Your Talent
- University degree in Fashion related field preferred.
- Minimum 8 years in retail buying, ideally in footwear and outlet-focused environments is a plus
- Understanding of product lifecycle, discounting logic, and consumer behavior in the outlet channel.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and timelines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint required); knowledge of retail systems is a plus.

Your Mission
- Drive growth for the FTW channel in FOC Europe
- Develop seasonal strategies for the FOC business
- Build Outlet-specific footwear assortments, ensuring alignment with pricing strategy, seasonal flow, and KPI targets
- Use range-building principles such as lessons learnt, trends, price sensitivity, colour analysis, and seasonality to develop a well-rounded Outlet offer that meets budgeted sales and consumer demand
- Track and share competitive insights and European Outlet trends relevant to Footwear with up-to-date market intelligence
- Collection reviews to continuously refine the Outlet Footwear assortment strategy
- Being the voice of the Retail Europe Team to give feedback on collections and define opportunities and misses in assortments in a qualitative and quantitative manner
- Ensuring that we execute according to our planned buys and being able to foresee and vocalize if we are off track with tangible actions and solutions
- Manage and develop the Jr Buyer
- Validating with the planning team both qualitative and quantitative inputs
- Collaboration with Visual Merchandising and Marketing teams in ensuring Outlet assortments support in-store footwear displays and flow requirements
- Own all in season internal cross divisional processes eg Demand forecasting, Visual Line Plans and assortment tools
- Smooth execution of outlet-related buying processes
- Product tracking, delivery timelines, and data accuracy across assortment and order systems
- Provide operational support across purchase order management
- Oversee the Sample process.
