Your mission

  • Establish business relationship with all related suppliers
  • Work with suppliers on sample development independently
  • Build up a clear and transparent relationship with product creation team and suppliers
  • Communicate/comment/interact with product creation team and suppliers on problems regarding sample development and future bulk production. Detailed job follow up starting from sketching up to samples delivery. Samples, artwork, materials, strike offs and lab dips follow up / approvals

Your talent

  • Preferred bachelor degree
  • 5-8 years working experience in bags and accessories, preferably in the sport equipment business
  • Highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills, focus on details and proactive problem solving ability. Able to work under pressure, independently and as part of a team on assigned tasks
  • Familiar with manufacturing processes, materials and material testing.
  • Able to lead manufacturers towards improvements of development and production process
  • High proficiency in English or Mandarin would be considered a plus

  • Directly responsible for ensuring the Store consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability goals through the effective use of short and long term planning, expense control, sales and service

Your mission

  • Responsible in creating and updating PUMA test methods, standards, and product testing guidelines. Review compare industry following standards and methods for benchmarking purposes. Stay up to date on regulatory requirements and propose recommendations for compliance
  • Test Methods and Standards: Be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining PUMA’s footwear test methods and standards. Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes related to footwear physical and mechanical testing. Conduct test trials and create new test methods and standards as needed

  • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Create, update, and maintain SOPs related to footwear material and finished product testing. Ensure consistency and adherence to established procedures and collect feedback for continuous enhancements. Train internal and external stakeholders on product testing SOPs and protocols
  • Project Collaboration: Participate in various projects related to innovation, development, and production. Contribute insights to enhance product quality and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges
  • Supplier Guidance: Work closely with Tier 1 (T1) and Tier 2 (T2) supplier laboratories. Provide guidance on adhering to quality standards and testing protocols. Foster strong relationships with suppliers to drive continuous improvement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Material Technology or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent technical education/experience within the footwear industry
  • Minimum 5 years in laboratory operations and staff management, with proven expertise in footwear material testing and lab organization

Support the Puma brand and business both internally and externally by executing a series of Run/Train Marketing activities. Your mission

The role is responsible for managing visual merchandising presentations through successful VM programs, developing clear guidelines, conducting store visits, and preparing reports to continuously enhance the team’s skills and standards. Your mission

To manage Store Development activities within the region including franchise store and company owned stores but not limited to:

  • Support & assist for incoming store projects drawings – ensuring design and lay-out in line with Global guidelines and principles.
  • Coordination with landlord, mall management and submission for all approval process and site visit prior to opening.
  • Maintain and Manage Store Databases – ensure and provide accurate and timely information

Maintain library of installation guides and fixture components for all existing and active store concepts

Project Design Support

  • Support & assist for incoming store projects drawings (new, relocations, refurbishments), including design lay-out, installation and time lines, ensuring that design and lay-out is done in line with Global guidelines and principles
  • Ensure the design process incorporates PUMA Retail Standards, including SKU capacity  vs Sales Plan

Coordination Management, Guidance & Support

  • Coordination with landlord, mall management and submission for all approval process.
  • Coordinate with all vendors to ensure that all aspects of the opening are considered in the planning process.
  • Provide guidance and support to ensure that Project Plans are realistic and enables timely opening of the store, incorporating visual merchandising and operational set-up. Ensure that all countries, including distributor countries, within the Region have up-to-date information on all current store concepts, design guidelines and –principles.

Your talent

  • A bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma, with 4–5 years of experience in a similar project management role within architecture, design, or construction, preferably with a retail focus.
  • Strong understanding of Interior & Store Design and construction processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD and other design software.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work in a structured and organized manner.

Your mission

  • Responsible for all line, including Select/ Special Make up / Rapid Response Design creation for Key Accounts, Puma Retail, and Outlet or any account when required

Your mission

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of ETL pipelines to support daily data operations.
  • Collaborate on data validation, governance, and quality initiatives to enhance the reliability and efficiency of data flows.
  • Support and maintain automated data systems; troubleshoot issues and resolve system defects promptly.
  • Contribute to the documentation of data processes and create clear, user-friendly manuals and operational guides.

Your talent

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proficient in programming/scripting languages such as Python and SQL.

