Your Mission

  • Strategically provide the highest levels of service to PUMA customers within a Retail Store to achieve or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability goals to position PUMA as the most desirable sports lifestyle brand in the world

  • Guarantee consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with PUMA’s Cornerstones and service standards
  • Responsible for attending, participating in and demonstrating proficiency in all training programs, both Domestic and Global, and achieving required results within Store
  • Analyze customer profiles, identify buying trends, and competitive information to impact and drive business. Attend and participate in Loss Prevention education, training and awareness programs. Responsible for Loss Prevention compliance within store. Prepare store and participate in Physical Inventory counts as directed by Store Manager
  • Communicate merchandise opportunities to Store Manager. Participate in all Marketing opportunities and events as required by Store Manager
  • Participate in new store openings and/or store closings; travel may be required. Attend all offsite training and position related meetings as required by Store Manager; travel may be required
  • Responsible for execution and processing of both incoming and outgoing merchandise. Accountable for ensuring execution and maintenance of all Visual Directives as well as guaranteeing the visual presentation of the Store always meets or exceeds PUMA standards
  • Maintain physical condition of Store according to relevant guidelines and communicate maintenance needs to Store Manager in a timely manner 
  • Required to comply with all operational core competencies and key accountabilities. Abide by all requirements necessary to maintain a safe and compliant working environment; required to report all instances when this is not achieved
  • Required to work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required in this position

Your Mission

The primary role of this position requires the ability to manage the day-to-day operations of ecommerce business. This role requires a data-driven mindset, can-do attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth e-commerce operations.

Task 1: Sales Management

  • Monitor sales trends across PUMA’s ecommerce channels to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities

  • Conduct regular benchmarking of competitor performance, campaign mechanics, and fashion trends to uncover new opportunities for PUMA.

Task 2: Communication and Collaboration

  • Liaise with internal teams (e.g., logistics, content, marketing, operations, and training) to align day to day ops, key campaigns, timely execution of ecommerce mechanics such as vouchers, flash sales, and short video activation.

  • Coordinate with external partners, marketplace reps, and enablers for campaign alignment, product exposure, and livestream technical setup.

Task 3: Livestream Management

  • Plan and manage livestream sessions, including scheduling, product arrangements, and performance tracking across Shopee and TikTok channels.

  • Evaluate livestream performance using key data metrics such as GMV, CR%, traffic, GPM, etc., and provide actionable recommendations to drive sales.

  • Coordinate with content creators, hosts, and internal creative teams to ensure engaging and brand-consistent livestream executions

Task 4: Reporting

  • Maintain detailed records of sales performance (e.g., total GMV, live GMV, expenses).

  • Manage administrative responsibilities, including reviewing and processing billing documents from various vendors and marketplaces.

  • Support monthly/quarterly business reviews with consolidated summaries

Financial targetを達成すべく グローバルから毎シーズン、ダウンロードされる戦略をベースとしつつ、日本のマーケット状況に合わせたローカルの戦略を営業、Retail、マーケティング、スポーツマーケティングと連携しながらプランニング、実行する。セルスルーを重視し、その結果検証に基づき、次のアクションにクイックに繋げていく。営業やリテールと密接に連携して、常にバランスの取れた商品ラインナップと、ビジネスに貢献する商品を供給する。

①           プロダクトマーチャンダイジング

  • Global Inline:グローバルオファーをベースとしてマーケットに適切なアソートメントを作成。アカウントエクスクルーシブも戦略的に設定。
  • NRP:ローカルニーズに特化した戦略的な商品をRCCと協業して開発を行う。
  • SMU:アカウント戦略、カテゴリー戦略に基づき、アカウント限定プロダクトとして、NRP同様にRCCへのブリーフィングにて開発を行う。

②           数字管理

  • 上代設定、マージン管理:市場価格を踏まえ適切なマージンが確保できる戦略的なプライシングを実施。
  • Order Forecast:カテゴリーのバジェットを達成するために必要な単品別の数量プランを策定。
  • PO Review:営業、リテールからのオーダー内容をレビューし、次シーズンへのMD、開発に反映。
  • ST Review:フォーカスプロダクトを中心としてセルスルー状況をレビューし、結果に基づきアクションを実施。

③           グローバルGTM プロセス

各ミーティングに参加しローカルマーケット情報を元にグローバルレンジに対する適切なフィードバックおよびリクエストを行う。

  • Merch Review Mtg:グローバルよりダウンロードされるコンセプト、デザインの方向性に対しての日本としてのフィードバック、リクエストを実施。
  • Line Freeze Mtg:Merch Review Mtgに基づいてグローバルよりダウンロードされる最終アソートメントに対してのフィードバックを実施。また最終のプロセスとして商品リクエストも実施。
  • Final Business Pack:マーケティングプランも含めたグローバルの最終戦略を確認

④           ローカルGTM プロセス

  • Kick Off Mtg:グローバルのLine Freeze Mtgのタイミングにて日本におけるシーズナルプランニングをキックオフ。グローバルの情報をベースに、日本としてのトップラインの戦略を策定し上長の承認を得る。
  • Closs functional team:MD、営業、リテール、マーケティングの異なる部署がクロスファンクションとして所属するチームに商品戦略をシェアしカテゴリー戦略をチームとしてまとめる。
  • GTM Mtg:カテゴリーごとにフォーカスするプロダクト、ディストリビューション、マーケティングに関する戦略をシェア。営業、リテールがSales FCSTをプランする情報源となる。

