Your mission

This role will be responsible for execution of performance marketing campaigns on Lazada & Shopee (including META CPAS) for PUMA SEA. It is execution focused role with the expectation of hand ons experience of managing campaigns.


Task 1: Set up and track investment on Lazada & Shopee campaigns across objectives like sales, add to cart, conversion rate & key metrics.
Task 2: Manage Revenue, ROAS and CPM across different platforms & channels.
Task 3: Execute media plan & actively tracking the progress to scale up/down on the spending.
Task 4: Delivering regular reports of campaign results, including data analysis and evaluation of KPIs. Identifying patterns and trends in campaign data sets.
Task 5: Individual will also be responsible for finance matter including processing invoices/purchase order.
 

Your talent

Education: Bachelor's degree in business management or relevant studies.

Professional: Prior experience of executing any ads type (experience in Shopee & Lazada ads set up is a plus.)

IT Skills: Ads optimization knowledge

Language: English and local languages

Your mission

  • Directly responsible for ensuring the Store consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability goals through the effective use of short and long term planning, expense control, sales and service

Your mission

  • Accountable for ensuring individual performance consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability goals through the effective servicing of customers.

Position Summary: The Retail P&O role partners closely with retail operations to support people-related initiatives across stores.   • Track attrition trends and employee feedback across stores and work with business leaders to drive retention and employee experience initiatives.

  • Ensure effective implementation of company policies across stores and monitor compliance with statutory requirements, including maintenance of statutory registers and documentation.

Eligibility Criteria And Functional  Competencies Required:

  • MBA / PGDM students specializing in HR or related fields.

  • 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing industries.

  • Prior experience in managing store hiring, employee engagement, and HR operations will be an advantage.

  • Good communication and coordination skills.

  • Working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Your mission

This position is to support the objective of driving profitable and sustainable market share and net sales growth within assigned Account(s), delivering against the Sales Target and commercial expectations, while executing in respect to PUMA standards and qualitative brand objectives.   

Task 1: To drive and manage all business activities in relation to the account(s) assigned. Represent and document the interest of the account with PUMA interfaces and balance brand goals with account needs by leveraging Customer Info Deck and Customer Business Plans.

Task 2: Ensure continuous monitoring of the Orderbook making sure orders are placed and converted according to agreed timelines.  To deliver the given Sales Target for the account(s), work with account(s) on expected KPIs / sell-thru targets and monitor the progress.

Task 4: To recruit and build the sales organization with respect to the AP Sales Org blueprint. To develop, train and lead all direct reports thru clear target setting, objectives guidelines and sales disciplines.

Task 5: To forecast, track and report quantitative and qualitative performance on accounts’ Performance i.e. Sales and Margin, Trade Terms, Orderbook. To monitor and report on customer and competitor performance ie market share and development, sell-thru performance and ROI on key activities.

Your mission

The Sr Executive, Finance works closely with Assistant Manager with responsibility for daily financial operations, Regional and Global Reporting and insightful financial analysis.

Task 1: Support forecasting and planning activities for Direct to Consumer (DTC) Channel and the consolidation of Country Report (Legal Reporting).

Task 2: Assist in the month-end closing process (posting of month-end closing entries and accruals, perform key balance sheet accounts reconciliations). Assist in the submission of monthly financial reports with clear variance analysis and commentaries.

Your mission

The primary role of the Manager, Finance is to oversee the Accounts Payable Function, design and implement processes across countries, drive automation and process efficiency, and ensure compliance with financial and governance controls.

Task 1: Lead the daily payable function. Ensure that vendor payments, employee advances and claims are managed in line with company policies, standard operating procedures and authorization matrix.

Task 2: Develop and maintain comprehensive AP process documentation, including process maps, document archiving, and responsibilities to ensure clarity and consistency of implementation among operations team.

Task 3: Assist in treasury management – Disbursements are managed efficiently, and liquidity planning is line with business requirement; liaise directly with banks and Global Treasury

Task 4: Support the Finance team during month end closing by providing reports on accruals, AP aging, and planned disbursements.

Task 5: Partner with Finance process owners and cross-functional teams to identify pain points and gaps; and design and implement continuous improvement in Zoho (Expense Reporting & AP Module tool) and ERP system to support business needs.

Task 6: Build and maintain a strong AP team, provide coaching, feedback and performance management to direct reports, define and monitor KPIs to ensure delivery of functional roles.
