• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards
• Through effective customer service, individual performance consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability targets
• Responsible for accurately processing sales transactions at checkout, securely and quickly
• Maintain the cleanliness and order of the store as well as compliance with all visual merchandising guidelines according to PUMA standards
• Responsible for the execution and processing of incoming and outgoing merchandise
• Required to comply with all Policies & Procedures, operational core competencies and key accountabilities
• Responsible for maintaining a safe, healthy and compliant working and shopping environment

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards
• Responsible for ensuring the Store consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability goals through the effective use of short- and long-term planning, expense control, sales and service.
• Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with the recruitment, training, development and succession of high performing, results driven Employees.
• Responsible for payroll control and service driven scheduling in order to maintain a highly profitable location while providing the highest levels of service to customers
• Manage and communicate merchandise opportunities to Store and/or Assistant Store Manager
• Required to comply with all Policies & Procedures, operational core competencies and key accountabilities
• Responsible for maintaining a safe, healthy and compliant working and shopping environment
• Required to work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required in this position

Per il nostro negozio PUMA presso l'Outlet di Scalo Milano ricerchiamo risorse di talento che vogliano mettersi alla prova in un ambiente dinamico e sportivo focalizzandosi sui seguenti obiettivi:

• Responsabilità nel garantire che il punto vendita raggiunga costantemente o superi gli obiettivi di vendita, di KPI e redditività mediante l’efficace ricorso alla pianificazione a lungo e breve termine, controllo di spese, vendite e assistenza.
• Garantire costantemente standard elevati di esperienza del cliente nel Negozio secondo i Valori del marchio PUMA e gli standard del servizio di assistenza.
• Dedicare il 90% dell’orario di lavoro al rapporto coi clienti, la vendita e la formazione dei dipendenti sul piano vendite.
• Assistere lo/la Store Manager e l'Assistant Store Manager nell’assunzione, formazione, sviluppo e successione di Sales Associates dalle elevate prestazioni, orientati ai risultati.
• Responsabilità nel garantire i processi di cassa, vendita e transazioni che siano in linea con le policies e con le procedure interne
• Gestire e monitorare la formazione sulla prevenzione delle perdite e i programmi sulla consapevolezza
• Gestione e comunicazione delle opportunità relative alla merce allo/alla Store Manager e/o all’Assistant Store Manager del punto vendita.
• Garantire l’esecuzione e il mantenimento di tutte le Linee Guida di visual merchandising e garantire che la presentazione visiva del punto vendita soddisfi sempre o superi gli standard PUMA.
• Mantenere le condizioni fisiche del punto vendita secondo le linee guida corrispondenti e comunicare le esigenze di manutenzione in modo puntuale
