Your Mission

  • [SUMMARY] 1. Project Planning and Management, Deal Packs – Prepare new store proposals and provide input to the Deal Packs (for Board approval of the store). Be the main point of contact to Global Store Development / 2. Construction and Set-up – Lead all store development work, from project start to store opening. Responsible for the ordering of fixtures, fittings and other elements, ensuring that all local regulations and legal aspects are adhered to / 3. Store condition Management – Supervise and guide for ensuring that all PUMA branded spaces are kept in a Brand-worthy condition and provide repair and maintenance support to stores / 4. Local sourcing – Manage relationships with local suppliers and general contractors, ensuring compliance to PUMA’s technical design, quality as well as SAFE -criteria. Ensure appropriate resources are available to meet planned opening/refurbishment/relocation/closing plans of the business / 5. Concept Management – Follow Global store concepts, design guidelines and sourcing policies. Provide input and feedback on performance and market needs not covered by existing formats
  • Task 1 (20%) Project Planning and Management, Deal Packs: Plan and Project manage all store development-related activities in the country. Responsible for the planning and execution of new store openings, relocations, refurbishments, repairs/maintenance and closures of O&O as well as Franchise stores (Full Price and Factory Outlets) / Provide structure and process to all related parties and ensure projects are delivered on-time and on-budget.  Work closely with the Global Store Development Team on all relevant matters / Provide store construction related details to the Deal Packs which must be submitted for Board approval / Ensure that all projects are delivered within agreed budgets and that any anticipation of exceeding budgets are communicated immediately to Senior Management and that the necessary approvals are obtained
  • Task 2 (40%) Construction and Set-up: Lead the construction and installation efforts on all projects. Be the coordinator and facilitator with internal and external parties to ensure seamless and trouble-free project delivery. Provide regular updates to Line Manager and Senior Management on status and progress and report any deviations from plan without delay / Responsible for the forecast of fixtures and fittings, lighting, flooring etc / Ensure that all construction work complies with local laws and building- and planning regulations. Ensure that all building related permits, written permissions, warranties and insurances are obtained in due course / Ensure that construction is signed off prior to installation, that snagging lists are drawn up and corrective action is taken. Ensure that installation is done in accordance with the agreed layout and configured as per the capacity plan and VM guidelines / Work closely with other internal teams such as VM, Retail Marketing and Operations (for O&O) and with Wholesale teams, franchise partners and their contractors to deliver on-concept and on-time store openings
  • Task 3 (20%) Portfolio Management: Responsible for the overall store portfolio in terms of Store Formats and buildings. Ensure refurbishments are planned and executed, and that all locations are compliant with building and fire regulations at all times / Responsible for the general state of all O&O stores in relation to fixtures, lighting, flooring, wall etc. Regularly inspect and execute repairs and improvements to ensure that all stores are in a brand-worthy condition
  • Task 4 (10%) Local Sourcing: Ensure appropriate resources are available to meet planned opening/refurbishment/relocation/closing plans of the business as per budget and distribution development plans / Be fully aware of – and comply with - PUMA’s Global and Regional sourcing policies and always consult in advance with Global Store Development when new suppliers and/or products are planned to be used / Select, manage and oversee building contractors and suppliers including tender for works, contract negotiations, setting service level agreements and invoice authorization – ensuring high quality standards of work and services while remaining cost-efficient / Responsible for the compliance with PUMA’s technical-, design-, quality- and SAFE criteria
  • Task 5 (10%) Concept Management: Be accountable for adhering to PUMA’s Global store concepts, design guidelines and sourcing policies / Provide input and feedback on performance and market needs not covered by existing formats – filtering requests and proposals from internal/external stakeholders, balancing brand-relevance, commercial opportunity and overall priority

Your Mission

Together with the Manager, Retail Merchandising, this role manages in-season trading by optimizing inventory, making key trading decisions, and keeping stakeholders informed. Responsibilities include ensuring timely stock rollouts, executing replenishments, and consolidating inventory to reduce slow-moving merchandise. It also involves collaborating with the country logistics team for product planning, delivery forecasts, and shipment tracking. Additionally, the role supports weekly and monthly allocation plans, oversees pricing and promotions, processes inventory projections, and develops strategies for clearance, EOSS events, and ad-hoc promotions to drive sell-through. Close coordination with logistics ensures timely merchandise deliveries.