Your Mission

This role will be responsible for ensuring that systems, processes, and people operate efficiently and effectively behind the scenes to deliver an exceptional experience to PUMA customers. The role will cover PUMA.com technology (eCommerce platform, payments, data feeds, etc.), as well as backend fulfillment for PUMA.com and Marketplaces (Order Management System, Third Party Logistics, Last Mile Delivery, Return/Refund management,
etc.). The right candidate for this role will have a very strong eye for detail, a process-oriented approach, and an affinity for technology and process that delivers exceptional value for end consumers.

Task 1: Identify and implement continuous system and process improvements for inventory flow, order flow, returns and cancellations for both puma.com and marketplaces. Act as the primary business owner for the Order Management System (OMS).

Task 2: Manage and prioritize the throughput of external development teams using JIRA and Confluence. Document detailed requirements for enhancements and bug fixes in eCommerce systems and perform final UAT before they enter production environments.

Task 3: Ensure smooth operations of eCommerce fulfillment including payments, order flow, packaging, last mile delivery and order tracking. Monitor and optimize existing payment, fraud and refund systems and work on the
integration of new alternatives. Support the Customer Service team with inquiries on orders, returns, payments and refunds, and seek to further streamline the processes and tool.

Task 4: Manage projects with multiple local and Global stakeholders to execute the eCommerce roadmap.

Task 5: Periodically report on, analyses and control operational metrics to identify areas of concern and opportunity. Keep documentation of system interfaces and standard processes up-to-date in Confluence.

Your Mission

Country Merch will be responsible for planning and managing country product range to deliver the country’s business goals and objectives, based on SEA Category Merchandising/local team’s strategy and guideline.He/she will be closely engaged with Stakeholders from cross functions – Wholesale/DTC channels and marketing team to achieve the country’s business objectives through differentiated product offerings for maximum sell-thru and brand desirability. This will include providing customer centric product information, business trend/competitors’ analysis and differentiation strategy and tactics with Sell Thru data support to produce the most competitive country level product assortment.

Task 1: Assortment Planning & Management

  • Redefine country business priorities based on the market relevancy and marketing investment, in line with PUMA SEA’s overall growth strategy.
  • Build Thailand range with competitive pricing – responsible for delivering the target margin and meet SKU efficiency.
  • Drive differentiation among key customers across all the Distribution Channels
  • Provide seasonal analysis based on GTM timeline to provide puma products and competitors market insights.
  • Manage country level GTM timeline

Task 2: Country GTM Alignment

  • Proactively engage with internal cross function teams and external customers to provide advanced level of product information, including customer facing during business review and tradeshow, key customer analysis, competitor overview, sales tools (preparing digital catalog  and sell-in decks) and tradeshow set-up.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and VM teams to complete the WS product launch plan then transfer the information to the Sales team to achieve the WS goals (including marketing activity execution and various product activation).
  • Work closely with product operations team and monitor the delivery schedule on floor to align with marketing grid and product ISD launches.
  • Monitor closely with operations to ensure on time delivery and alert related parties in case of late arrival of key initiatives products.

Task 3: Country/Customer Specific Product Development

  • Propose, plan and execute country/customer specific products to gain market share/mind share within key distribution. Exclusive, SMU, collabs and any gap fillers are included.

Task 4: Merchandising Operations:

  • Maintain Product Master line list with up-to-date data.
  • Review and manage local pricing (inline and non-inline), ISD and order windows, together with necessary functions within the country

Your Mission

  • Responsible for all line, including Select/ Special Make up / Rapid Response Design creation for Key Accounts, Puma Retail, and Outlet or any account when required
  • Understand the region’s trends and market direction to ensure all products designed for the regions are brand relevant
  • Prepare trend boards, material, and trim boards
  • Design ranges and products, which complement the international collection while satisfying the needs of the region, considering the elements that affect the region (Men’s, Women’s and Children’s)
  • Be accountable for achieving all tasks of the Vertical Development Calendar within the given timelines
  • Work closely with Teamhead of design, Product Line Manager, Development team and China merchant team to create and execute innovative apparel design/collection based on Global creative direction.
  • Gain market insight by visiting the markets, fashion fairs, concept stores, etc. as required
  • Travel to the factories to work on the development of the product and ensure that quick response timelines are met.

  • High Diploma or above in Textile / fashion, Textile Chemistry or related disciple
  • Possesses 10 years of relevant experience or above in functional fabrics (both knit and woven) is highly preferred
  • Strong and comprehensive knowledge of textile production, fabric construction, functional performance properties, fiber and yarn dyeing, all over printing and panel printing techniques and finishing processes

  • Research material trends (Fibers / Prices / Newness) and present market relevant fabric concepts to Design and Product development team
  • This role supports material development for a range of accessories including bags, gloves, headwear, and other related products.
  • Ensure materials (fabric & trims) are in line with Brand’s sourcing strategy in terms of quality and price and sustainability target
  • Evaluate material supplier performance to develop material strategy to support business growth plan
