Your mission

  • Accountable for ensuring individual performance consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability goals through the effective servicing of customers.

  • Maintain physical condition of Store according to relevant guidelines and communicate maintenance needs to Store Management in a timely manner.
  • Required to comply with all Policies & Procedures, operational core competencies and key accountabilities.
  • Abide by all requirements necessary to maintain a safe and compliant working and shopping environment; required to report all instances when this is not achieved to a member of the management team.
  • Required to work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required in this position.

Your mission

  • Responsible for ensuring the Store consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability goals through the effective use of short and long term planning, expense control, sales and service
  • Guarantee consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with PUMA’s Cornerstones and service standards

Your mission

  • Responsible for managing the footwear product development process by supporting the respective Business Units and directly interact with supply partners to provide an effective transition of footwear designs from prototyping into production. Your mission

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance protocols to ensure products meet or exceed PUMA's standards.

  • Communicate and monitor PUMA product quality requirements with suppliers, ensuring adherence to fabrics, trims, embellishments, workmanship, labeling and packaging standards.

4) RFT (Right First Time) Percentage at Source: Responsible for implementing
measures that guarantee RFT at the source. This includes proactive actions to
prevent errors and consistent efforts to demonstrate measurable
improvements in RFT percentages over time.
5) Manage in bound and out bound inspections: Responsible of managing in
bound and out bound inspections and ensure pass % targets are met.

  • Develop assigned fabrics and trims in collaboration with relevant teams

Your mission

This role is to lead, plan and monitor marketing communications activities in Malaysia to achieve brand and commercial objectives working with the key stakeholders. It is also to implement and monitor performance BU (Teamsports, Basketball, Run Train) marketing strategies/activities to achieve brand and commercial objectives working with the key stakeholders. This includes: 
•    Build, manage and service portfolio of Sports Marketing assets 
•    Leverage and manage usage of sports assets in communication 
•    Lead and implement communication planning strategy for PUMA.com and all involved marketplaces.


Task 1: Drive key marketing initiatives and implement integrated communication plans (Media strategy) to be aligned with Global brand narrative and conduct post campaign analysis. Develop, plan, manage and implement a brand relevant Sports Marketing portfolio of assets with national relevance.    

Task 2: Lead and implement sports activations/events to engage PUMA’s target audience. (Football/Basketball/Running) to ensure brand visibility and buzz. Develop and implement football marketing strategy and plans to budget to drive brand heat. Create and implement sports-related brand events.    

Task 3: Effective management of external agencies 

  • PR to ensure consistent coverage for Malaysia. Maintaining good relationship with related Media and PUMA Influencers. 
  • Media agency to ensure effective/efficient strategy for key initiatives to drive awareness/engagement.
  • Other agencies for successful activations/events.  

Task 4: People 

  • Provide functional direction and development to local Malaysia teams and ensure the team’s capability and capacity to execute in accordance with set plans. 
  • Regularly assess team strengths and weaknesses and provide training and support where needed. 
  • Build effective reporting/feedback structure/platform, leverage best practices in APAC region/global for countries to learn from each other to elevate overall presentation as well as improve/achieve business objectives continuously.  

Task 5: Establish good support for Retail / E-comm / Wholesale team.
 

Your talent

Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing or relevant studies.
Professional: Functional: Proven brand marketing and Trade / E-comm marketing experience from international Brand across multiple countries. Preferably candidates from sports / fashion / footwear industry.

Your mission

The Executive, Business Intelligence SEAO will support with regional data initiatives and day-to-day data operations that enable informed decision making, with the broader objective of steering the SEAO region toward a data-oriented organization.

This role centers on backend data management and project execution, ensuring data availability, accuracy, and reliability across multiple systems and markets. The role will also assist in the development and maintenance of business intelligence dashboards and reports for regional stakeholders.

We are looking for a candidate who is detail-oriented, technically strong and business-savvy, with experience managing data pieplines, integrating datasets and enhanching data quality, while also being adept at developing clear and actionable BI reports.

Task 1: Support end-to-end data integration projects, bringing external and internal datasets into the company’s data cube while ensuring quality and alignment with existing structures.

Task 2: Support the building and validation of data elements that reflect business logic, ensuring they are accurate, consistent, and ready for analytical use.

Task 3: Perform comprehensive, ongoing validation of data against source systems to ensure data accuracy and alignment with business logic.

Task 4: Develop and maintain detailed data glossaries documenting each data point including its definition, source and intended use.

Task 5: Support business users to resolve BI-related issues and ensure minimal downtime.

· Conduct a first level check with business users to understand nature of the issue and identify root causes.

· Work closely with Global BI team to resolve issues as required.

Task 6: Lead the development and implementation of robust BI reports based on business requirements, in accordance with timelines

· Review business operations and identify areas for improvement that can be bridged through BI.

· Gather requirements from business users.

· Develop dashboards based on business requirements and best practices.

· Perform testing to ensure data accuracy and functionality as per requirement.

· Conduct training for the end users to enable them to fully utilize the reports/ dashboards.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or related fields

Professional:

  • 1-2 years in business intelligence, analytics, or data engineering and/or business Intelligence field

  • Industry background in retail, wholesale, or consumer goods preferred

IT Skills:

  • Professional in DAX (using DAX studio, Tabular Editor, Power BI)

This position is responsible for managing visual merchandising through clear guidelines, regular store visits, and reporting to continuously elevate execution standards and team capability, while also leading store experience initiatives including display maintenance and new store openings to ensure impactful and consistent VM execution across all locations.

Task 1: Responsible for executing VM planning and execution including in store RESEC launch and visual display presentation, with effective store zoning to build appealing story telling.

Position Summary:

  • To manage a business unit for PUMA India and work closely with the Business head to achieve KPIs for the business unit.

  • P&L and working capital management

  • Control, compliance, process automation

Key Objective:

  • Complete P&L responsibility for a business unit. Working with Business head/sales team to ensure targets are achieved

  • Responsible for Planning, Budgeting, and forecasting for a business unit

Qualifications and functional Competencies:

  • Chartered Accountant/ MBA with 7+ years of experience

  • Minimum 7 years of similar experience in Business finance, commercial role

  • Self-motivated, Great people skills to manage and work with internal and external stakeholders

  • Ability to think innovatively and provide quick solution to business problems

  • Ability to bring changes to current processes through robust SOPs and automation

  • Good managerial skills and ability to lead a team

  • Good understanding of Accounting standards and GST

  • 2-3 years of experience in retail industry and working knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