Task 1:  Pre-season Planning

  • Review Sales, Inventory, by channel and division. Present risks and opportunities on inventory with close monitoring of stocks inbound. 
  • Ensure an efficient inventory flow between warehouse and store locations; transfers in and out, store vs warehouse, and that any opportunities are fulfilled. Inform changes in inventory forecasts that will directly affect KPI’s. 
  • Work with Visual Merchandising and Store Operation team on new launches.
  • Provide appropriate top line, style level and accurate ISD reporting and analysis for Merchandising team to be able to make decision for promotions, MD, re-buy needs and stocks transfer etc. 
  • Review the plans for upcoming seasons against actual situation and create final store plans and stock flow for allocation. 
  • Responsible for price changes update in system, internal and external. 
  • Analyze size level performance on Gender/ BU/ class level and create sized buy plans for ordering on style level. 
  • Use provided allocation tool/ Excel/ SAP for weekly new allocation and replenishment to stores.  
  • Participate in monthly SIC meeting / Walk the stores/retail visit bi-monthly. 

Task 2: Process Improvement

  • In conjunction with Retail Merchandising Team, work on improving the processes and tools used. 
  • Ensure existing tools are compatible with country needs and systems. Highlight needs to Retail Merchandising Manager. In the absence of set templates, drive the introduction and implementation of such tools.

Your Mission

Together with the Director of Buying and Merchandising and SEA Channel Manager, this role will be responsible for delivering a buy strategy per season and building the most profitable, balanced, customer focused range for the country which reflects the PUMA Brand Strategy and supports any key country strategies.
Accountable for managing the in-season trading of the business in a way where inventory is managed efficiently and required trading decisions are made and communicated to stakeholders.

Execution of seasonal buy for FPS, FOC and ECOM

  • Execute seasonal buy in accordance with OTB & Budget

  • Define assortment based on Country/ Channel/market/ platform/ customer profile, participate in seasonal preline/ kickoff/ tradeshow meetings to ensure product relevance.

  • Ensure timely submission of seasonal orders.

  • Manage the right product mix with targeted division/product category in mind.

  • Ensure the buy based on analysis of the historical data/sell through.

  • Define product strategy by sales channel to achieve optimal sell through results

  • Deliver seasonal line to ensure gross margin, sell through performance and healthy stocks inventory.

  • Present seasonal collection performance vs expectations and in analyzing consumer buying patterns, predicting future trends

  • Propose Country requirement and pricing against competition.

Effective and efficient in-season rollout

  • Ensure Country/ channel/ platform seasonal rollout is aligned with Global/ SEA direction.

  • Be close to market to monitor direct competitors against Brand's position in terms of pricing, product, technology, Hero items.

  • Ensure timely rollout of monthly launches and product assortment plan prior launch of a season.

  • Touch base weekly/monthly with both Offline and ECOM OPs to reaffirm on RESEC/ OSEC & Banner and promotion roll out

Align best practices across territory

  • Adhere to existing best practices and ensure it is consistently rolled out in different participating platform/s

  • Ensure that functional work processes are clearly defined.

Pre-season Planning

  • Together with Channel Manager and Planning Manager, review Sales, Inventory, Profit and OTB Budgets vs actual performance by channel and division and evaluate the achievability of budget targets for future seasons using the OTB tool. Present risks and opportunities to and sign off any changes with Head of Buying and Merchandising.

  • Together with Planning Team to determine OTB’s for future seasons making sure it allows efficient cover of Inventory while delivering profit and minimizing End Inventory. Present to and sign off with the Head of Buying and Merchandising.

  • Review store base grading by analyzing historical sales, SKU efficiency, and specific store needs as well as strategy. Work with Visual Merchandising on capacity planning to make sure the stores have the right amount of SKUs per space/concept at any point in time. Hand over the SKU targets to Merchandising to make sure the needed capacity is fulfilled and to prevent over-capacity.

  • Provide appropriate top line and style level reporting and analysis for Buying team to be able to make educated buy decisions.

  • Create achievable seasonal top-line plans for individual platforms and category sales and options in the Range Plan tool based on brand strategy, country strategy, history and range strategy.

