Global sports company PUMA announces the launch of its first global activation around the latest brand campaign and invites runners around the world to ‘Go Wild’ for the 5AM High Drops. Boston, Las Vegas, New York, Mexico City, London and Tokyo are just some of the cities around the world where PUMA will drop free pairs of PUMA’s latest Deviate NITRO™ 3, Forever Run, and other new PUMA running shoes out in the wild at 5am at high points, to reward the dedication of early-morning runners chasing the runner’s high.

As part of PUMA’s Go Wild brand campaign, 5AM High Drops is timed with the start of spring and peak marathon training season. In line with the most recent approach from PUMA, joining the so-call 5am run club comes with a list of benefits that effect everything from your performance to your mental health. As more individuals embrace outdoor activity and chase the runner's high, the global giveaway inspires everyone to unleash their true selves and Go Wild.

All runners need to do to win, is to be one of the first ones to run to one of the ‘high drop’ locations announced on PUMA’s participating local Instagram channels at 5am on the specified date. Between April and May, the first runners to reach their local ‘high drop’ location will receive a free pair of Deviate NITRO™ 3, Forever Run, and other new PUMA running shoes as a reward for their commitment to early morning running.

5AM High Drops follows the latest brand campaign video from PUMA that found that inappropriate weather ranked as the highest barrier to running in the USA (42%), indicating that now is the most ideal time of year for PUMA to empower runners worldwide. This activation celebrates runners re-arranging their lives to chase the runner’s high, highlighting an uptake in the sport and an area for PUMA to champion those dedicated individuals that chase the runner’s high before the sun rise.

A TRIO OF NEW COLORWAYS TAKE OVER THE PUMA MOSTRO OG

First debuting in 1999 with a bold, boundary-pushing design that captured the spirit of the Y2K era, the PUMA Mostro now returns in its OG form. 

Showing the Mostro in its purest and most original expression, this new trio of colorways maintains the Mostro’s signature design features, including its sculptural shape, low profile, and avant-garde spiked sole.

PUMA BRINGS A PREMIUM TOUCH TO THE MOSTRO FEY

For PUMA’s latest update of the Mostro Fey, the daring silhouette receives an elevated update, with premium suede, leather, and mesh wrapping the hybrid sneaker.  

First introduced by PUMA earlier in 2025 as a fresh take on the Mostro, the Mostro Fey is defined by its unique harmony between the Mostro’s brave visual language and the elegant charm of the Mary Jane. 

Now, premium materials envelop the hybrid design, which features airy mesh and buttery suede across the upper. This new edition of the Mostro Fey arrives in two colorways, including a black-on-black version that is complemented by an all-white edition. 

Later this year, the Mostro Fey’s story continues with an additional limited-edition release planned for May 2025.

PUMA’S LATEST KING INDOOR IS FOR THE QUEENS

For Kings and Queens alike, it’s not just about winning, it’s about winning in style. 

The iconic King Indoor is the centreline of PUMA’s new “Royalty” pack. Inspired by the legendary names who wore the PUMA King, including larger-than-life figures like Johan Cruyff, Diego Maradona, and Pelé, this latest release borrows from the familiar team colors of nations that have competed on the world’s biggest sporting stage, the World Cup. 

Nearly 60 years ago, the first PUMA King was introduced to the sport of football. In 1999, the silhouette evolved when the PUMA King Indoor touched the pitch for the first time. Then in the early 2000s, the King Indoor captured the attention of stylish youth who embraced the silhouette into the era’s cultural codes. 

For the launch, an accompanying campaign celebrates three female street ballers who invite us to spend a gameday in their boots. Additionally, coinciding with the Dutch holiday of King’s Night, PUMA will team up with Dutch label Lack of Guidance for a launch event, featuring a curated panel talk, music, and more – all in the name of the King. Live-recorded in North Amsterdam, the home of Johan Cruyff, the first episode will feature Ghanaian designer Jefferson Osei, Lack of Guidance co-founder Akaar Amin, and Naomi Accardi of creative platform Systemarosa.

F1 STAR CHARLES LECLERC GETS A TRULY MELBOURNE WELCOME FROM PUMA AT THE MCG

Scuderia Ferrari HP Formula 1 driver Charles Leclerc received an iconic welcome to Melbourne today ahead of race weekend, at the bespoke PUMA Pit-Stop at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG). 

The PUMA Pit-Stop brought together some of the most celebrated elements of Melbourne – Food, Fashion, F1 and Footy, whilst giving Leclerc an exceptional view of both the MCG and Melbourne itself, with its unique location, on the roof top of the MCG scoreboard.  

Leclerc was treated to a showcase of PUMA’s deep connection with both motorsport and AFL while embracing Melbourne’s passion for style and culinary excellence, for the perfect start to the season.   

Leclerc also had the chance to meet AFL stars Harry McKay (Carlton Football Club) and Dion Prestia (Richmond Football Club) ahead of the first round match-up tomorrow (Thursday) at the MCG between the two clubs where a crowd of over 80,0000 is expected. The three athletes took to the hallowed turf of the G for a quick kick around giving McKay and Prestia a chance to convince Leclerc who to support on Thursday night.

NEW CHARMED HARRY POTTER COLLABORATION UNVEILED BY PUMA AND WARNER BROS. DISCOVERY GLOBAL CONSUMER PRODUCTS

PUMA and Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products brings the world of Harry Potter to life in a magical way. Inspired by PUMA’s sports heritage, the partnership comprises apparel, footwear, and accessories that are designed around two of Hogwarts’ iconic houses, Gryffindor and Slytherin. 

Featuring richly detailed designs that take cues from the Hogwarts Quidditch pitch, the apparel is highlighted by the T7 Tracksuit, Jerseys, and a selection of essential staples like Hoodies and T-Shirts. Graphic tees play with Quidditch themes, featuring spellbook-inspired imagery. PUMA x Harry Potter badges appear throughout, in addition to accents like House-inspired crests, and Golden Snitch embroidery that is carefully hidden throughout the range.
