shape and execute local strategies that connect deeply with Malaysian consumers through key sports and cultural touchpoints with a focus on driving PUMA’s performance categories, specifically Running and Training, while fostering a strong network of ambassadors, athletes, teams, and federations to establish brand leadership in Malaysia.   • Build a robust portfolio of ambassadors, athletes, and teams that amplify category storytelling and enhance PUMA’s reputation as the preferred brand in these categories.
  • Anticipate market trends and consumer behaviors to develop future-forward strategies that keep PUMA competitive and innovative.

Task 2: Agency Collaboration and Partnership Activation

  • Lead and manage relationships with creative, content, PR, and event agencies, ensuring alignment with PUMA’s brand vision and marketing objectives.
  • Oversee the development and execution of marketing communication plans, leveraging digital, social, and PR channels to showcase key partnerships and amplify brand visibility.

Position Summary: The candidate is responsible for managing Large Format Stores & National Key Account stores.

  • LFR: Lifestyle, Shoppers Stop. Centro(Earlier Central), Pantaloon etc.

Key Objective:

  • Directly responsible for ensuring the respective Doors consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability goals through the effective use of short- and long-term planning, expense control, sales and service.

  • Responsible for recruitment, training, development and succession of high performing and results driven Associates.

  • Responsible for ensuring training programs are successfully completed by all team members.

Your mission

Position Summary:

  • Manage trading and allocation for PUMA counters across key Large Format Retail (LFR) accounts, including Centro, Lifestyle, Shoppers Stop, Pantaloons, and Fashion Factory.
  • Lead a team of two traders (merchandisers), overseeing day-to-day operations and performance.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, buying, and operations teams, maintaining a strong connection with the product line and customer trends to develop effective allocation strategies.

Key Objective:

In-Season Trading & Analysis:

  • Responsible for ensuring the availability of the right stock at the right place and time, thereby enabling sales achievement.
  • Collaborate with Visual Merchandising (VM), Retail Operations, and Sales teams to ensure seasonal rollouts are aligned and implemented as per plan.
  • Ensure timely dispatch of incoming new season stock to respective stores as per the launch plan.
  • Execute accurate replenishment and maintain healthy stock levels at the SKU level to avoid lost sales opportunities.
  • Manage RTV (Return to Vendor) to the warehouse and facilitate stock consolidation between stores to reduce slow-moving merchandise and improve store assortment.
  • Work closely with the buying team to ensure buys are placed in the right product types attributes based on forecasted requirements, store grading & banding and strategic inputs.

Assortment Planning & Performance Monitoring:

  • Prepare seasonal assortment plans, ensuring the right mix at Division Category, MRP band, and product type level
  • Monitor style performance through regular tracking of Rate of Sale (ROS) and Sell-Through.
  • Prepare article-level discount lists during End of Season Sale (EOSS) to achieve planned net sales targets within the budgeted markdown percentage, while also meeting Gross Profit % targets.
  • Drive weekly and monthly reporting and analysis; present insights during sales reviews and initiate necessary actions to achieve targets.
  • Constantly aim to improve the efficiency of replenishment and allocation processes by refining the allocation inputs to maintain optimal SKU-level inventory.
  • Collaborate closely with the retail sales team to identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor daily business performance and profitability through key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain optimal stock cover across stores.

Position Summary: Own day-to-day inbound logistics execution from gate-in to dock-to-stock. Ensure accurate receiving, quality checks, GRN posting, labeling, and put-away in line with SOPs, safety, and TAT/accuracy SLAs.
