Your mission

The primary role of this position requires the ability to manage the day-to-day operations of ecommerce business. This role requires a data-driven mindset, can-do attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth e-commerce operations.

Task 1: Sales Management
•    Monitor sales trends across PUMA’s ecommerce channels to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
•    Conduct regular benchmarking of competitor performance, campaign mechanics, and fashion trends to uncover new opportunities for PUMA.

Task 2: Communication and Collaboration
•    Liaise with internal teams (e.g., logistics, content, marketing, operations, and training) to align on day-to-day ops, key campaigns, timely execution of ecommerce mechanics such as vouchers, flash sales, and short video activation.
•    Coordinate with external partners, marketplace reps, and enablers for campaign alignment, product exposure, and livestream technical setup.

Task 3: Livestream Management

•    Plan and manage livestream sessions, including scheduling, product arrangements, and performance tracking across Shopee and TikTok channels.
•    Evaluate livestream performance using key data metrics such as GMV, CR%, traffic, GPM, etc., and provide actionable recommendations to drive sales.
•    Coordinate with content creators, hosts, and internal creative teams to ensure engaging and brand-consistent livestream executions.

Task 4: Reporting
•    Maintain detailed records of sales performance (e.g., total GMV, live GMV, expenses).
•    Manage administrative responsibilities, including reviewing and processing billing documents from various vendors and marketplaces.
•    Support monthly/quarterly business reviews with consolidated summaries.
 

Your talent

Education: Bachelor's degree in business management and relevant studies.

Professional: Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in the e-commerce industry. Experience working for marketplaces, enablers, or fashion brands.

IT Skills: Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Your mission

The Executive, Business Intelligence SEAO will support with regional data initiatives and day-to-day data operations that enable informed decision making, with the broader objective of steering the SEAO region toward a data-oriented organization.

This role centers on backend data management and project execution, ensuring data availability, accuracy, and reliability across multiple systems and markets. The role will also assist in the development and maintenance of business intelligence dashboards and reports for regional stakeholders.

We are looking for a candidate who is detail-oriented, technically strong and business-savvy, with experience managing data pieplines, integrating datasets and enhanching data quality, while also being adept at developing clear and actionable BI reports.

Task 1: Support end-to-end data integration projects, bringing external and internal datasets into the company’s data cube while ensuring quality and alignment with existing structures.

Task 2: Support the building and validation of data elements that reflect business logic, ensuring they are accurate, consistent, and ready for analytical use.

Task 3: Perform comprehensive, ongoing validation of data against source systems to ensure data accuracy and alignment with business logic.

Task 4: Develop and maintain detailed data glossaries documenting each data point including its definition, source and intended use.

Task 5: Support business users to resolve BI-related issues and ensure minimal downtime.

· Conduct a first level check with business users to understand nature of the issue and identify root causes.

· Work closely with Global BI team to resolve issues as required.

Task 6: Lead the development and implementation of robust BI reports based on business requirements, in accordance with timelines

· Review business operations and identify areas for improvement that can be bridged through BI.

· Gather requirements from business users.

· Develop dashboards based on business requirements and best practices.

· Perform testing to ensure data accuracy and functionality as per requirement.

· Conduct training for the end users to enable them to fully utilize the reports/ dashboards.

Your talent

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or related fields

Professional:

  • 1-2 years in business intelligence, analytics, or data engineering and/or business Intelligence field

  • Industry background in retail, wholesale, or consumer goods preferred

IT Skills:

  • Power BI

  • Professional in DAX (using DAX studio, Tabular Editor, Power BI)

  • Strong coding skills (SQL, Python)

Your mission

  • Prototype development (BOM).  Develop assigned styles/collections with Design, PLM and suppliers including pricing and prototyping.  Responsible to prepare, maintain and follow up on all necessary documents (style specifications, size tables, fabrics and trim selection, fitting and sealing comments) through the development process
  • Product Development / Sampling: Independently developing assigned styles / collections in cooperation with Design / Product Line Management / Team Head Development / other Puma Group Sourcing (PGS) functions and Garment Suppliers.  Ensure on time sample delivery, good sample quality / execution / fitting
  • Communication/Approvals: Drive proactive cross functional communication  with internal and external teams to ensure a smooth product development process.  Provide and collect product comments  to help to achieve a higher product value.  Follow up all requested changes to ensure on-time product finalization and approval (including artwork approvals) prior to bulk order placement (buy ready)
  • Create and Update Tech Packs in System: Responsible to prepare, maintain and follow up all necessary documents (Style specifications, size tables, fabric and trim selection, fitting and sealing comments).  Release Tech Packs to Garment Suppliers to start the product development process. Ensure on time data administration in Puma’s Product Range Management system and related IT systems
  • Pricing: Responsible for cost review and negotiations with Garment Suppliers to achieve best possible FOB (Free on Board) prices/margins according to target FOBs provided by the respective Puma SE Business Unit. Activate cost benchmarking activities especially for high volume styles to achieve FOB competitiveness

