Your mission

Position Summary: To manage a business unit for Puma India and work closely with the Business head to achieve KPI’s for the business

unit

  • P&L and working capital management 

  • Control, compliance, process automation

  • Strategy for future growth

Key Objectives:

  • Complete P&L responsibility for a business unit. Working with Business head/sales team to ensure targets are achieved

  • Responsible for Planning, Budgeting, and forecasting for a business unit

  • Working capital and DSO management 

  • Working with Business head on strategic initiatives for the business unit

  • Supporting reconciliation team by closing open issues with the customers and ensuring timely reconciliation closures

  • Daily monitoring of KPI’s and raising red flag before time

  • Closely working with Internal audit and loss prevention team to ensure robust control and no leakages for the business unit responsible 

  • Prepare and present business unit performance to the top management on regular basis 

  • Solve queries from sales teams and customers with reference to finance related matters for the business unit

Key Performance indicator:

  • Sales and EBIT for a business unit

  • Account receivable, DSO

  • 100% reconciliations with customers

Organizational Relationships:

  • Internal:  Business head, Sales team, Warehouse, Planning, operations, Legal and merchandizing team

  • External: CFO/Finance Head/Customers

Eligibility criteria and functional competencies required:

  • Chartered Accountant/ MBA with 10+ years of experience

  • Minimum 10 years of similar experience in Business finance, commercial role

  • Self-motivated, Great people skills to manage and work with internal and external stakeholders

  • Ability to think innovatively and provide quick solution to business problems 

  • Ability to bring changes to current processes through robust SOP’s and automation 

  • Good managerial skills and ability to lead a team

  • Good understanding of Accounting standards and GST

  • Excellent working knowledge of excel is a must

  • Ability to handle and comprehend huge data

  • 2-3 years of experience in retail industry and working knowledge of SAP would be an advantage 

  • Open to domestic travel and ability to close issues with the customer independently

Your mission

The purpose of this role is to take care of all the important financial functions of an organization.  The person in charge should maintain a far sightedness in order to ensure that the funds are utilized in the most efficient manner.  He/she actions directly affect the profitability, growth and goodwill of the company.   • Ensure implementation of appropriate internal controls and financial procedures as well as maintenance of the accounting system

Task 4:

  • Develop detailed and meaningful analysis per country, business, customers, and over specific issues if needed, in order to facilitate management decision making.

Task 5:

  • Assist in setting up and monitoring an effective controlled operational workflow that can utilize the potential of the subordinates. Train, motivate and develop the supporting team to ensure delivery of the functional targets.

  • Other duties as assigned

Your talent

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting.

  • Must have CPD, CPA preferred

  • 7 - 10 years' experience in finance or accounting position.  Trained from big 4 for at least 3 years is preferable and Industry: Retail, Sports, Fashion, FMCG.

  • Good communication in English

Your mission

1.Product Development / Sampling

  • Independently developing assigned styles / collections in cooperation with Design / PLM / Team Head Development / Sourcing BU Manager / other PGS functions and Garment Suppliers.
  • Ensure on time sample delivery, good sample quality / execution / fitting.

2.Communication/Approvals

  • Drive proactive cross functional communication with internal and external teams to ensure a smooth product development process.

Your mission

  • Research material trends and present market relevant trim concepts to Design and Product development teams at material design stage to ensuring cohesive material stories, across BU’s.
  • Manage the selection of the most appropriate trims and suppliers (Location / Lead-time / Quality / Performance and Price). 
  • Manage time line execution on trim developments. Strategic new trim development needed business case to support. 
  • Maintain trim library for new collections, seasonal & approved trim standard.
  • To approve BASE Test reports for each trim and issue Material trim reference code for base trim (construction) / versions (Sizes / Finish).
  • Resolve / filter borderline performing trims prior to uploading into the material “Buy Ready” system
  • Validate Trim RSL compliance (with effective dates).
  • Update and verify FULL trim specification in Material Repository (which is input by suppliers).
  • Color Lab Dips Approvals for Non-Vertical Trims
  • Sense check ALL CARRY OVER trims for their continued physical and colour fastness performance and RSL compliance (with effective dates) – as these may have been “Conditionally Approved” during the previous season.
  • Manage trim developments which fall into the “Exceptions” category i.e., those requiring a longer time to develop / late or additional requests – outside of the development calendar key dates. 
  • Execute dual / multiple sourcing across regions of core trims
  • Coordinate and liaise with all branch offices and support local for local business programs
  • Undertake assignments / projects at the discretion of Teamhead
  • Data accuracy and quality trims assurance.
  • Support Trims consolidation in order to reduce the development lead time ie BU level and supplier level
  • Ensure each development and sample process can meet development & bulk production key dates – on time developments.
  • Cost savings through trims supplier consolidation 
  • Lead time improvement through partnership and process improvement
     

Your talent

  • Education:  High diploma or above in Textile / fashion or related disciple.
  • Specialized knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of Trims in category such as Heat transfers, Labels, Zippers, Elastic, drawcord, snap..…etc                   
  • Skills: Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written) 
  • Good computer skill           
  • Abilities:  Excellent team player
  • Other characteristics such as personal characteristics:   Good contacts with supplies in HK, China, Vietnam Taiwan, Indonesia, Japan, and others
  • Experience: Possesses 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in sizable company  
  • Experience in Trims Product Development Knowledge is highly preferred

Your mission

This position is responsible for the localized design of PUMA retail environment across SEA, ensuring global brand standards are met while managing the technical documentation and vendor lifecycle.