  • Create bottom-up plans by style including grading, start and end weeks, ROS, MD and end Inventory in the Range Plan tool based on historical analysis. Ensure plans reflect the types of items planned i.e. best seller's vs interest pieces to make sure inventory is managed effectively. Ensure these plans reflect the created top line plans.

  • Present the buy plans including current trading trends, OTB for future seasons, Range Plan analysis and VLP together with Country Buying and Merchandising Team and Channel and Planning Team in Monthly and half yearly Global meetings.

  • Ensure size level analysis performance on Gender/ BU/ class level and create sized buy plans for ordering on style level.

In-season Planning

  • Drive weekly, monthly, quarterly and seasonal reporting and analysis and present these during weekly trading meetings. Drive the discussion together with Channel and planning Team on actions needed based on trading.

  • Review weekly sales at style level and make trading decisions for promotions, MD, price changes, re-buy needs, stock transfers etc.

  • Review the plans for upcoming seasons against actual situation and create final store plans and stock flow for allocation. Review allocation plans prepared by allocation team and discussed changes needed or pending issues.

  • Manage markdown/ promotion/ discount budget together with Channel and Planning Team, making sure the correct flow and level of MD is applied. Make sure the exit strategy is followed thereafter MD and seasonal change-over takes place as planned.

  • Together with Planning Team, manage the re-forecasting of sales, inventory, profit and OTB weekly at top line and concept level for each channel and division based on current trading using rolling up to Quarterly level for the OTB tool. Present changes, opportunities, concerns, or solutions to Head of Buying and Merchandising.

  • Oversee the placement of orders and track deliveries and stock flow to Warehouse.

  • Ensure an efficient inventory flow between channels and locations; transfers in and out, store vs warehouse, and that any opportunities are fulfilled. Inform channels of changes in inventory forecasts that will directly affect KPI’s.

  • Manage promotion execution together with Central Buying, Planning and operation team.

Process improvement

  • In conjunction with Retail Buying and Merchandising Team, work on improving the processes and tools used.

  • Ensure existing tools are compatible with country needs and systems. In the absence of set templates, drive the introduction and implementation of such tools.

Strategy

  • Create extensive Lessons-learnt analyses for previous seasons to be used as a basis of strategy for future seasons.

  • Provide feedback and input into the Country Retail Strategy process to ensure that the strategy is market relevant and addresses the right areas of the brand and business.

  • In conjunction with Channel Team, create buy Strategies that are in line with the Brand and Country Strategies and specific to store- and market needs, highlighting risks and opportunities.

Building the Team

  • Train and lead Buying and Merchandising Team on full spectrum if buying across different regions and platform. Ensuring allocation plan and inventory situation are at optimal level in accordance to sales plan.

Your Mission

  • Together with the Head of Merchandising, responsible for delivering a in-season strategy and building the most profitable, balanced, customer focused range for the country which reflects the PUMA Brand Strategy and supports any key country strategies
  • Accountable for managing the in-season trading of the business in a way where inventory is managed efficiently and required trading decisions are made and communicated to stakeholders
  • Execution of seasonal FPS & FOC buy
  • Involve in assortment based on market/store/customer profile, participate in seasonal kickoff meetings to ensure product relevance, ensure right product mix with targeted division/product category in mind
  • Assist in submission of seasonal orders
  • Ensure the buy based on analysis of the historical data/sell through
  • Involve in review seasonal collection performance vs expectations and in analysing consumer buying patterns, predicting future trends
  • Effective and efficient in-season rollout
  • Collaborate with VM & Retail Operations to ensure seasonal rollout is aligned with Global/ SEA direction
  • Garner feedback from Brand ambassadors on shop floor to enhance on pre-season planning.
  • Be close to market to monitor direct competitors against Brand's position in terms of pricing, product, technology, Hero items.
  • Ensure timely rollout of monthly launches and product assortment plan prior launch of a season
  • To ensure incoming new stocks to be launched responsible doors in a timely manner
  • To execute accurate replenishment and to ensure stock holding is in healthy level
  • To manage stock consolidation in between stores to reduce slow moving merchandise quantity
  • To work closely with Country Logistic team and to be more pro-active to plan product ranges, give delivery forecast, check shipment status of incoming stocks, delivery schedules
  • Partner with Country Planner in Weekly/ Monthly allocation and replenishment plans
  • Pricing and Promotion setup in system
  • Touch base weekly/monthly with VM/ Retail Ops/ Content Team to reaffirm on RESEC/ OSEC/ EC BANNER
  • Participate in monthly SIC meeting / Walk the stores/retail visit bi-monthly
  • Align best practices across territory
  • Adhere to existing best practices and ensure it is consistently rolled out in different partner doors/ Platform
  • Process Improvement
  • To process monthly inventory projection report together with Country Planner
  • To manage unproductive inventory and develop creative pricing programs for clearance or markdown
  • To strategize annual EOSS events and Ad Hoc promotions/ activations to boost sell-through