Your talent

  • Higher Diploma in Supply Chain, Business or related discipline
  • 2-5 years’ relevant experience in garment/sportswear industry
  • Good knowledge in products’ development is preferred

Your mission

  • Responsible in creating and updating PUMA test methods, standards, and product testing guidelines. Review compare industry following standards and methods for benchmarking purposes. Stay up to date on regulatory requirements and propose recommendations for compliance
  • Test Methods and Standards: Be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining PUMA’s footwear test methods and standards.   • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Create, update, and maintain SOPs related to footwear material and finished product testing. Ensure consistency and adherence to established procedures and collect feedback for continuous enhancements. Train internal and external stakeholders on product testing SOPs and protocols
  • Project Collaboration: Participate in various projects related to innovation, development, and production. Contribute insights to enhance product quality and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges
  • Supplier Guidance: Work closely with Tier 1 (T1) and Tier 2 (T2) supplier laboratories. Provide guidance on adhering to quality standards and testing protocols. Foster strong relationships with suppliers to drive continuous improvement

Your mission

  • To support the objective of driving profitable and sustainable market share and net sales growth within assigned key accounts, delivering against the budget and commercial expectations, while executing in respect to PUMA standards and qualitative objectives

  • Task 5: To forecast, track and report quantitative and qualitative performance on Key Account Performance i.e. Sales and Margin, Trade Terms, Orderbook. To monitor and report on customer and competitor performance i.e. market share, situation and development, sell-thru performance and ROI on key activities

Your mission

This position is responsible for executing the merchandising strategy of multi-channels for the dedicated market. This role ensures product assortments, pricing, and go-to-market execution align with Puma brand objectives, local market dynamics, and financial targets. The position requires brand strategy, analytical skills, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize sell-in and sell-through performance.

Task 1: Product Assortment Planning
-    Develop channel-specific assortment for wholesale partners based on new distribution framework and the guiding principles for multi channels.
-    Ensure franchise health by monitoring product lifecycles across multi-channels, introducing new concepts, and managing exit strategies for underperforming products.      
-    Validate competitive local pricing for multi-channel ranges, considering global guidelines, margin targets and country-specific competitors’ landscape.   
-    Address range gaps through close collaboration with country sales team and key customers, ensuring channel-specific inputs are considered for product development.  

Task 2: Go-to-Market Execution 
-    Execute the seasonal GTM process for wholesale, including pre-line, sell-in preparation, and showroom presentations during the tradeshow.
-    Create sell-in tools (line lists, product decks, merchandising guidelines) for sales teams.
-    Support showroom setup and presentation for seasonal sell-in meetings.

Task 3: Order Book & Inventory Management
-    Track order book performance post-sell-in and identify gaps or risks.
-    Collaborate with supply chain to ensure on-time delivery and minimize cancellations
-    Monitor inventory health and implement actions to reduce aged stock.      

Task 4: Cross-Function Collaboration
-     Partner with country sales, marketing, and VM teams to align merchandising strategies and to maximize sell-in/sell-thru performance.
-    Develop joint storytelling tools and VM guidelines ensuring consistent Puma brand presentation across multi-channels touchpoints.
-    Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to share performance insights, address range gaps, and capitalize growth opportunities in the marketplace.

Task 5: Market & Consumer Insights
-    Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to reflect assortment and pricing decisions.

Your mission

  • Senior Executive Origin Logistics, is responsible for managing supplier logistics operations including suppliers' KPI performance, Order fulfillment, 3PL management etc. Work closely with the line manager on various projects related to logistics operations. He/ She is also responsible for team management and agree personal development plan for individual team member
  • Task 1 - Daily Shipment Delivery: Check & confirm LCHD on systems: change of ship mode, delay, shortage, early ship, deferment, replacement… etc. Update delivery performance code on systems for delayed orders. Release SASN for non-integrated LSP. Expired CHD/LCHD follow up. Collect Proforma Invoice from factories for LC / TT payment in advance for licensee customers like as Philippines & Thailand. Expedite Certificates of Origin from all Factories to meet the required COO timeline
  • Task 2: Extra Charges & Payment Process: Check and accept VAS cost in GTN (label & packing cost, pack factor change, storage cost, rework cost…). Submit debit note & credit note to line manager for approval. Submit debit note & credit note to finance portal web/open text. Work with Source Co, Finance team to fix invoice discrepancy if happening
  • Task 3: Collaboration With Stakeholders - Collaborate with sales sub for alignment on all types of order changes: early ship, shortage, deferment, shipment planning, light load container approval, push up green light process. Collaborate with vendors to monitor shipment delivery as planned, GSI compliance, other special handling request. Collaborate with LSP for SOP compliance, clarify shipping instruction, correct shipment discrepancy...Collaborate with other team like OM/production/L&P to solve out other relevant issues
  • Task 4: Claim Handling: Validate claim of quantity shortage, or defective cargo through with vendors/ Sales sub / LSP. Collaborate with claim manager to close the claim in proper manner
  • Task 5: Administration - HS Code update for some particular destinations like as Japan, China, India, Korea, Thailand, Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Turkey, SEA. Follow up docs upload in GTN document folder. Follow up original shipping docs dispatch to some destinations as requested. Document checking: GTN invoice, COO, material composition… for some customers like as Japan, China, India, Korea, Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Turkey, SEA. Run data report upon request
  • Task 6: Travel Port/CFS/Factory/Custom office to understand issues on the ground
  • Task 7: Leadership - Support subordinates for operation problem solving with efficient solutions. Supervise new project / new SOP implementation that assures its full compliance with setting objectives. Tracking Vendor / LSP KPI and support subordinates to manage these KPIs in efficient ways. Organize new supplier training upon requested by line manager. Keep updated and extend industrial market intelligence. Personal skills and teamwork skill set development