Task 1: Store Design & Creative Execution

  • Support & assist for incoming store projects drawings (new, relocations, refurbishments) for own & operated and Partners based on global retail environment standards.

Task 2: Project Documentation & Technical Design

  • Manage the full set of Project Documentation (FF&E Drawing); Floor Plans, RCP, Elevations & Joinery Details.  
  • Produce detailed 2D (AutoCAD) & 3D design drawing using for mall submission. 
  • Prepare photo-realistic 3D visualizations using SketchUp (V-Ray / Lumion) or other 3D Modelling and rendering tools for new stores, renovations, SIS and special projects. 
  • Maintain centralized digital library of all drawings & project archives. 

Task 3: Project Coordination & Stakeholder Alignment

  • Support & assist on alignment of all stakeholders – Retail Operations and Management Team, Visual Merchandising Team, Merchandising Team, Project Team, External Partner & Global Retail Environment Team and external partners – on design intent, execution standards, timelines, and deliverables. 
  • Communicate design intent clearly and ensure alignment of all parties. 
  • Work closely with Project Managers in coordinating store roll-out schedule across SEA. 

Task 4: Vendor Coordination & Procurement

  • Assistance in liaising with Mall Management/Landlords for design submissions and approval. 
  • Assist Project Managers in project vendor coordination (Internal & External) documentation handling and tendering documentation (Bill of Quantities). 

Your talent

Education: Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design or any relevant studied.

Professional: 1-2 years' experience in similar role with focus on retail. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

IT Skills: 2D & 3D design & rendering software (Lumion/V-Ray). Other design software - AutoCAD & SketchUp.

Language Skills: Fluency in English is a must.

  • Develop assigned styles/collections in cooperation with Designers, internal teams and suppliers
  • Contribute to the development process actively by proposing alternative garment execution, to fully optimize garment targets of design, quality and price
  • Manage and execute time and action plans and ensure on time delivery of samples in good execution, quality and fit
  • Coordinate and monitor all activities regarding development, approval and communication of all fabric, trimming and accessory suppliers

  • Ensure on time product finalization and approval prior to bulk order placement
  • Responsible for preparation, maintenance and follow up of all work documents (e.g. tech pack, style specification, size tables, fabric and trim selection, fitting and sealing comments, etc.)
  • Ensure on time and accurate data administration in systems
  • Responsible for cost review and negotiation to meet target FOB prices and profit margins
  • Coordinate and take part in seasonal development trips aboard

Your mission

  • Accountable for ensuring individual performance consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability goals through the effective servicing of customers.

  • Required to comply with all Policies & Procedures, operational core competencies and key accountabilities.
  • Abide by all requirements necessary to maintain a safe and compliant working and shopping environment; required to report all instances when this is not achieved to a member of the management team.
  • Required to work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required in this position.

Your mission

The Key Account Manager supports the objective of driving profitable and sustainable market share and net sales growth within assigned key accounts, delivering against the budget and commercial expectations, while executing with respect to PUMA standards and qualitative objectives. The main job responsibilities are as below:

 

  • To lead and drive the sales efforts with assigned Key Accounts. Segment all key customers according to the AP blueprint and allocate resources (time, people) according to financial objectives and segmentation framework (no of visits, VM support, order intake modus etc).
  • To lead the identification and development of new business opportunities in the key segment. Support the development and implementation of Key Excellence Mgmt by briefing and utilizing available selling tools and technologies eg Digital Catalogue, B2B Ordering tools
  • To coordinate and manage the seasonal sell-in process and Go-to-Market activities with respect to distribution policies and brand initiatives.
  • To deliver the seasonal sell-in targets for the account(s), agree with account(s) on expected KPIs / sell-thru targets and monitor the progress. Ensure continuous monitoring of the Orderbook making sure orders are placed and converted according to agreed timelines. To seek continuous re-orders opportunities from time to time.
  • To forecast, track and report quantitative and qualitative performance on Key Account Performance i.e. Sales and Margin, Trade Terms, Orderbook. To monitor and report on customer and competitor performance ie market share, situation and development, sell-thru performance and ROI on key activities.

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Admin/Marketing/Management or equivalent ideally with a focus on sales, retail & marketing
  • Min 5-6 years in Sales focusing on key account management

Your mission

The Retail Store Manager will strategically manage and promote sales culture within a Retail Store to achieve or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability goals to position PUMA as the most desirable sports lifestyle brand in the world.

  • Directly responsible for ensuring the Store consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability goals through the effective use of short and long term planning, expense control, sales and service

    Deliver and achieve the seasonal sell-in targets for the account(s) through business meeting (pre-line), sharing and aligning with account(s) on expected KPIs and strategies. Ensure continuous monitoring of the Orderbook and making sure orders are placed and delivered according to agreed timelines.

  • [Task 3] (30%)
    Manage the annual sell-out/sell-thru and related business activities alongside with the timeline (GTM Process) for the Account(s) – Conduct business monitoring, progress, and strategy regular meetings for proactive/responsive actions. Understanding customers’ profiles and plan right segmentations and assortments in accordance to seasonal initiatives and brand investments.

    Forecast and establish plans and track, monitor and report quantitative and qualitative performance on Key Account Performance KPI(s) i.e. Sales and Margin, Trade Terms, Orderbook etc. Also, monitor and report on customer and competitor performance KPI(s) i.e market share and development, sell-thru performance, and ROI on key activities to build a keen insight of the market.
