Role & Responsibility: 

  • Assisting Retail Operations Manager to ensure sales achievement, KPIs and profitability goals through the effective use of short and long term planning, expense control, sales and service.

  • Guarantee consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with PUMA’s Cornerstones and service standards.

  • With store manager train, develop, and building succession of high performing sales associates.

Your Mission

Position Summary: As a Senior Legal Counsel, the incumbent will work with the Head of Legal or the Head of the respective business. They will handle diverse business transactions, ensuring such transactions are properly recorded through agreements after ascertaining all relevant facts. The role involves staying updated on legal developments, drafting, reading, and reviewing agreements, advising on legal risks, and handling disputes. The Senior Legal Counsel will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to PUMA India, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and mitigating legal risks. They will also ensure that agreements and transactions are lawfully recorded, that all relevant points of law (including amendments and changes) are duly considered, and that appropriate guidance is provided to business teams.
Key Objectives:
1.Advising on Legal Matters: Providing expert legal guidance to the team and other stakeholders on various legal issues, including contract negotiation and risk management.
2.Drafting and Reviewing Legal Documents: Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, policies, and procedures.

Your Mission

Executive, People & Organization (P&O) oversees the delivery of daily HR and administrative support across multiple functions, including Recruitment & Onboarding, Employee Benefits, Employee Engagement & Employer Branding, Training &Development, Compliance, Travel Coordination, and General Administration. 

Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Coordinate the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, offer preparation, and onboarding. Prepare and manage new hire documentation and access cards and maintain accurate onboarding and employee records.

Employee Benefits 

  • Prepare and track employee benefits. Coordinate with employees and vendors to ensure accurate and timely support. 

Employee Engagement & Employer Branding 

  • Organize engagement activities, CSR initiatives, and events. Create posters and materials and share internal and external communications to support engagement and strengthen employer branding.

Training, Development & Compliance 

  • Organize training programs, including participant enrollment and vendor coordination. Maintain comprehensive training records and ensure timely submission of reports to the Department of Skill Development. Additionally, ensure all HR practices comply with local labor laws and internal policies. 

Travel & Expatriate Support 

  • Coordinate travel bookings, insurance, accommodation, and invitation letters. Assist expatriates with visa processing and related administrative arrangements.

General Administration 

  • Supervise office supplies, coordinate with vendors, and support general tasks as assigned.

Your Mission

Senior Executive, People & Organization - Retail will be responsible for managing day-to-day human resources activities for the retail business unit in Malaysia. This role reports directly to the Teamhead, People Connection & Attraction SEA, and works closely with the Head of Retail, Area Managers, Store Managers, and the broader retail team across all stores in Malaysia.

Task 1: Recruitment

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for retail positions to ensure stores are fully staffed with qualified talent. Regular visits to PUMA Malaysia stores to proactively identify potential candidates through on-ground networking within retail environments.

Task 2: People & Organization Operations

Manage the full spectrum of HR operations for the retail business unit, covering all aspects of the employee lifecycle — including onboarding, transfers, performance management, offboarding, exit interviews and etc. Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data in the Workday system in compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.

Task 3: Employee Engagement

Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture, including employee surveys, social recognition programs, and other experience-focused activities. Analyze feedback and develop targeted action plans in response to employee voice insights.

Task 4: Industrial Relations

Manage industrial relations matters and provide advice and support to the Head of Retail, Area Managers, Store Managers, and team members in addressing and resolving employee relations issues.

Task 5: Reporting

Support the monthly HR reports, including compensation and benefits overview for retail business unit, manpower planning updates, and attrition analysis to support strategic decision-making.

  • [Task 2] End-to-End GTM Planning & Execution
    Drive the full go-to-market process for SELECT collections and projects, from seasonal planning and sell-in readiness to in-market execution, performance tracking, and storytelling activation.

Your Mission

Our business is looking for a talented and qualified logistics Intern to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for day-to-day operation execution and coordination, monitoring logistics operations such as warehousing, inventory, transportation, shipping documentation and supply chain processes. Understand the issues resolve scenarios, troubleshooting and deliver solutions to stakeholders. Maintain inventory at high level of accuracy.

Task 1: Export Outbound Order Fulfillment

  • Responsible for all export booking coordination and warehouse operation.
  • Understand shipment requirements and arrange local transactions with forwarder as per agreed term.
  • Provide cargo estimation for prebooking, shorten overall shipping process lead time.
  • Understand the urgency of all aspects and business impact, make sure on time documentation and operation solution.
  • Ensure all export declarations are done on time and meet custom compliance request.

Task 2: Back-to-Back COO / Permit Declaration

  • Ensure shipping documentation are accurate and provide timely.
  • Prepare COO data for B2B COO application and provide draft to stakeholder timely, follow up and monitor closely to shorten entire processing lead time.
  • Provides required documents for audit request, custom queries.
  • Safe keep all related shipping document, POD in shared drive.
  • Update related tracker from time to time.
  • Optimal e-library in the consideration of space.

Task 3: Direct Shipment / U-Turn Shipment

  • Handle and monitor for direct shipment from factory for U-turn shipments.
  • Prepare the CIPL for the direct shipment.
  • Provide cargo estimation for prebooking, shorten overall shipping process lead time.
  • Understand the urgency of all aspects and business impact, make sure on time documentation and operation solution.

Task 4: International Trade and Compliances

  • Ensure timely declaration and meet custom compliances for both import and export.
  • Working closely with local custom broker and Puma compliance team to align on HS code classification and changes, and ensure system reflected latest update.
  • Ensure the team have well maintain all logistics documentation for audit purpose.
  • In the event of any new contract take place, working with Puma compliance team to ensure all clauses are meeting trade compliances request and no conflict of interest with company.