Your talent

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field, with additional knowledge of business management.

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the lifestyle industry, including holding a similar role in a multinational company within the past 3 years.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Excellent English communication skills.

Your mission

  • Support PUMA Vietnam’s Visual Merchandising team, with a focus on in-store graphic execution and retail campaign support
  • Work closely with the VM team to implement seasonal campaigns, coordinate with vendors and stores, and ensure a consistent brand presentation across retail and partner channels
  • VM  MANAGEMENT - Review requests from partners to adapt graphics based on the latest assortment list. Check and summarize reports from Retail and Partners. Ensure timeline alignment for campaign launches: coordinate with vendors, share installation schedules with store teams. Take measurements and adjust graphic sizes according to updates from new campaigns (Retail/Partner)
  • COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT - Vendor Support: Review vendor quotations/samples and summarize monthly order quantities for each campaign launch. VM Execution: Assist in monthly campaign execution, internal communication, and on-site support
  • SUPPORT ADMINISTRATION - Summarize and verify quotations/invoices with vendors for liquidation and PR submission. Support daily administrative tasks within the VM team.

Your talent

  •  Final-year student majoring in Graphic Design.
  • Familiar with layout design, visual composition, and basic print file preparation.
  • Strong attention to detail with a solid aesthetic sense.
  • Basic understanding of in-store branding, visual display, or campaign execution is an advantage.
  • Able to multitask and work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
  • Well-organized with good time management skills.

Your mission

This position is responsible for supporting the Head of Strategy to shape key business decisions and the growth strategy by transforming raw data into clear, actionable insights. You will collaborate cross functionally with teams such as Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing and Merchandising, helping to ensure decisions are informed by accurate, relevant and timely data. This role blends analytical problem-solving with strategic thinking — ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to work at the intersection of data and business.

Task 1: Collect, clean, and analyze large and complex datasets to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and support strategic initiative across all business topics such as – sales performance, customer behavior, inventory efficiency, market trend, etc.

Task 2: Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand business needs, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Task 3: Support the development of data models and frameworks that support forecasting, scenario planning, and decision-making.

Task 4: Support the development and maintenance of dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs to monitor business performance, track progress against goals, and identify areas for optimization.

Task 5: Prepare data-led presentations and communicate findings to the management team for decision making.

Your mission

This position is responsible for leading the design and delivery of on-trend, brand-consistent creative assets across PUMA websites, e-commerce platforms, and key digital channels across SEA, in alignment with global brand guidelines. 

This role plays a critical part in strengthening emotional brand connection, elevating product desirability, and driving conversion. 

Task 1: E-commerce 

  • Lead the design and execution of high-quality digital assets, including website banners, campaign visuals, social media content, EDMs, and banner ads across multiple platforms.  
  • Ensure all outputs are on-brand, accessible, user-friendly, and aligned with best-practice digital standards. 
  • Translate commercial and performance objectives into effective visual storytelling that drives engagement and conversion. 
  • Act as a senior creative contributor, providing guidance and quality control across e-commerce assets. 

Task 2: Brand Marketing  

  • Partner closely with the Marketing team to develop creative solutions aligned with brand strategy, communication objectives, and campaign direction. 
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies and regional partners, contributing to key meetings and creative discussions. 
  • Ensure consistency of brand expression across commercial and brand-led touchpoints. 

Your talent

Education: Bachelor's degree in graphic design or relevant studies.

Professional: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in creative or design roles. Preferably, candidates with a retail or fast fashion background.

IT Skills: Photoshop and Illustrator; experience with Premiere Pro and After Effects is a plus.
