Your mission

  • The Intern Marketing will play a crucial role in supporting PUMA Vietnam's marketing efforts, focusing primarily on social media management and community engagement. This may involve coordinating schedules, allocating products, and reviewing content. Your talent

  • Final year Bachelor’s degree student in Communication, Marketing or related field (Valid student certificate required upon onboarding)

Your mission

This role is responsible for leading, planning and monitoring marketing communications activities in Malaysia to achieve brand and commercial objectives for the Sportsyle and Motorsports categories, in alignment with Global and SEA directives.

Task 1: Marketing Communications & Campaign Planning
• Lead and implement integrated marketing communication strategies and seasonal campaigns for Sportstyle & Motorsports in alignment with Global and SEA directives.
• Support localization and execution of Global/SEA campaigns and product stories for the Malaysia market.
• Conduct post campaign analysis and reporting, including actionable insights to optimize future campaigns and activations.

Task 2: Brand Activations & Project Management

Task 3: Budget & Stakeholder Coordination
• Support tracking and management of campaign and category budgets to ensure alignment with planned activities.
• Work with internal teams including Retail, Wholesale, Ecom and SEA to support alignment across campaigns and initiatives.

Task 4: Agency & Partner Management
• Coordinate with PR, event, social and production agencies to support execution of campaigns and activations.
• Maintain effective working relationships with external partners including media, influencers and vendors to support campaign delivery.

Education: Bachelor's degree of Marketing, Business Management or, relevant studied.

Professional: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the marketing field. Candidates from fashion brands are preferred, and agency experience is a plus.

Position Summary: The Manager O&O eCommerce Site Merchandising for puma.com will manage visual merchandising on the website and app and drive user’s online shopping journey through innovative storytelling.   • Handle key product launches for the season, adhering to strict site guidelines and working closely with CRM, Social, and Demand Generation teams.

  • Define and manage site navigation, filtering, category management, and product assortment to optimize customer discoverability, purchase flow, and product positioning.

Role Overview: We are looking for an intern to support the HR team for the North region. The role will primarily focus on retail hiring for store roles while also assisting the team in other HR activities including onboarding coordination, employee engagement initiatives, and HR data management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support sourcing and coordination for hiring of retail stores across the North region.

Your mission

Accountable for leading the DTC Allocation function to optimize store inventory by product, size and location.

Responsible for initial allocation, replenishment, stock rotation and inventory balancing across DTC stores to maximize sell-through and minimize stock inefficiency.

Leads allocation logic, operational execution and performance monitoring to support product launch readiness and in-season sales opportunities.

  • [Task 1] : Lead DTC Allocation Strategy & Execution (40%)
    - Manage and guide DTC Allocation team in executing product allocation to the stores.
    - Ensure alignment between product launching timing, store inventory level and sales trend (initial allocation, replenishment and stock rotation).
    - Lead initial allocation planning by store, product, size and channel based on store profile, sales potential and launch strategy
    - Define and continuously improve allocation logic, store grading and replenishment rules.
     
  • [Task 2] : Drive Replenishment, Stock Rotation & Inventory Efficiency (40%)
    - Monitor sales trend, sell-through, stock coverage and size availability to identify replenishment needs.
    - Execute replenishment and store-to-store rotation to improve inventory productivity
    - Manage inventory balancing across DTC stores to reduce overstock, understock and aging inventory.
    - Collaborate with DTC Buying, DTC Planning and Retail Sales teams to improve sell-through efficiency.
     
  • [Task 3] : Allocation Performance Monitoring & Process Improvement (20%)
    - Track allocation KPIs such as sell-through, WOC, size availability, replenishment accuracy and aging stock.
    - Provide regular allocation performance reports and action plans.
    - Improve allocation tools, data logic and operational workflows to enable faster and more accurate decision-making
    - Support in-season product performance 

Your talent

  • Education : Bachelor degree or above
  • Professional : Minimum 12 years of retail allocation, inventory management or merchandising operations experience. Experience in apparel or footwear retail allocation would be an advantage.
  • IT Skills : High level of Excel knowledge / Experience with ERP, allocation tools or inventory management systems preferred.
  • Language Skills : Preferably English written and spoken at Business level
  • Competencies : Problem solving & Results-oriented & Organized and structured 
  • Functional Skills : Strong numerical and analytical skills, allocation logic, inventory control, replenishment planning and store-level performance analysis.

Your mission

  • Process and place purchase orders with suppliers based on confirmed buys and merchandising direction.

  • Ensure accuracy of all purchase order details, including quantities, pricing, delivery dates, Incoterms, and payment terms.

Your mission

  • Partner with project managers and stakeholders to analyze business requirements, functional specs, and workflows, and translate them into comprehensive test scenarios and coverage plans.
  • Design, document, and maintain clear test cases, test plans, and checklists.
  • Execute functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and user-acceptance testing across web, mobile (where applicable), and API layers, and confirm release readiness before each deployment.
  • Identify, document, and track defects in Jira with reproducible bug reports (logs, screenshots, and clear repro steps), and collaborate with developers to investigate root causes and verify fixes.
  • Develop and maintain automated tests, integrate them into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins), and continuously improve automation coverage, stability, and execution speed.
  • Communicate clearly with developers, and project managers throughout the release cycle.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1–2 years of professional experience in software quality assurance or software development.
  • Working knowledge of at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Rust).
  • Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman, Insomnia, or Swagger.
  • Comfortable with version control (Git) and CI/CD environments.