Your Mission

The Senior Executive Project role is key in driving seamless store openings and renovations. You'll manage project flow, coordinate teams, and ensure smooth project execution from start to finish, all while optimizing timelines and building strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders.


Task 1: Project Planning and Monitoring
•    Assist Project Manager in preparing the Bill of Quantities (BoQ) for new store openings or renovations.
•    Coordinate project activities, resources, and tasks across cross-functional teams.
•    Monitor and manage the project within the deliverable timeline.
•    Conduct site surveys and assessments to ensure proper execution of the project.
•    Liaise with vendors and landlords to ensure smooth project flow.
•    Support the Project Manager in client communications, providing updates, and suggesting potential adjustments.
•    Ensure proper documentation is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.


Task 2: Store Maintenance
•    Manage store maintenance work, follow up on requests from stores/operations, and ensure completion.
•    Ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and proper communication with relevant stakeholders.

  • Graduate of a bachelor's degree

Your Mission

Strategically manage and promote sales culture within a District of stores to achieve or exceed sales, KPI’s, and profitability goals to position PUMA to be the Fastest Sports Brand in the world.

Task 1:

Deliver on Set Targets and KPIs

Deliver on set retail P&L and KPI targets and identify opportunities and initiate plans to improve and grow the business by increasing store productivity (e.g. Conversion Rate, UPT, ATV, Sales per hour and sqm). Increase comp sales of all PUMA stores by setting & driving SMART targets and implementing operating plans locally Closely monitor business performance and take necessary action Proactively manage Store-related OPEX with particular emphasis on Personnel Expenses

Task 2:

Operations Standards / Store Management

Adopt and implement global/regional Operational Tools and Standards Execute country-specific operational policies and procedures (per Global Retail Operation Manual) to ensure they are compliant with International/Global Retail standards Deliver all operational standards for store openings (with Daily Game Plan), closings, relocation, upgrades, stock replenishment, inventory management, staff roster etc, to ensure smooth implementation and that budgets and timelines are met. Coach and lead local Retail Operations Teams to ensure Area- and Store Managers’ capabilities and competencies are developed and comply with International/Global standards Manage all operational aspects of store inventories, including defining in-store shipment processes, coordinating stock takes and ensuring data integrity. Work with Merchandise and Planning team to manage store inventory level to ensure optimal stock to support sales targets. Manage country loss prevention standards and ensure that shrink goals are met and security is to PUMA standard Execute VM guidelines in accordance with Global VM Survival Guide and RESEC Guide, coach and train retail staff in all aspects of retail operations and retail training, working with close co-operation with the SEA Retail Trainer. Support retail field training programs and roll-out of training initiatives. Tailor Regional and International operational initiatives to meet Country needs including translation of material and execute these according to designated timeline and budget. Manage and monitor stores personal Bolt Index achievements and strengthen store stores to achieve personal KPIs & sales targets.

Task 3:

Cross Functional Relationship

Work effectively with Retail support functions for country specific projects and needs Establish collaborative and effective relationships with Country Retail Operations Manager, Retail Training, Retail Marketing, Merchandising Manager, E-Commerce Director etc

Task 4:

Process Improvement

Set and implement best practices on Operations Management via cross-functional and cross-channel collaboration. Drive process improvements and strategic priorities in the country

Task 5:

Team

Drive and coach country Operations teams to ensure that they are motivated and capable of managing the business effectively Work closely with SEA Retail Training teams to identify the relevant developmental needs for store teams to ensure that training programs are targeted, relevant and conducted effectively Work closely with country support functions and wholesale teams Identify talent within the staff pool, and develop them as part of succession planning. Develop strong store management team and secure succession plan through effective hiring, development, training and staff retention programs