Your mission

Position Title : Intern Employer Branding & DEI ( PUMA India)

Location : Bengaluru

Duration : 3-6 months (with possibility of extension)

Reports to: Lead, Employer Branding & Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)

Position Summary : As an intern in the Employer Branding & DEI team, you will help amplify PUMAs employer value proposition (EVP), strengthen our inclusive culture, and support initiatives that position PUMA as a vibrant, purpose-driven employer of choice. You will get hands-on exposure to employer branding campaigns, DEI projects, digital content, events and analytics. You'll work collaborating across HR, marketing, and creative functions to bring our brand to life both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the employer branding agenda: assist in creating, curating and scheduling content for career site, social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), talent-attraction campaigns and internal communications.

  • Help maintain consistency of our employer brand across all candidate and employee touchpoints (job-board listings, Glassdoor/Indeed reviews, email communications, internal portals).

  • Assist DEI initiatives: research best practices, help design inclusive campaigns, support diversity talent-engagement events and internal awareness drives.

  • Use analytics to track and evaluate campaign effectiveness (social metrics, candidate-experience feedback, internal engagement) and provide insights or recommendations.

  • Work collaboratively with recruiters, HR business partners, creative/design team, and external vendors (if any) to coordinate events, employee-spotlight stories, campus recruitment & community outreach.

  • Manage administrative and project-coordination tasks: maintain content calendars, update databases, support event logistics, draft communications, monitor progress.

  • Bring in fresh, creative ideas to enhance our employer brand culture: ideas for storytelling, employee testimonials, visual/social assets, campus engagement, DEI activations.

  • Be eager to learn, participate in team meetings, provide support as needed and take initiative in smaller tasks or sub-projects.

Education & Background

  • We strongly encourage applications from individuals with lived experiences that shape their DEI perspective

  • Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a Masters programme in HR, Business, Communications, Marketing, Social Sciences or a related field.

  • Strong interest in employer branding, talent-acquisition, DEI, internal communications or HR.

  • Prior exposure (academic, internship or voluntary) to HR/branding/DEI work is a plus (but not mandatory). However, Lived Experience is a priority.

Skills & Abilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to craft engaging content for social media, internal comms or employer-branding platforms.

  • Creative mindset: comfortable generating ideas, designing basic visuals (Canva or similar), photo or video editing is a plus.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with social-media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).

  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.

  • Collaborative team-player with good interpersonal skills, ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, curious, willing to learn, open to feedback.

  • Understanding (or keen to learn) of diversity, equity & inclusion concepts, employer-brand strategy and talent-marketing fundamentals.

  • (Preferable) Basic analytical skills: ability to track metrics, interpret social engagement, campaign-effectiveness feedback.

  • Ability to commit for the duration specified (e.g., 3-6 months) and commit to core working hours/office days as required.

Your mission

Material & Trim Development and Testing

  • Develop assigned fabrics and trims in collaboration with relevant teams
  • Support trim development and maintain seasonal trim resources
  • Create material codes and update specifications in the material repository
  • Monitor material quality throughout sampling and bulk production
  • Ensure compliance with company testing standards for both fabrics and trims
  • Approve base test reports for trims and validate RSL compliance
  • Troubleshoot quality issues and resolve trim-related concerns
  • Manage vendor communication to ensure timely and accurate development

Innovation & Market Research

  • Search for newness in trims and fabrics to meet brand requirements

Color Development & Alignment

  • Initiate color development and ensure alignment across suppliers and regions
  • Handle color performance issues and resolve metamerism concerns
  • Review lab dips and bulk colors, providing technical advice for corrections to meet standards

Your talent

  • Diploma or higher qualification in Textile, Fashion, or a related discipline
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in material development or sourcing
  • Degree in Textile Engineering is preferred
  • Prior experience working in both factory and liaison office environments is highly desirable

Your mission

  • Develop assigned styles/collections in cooperation with Designers, internal teams and suppliers
  • Contribute to the development process actively by proposing alternative garment execution, to fully optimize garment targets of design, quality and price
  • Manage and execute time and action plans and ensure on time delivery of samples in good execution, quality and fit
  • Coordinate and monitor all activities regarding development, approval and communication of all fabric, trimming and accessory suppliers
  • Drive proactive cross functional communication with internal and external stakeholders to achieve efficient and effective product development process
  • Ensure on time product finalization and approval prior to bulk order placement
  • Responsible for preparation, maintenance and follow up of all work documents (e.g. tech pack, style specification, size tables, fabric and trim selection, fitting and sealing comments, etc.)

  • Responsible for cost review and negotiation to meet target FOB prices and profit margins
  • Coordinate and take part in seasonal development trips aboard
