Position Summary:

As a Senior Legal counsel, you would work with Head of the Legal/ Head of the respective business. You would deal with diverse business transaction, recording of such transaction by way of an agreement and after ascertaining all facts. A business assistant is responsible for performing administrative and clerical duties to provide high quality services to the Managing Director, SEA & Oceania.

Task 1: Visa Application and Renewal

Prepare the necessary documents required by the visa agent to apply and renew visa for Managing Director, SEA & Oceania on a timely manner.

Task 2: Travel Management (International/Domestic)

Manage detailed travel arrangements, booking flight tickets, accommodation, and preparing detailed travel itineraries.

Task 3: Secretarial Duties

• Act as a liaison to the internal stakeholders and business partners, coordinating both internal and external meetings to ensure that Managing Director, SEA & Oceania’s time is maximized by effectively managing his schedules, create meeting agendas and circulate meeting materials.
