Your mission

Operations Excellence & Process Improvement

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Operations Management, or related field.

Experience

  • 4–7 years of experience in Retail Operations, Business Operations, Store Operations, or a related field.
  • Experience in project coordination, process improvement, and operational support.
  • Experience working in a multi-store retail environment is preferred.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI capability (Dashboard development, data modeling, and build display).

Your mission

  • Responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient daily store operations across national stores while maintaining operational standards, customer service excellence, and business performance. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to optimize store productivity, sales performance, and customer experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Retail Operations, Sports, Fashion Retail

Your mission

This role is responsible for the localized design of PUMA retail environments across SEA, ensuring global brand standards are met while managing the technical documentation and vendor lifecycle.

Task 1: Store Design & Creative Execution

Support & assistance for incoming store project design & drawing (new, relocation & refurbishment) for Own & Operated and Partners based on Global Retail Environment Standards. Provide design solutions that align with PUMA brand identity and commercial requirement. Ensure design solutions optimize traffic flow, operational efficiency and product visibility by following SKU plan shared. Support in troubleshoot design-related issues to provide quick & functional solutions.

Task 2: Project Documentation & Technical Design
Manage the full set of Project Documentation (FF&E Drawing); Floor Plans, RCP, Elevations & Joinery Details. Produce detailed 2D (AutoCAD) & 3D design drawing using for mall submission. Prepare photo-realistic 3D visualizations using SketchUp (V-Ray / Lumion) or other 3D Modelling and rendering tools for new stores, renovations, SIS and special projects. Maintain centralized digital library of all drawings & project archives.

Task 3: Project Coordination & Stakeholder Alignment

Support & assist on alignment of all stakeholders – Retail Operations and Management Team, Visual Merchandising Team, Merchandising Team, Project Team, External Partner & Global Retail Environment Team and external partners – on design intent, execution standards, timelines, and deliverables. Communicate design intent clearly and ensure alignment of all parties. Work closely with Project Managers in coordinating store roll-out schedule across SEA.

Task 4: Vendor Coordination & Procurement
Assistance in liaising with Mall Management/Landlords for design submissions and approval. Assist Project Managers in project vendor coordination (Internal & External) documentation handling and tendering documentation (Bill of Quantities).

Your talent

Education: Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design or any relevant studied.
Professional: 1 year experience in similar role in project from architect, design, or construction with focus on retail. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

IT Skills: 2D & 3D design & rendering software: Expertise in AutoCAD & SketchUp is mandatory. Rendering Software: Lumion / V-Ray. Adobe Photoshop. MS Office

  • Range Planning and Assortment

Your mission

The Senior Manager Global Retail Category Planning drives the global merchandising strategy for a specific category across Direct-to-Consumer channels, ensuring a commercially strong, consumer-relevant, and differentiated product offer across Full Price Stores, Factory Outlets, and E-commerce. This role works closely with Global GTM and Regional Merchandising teams to shape DTC-specific assortment strategies, including retail exclusives, product lifecycle management, and strong alignment with retail marketing across all channels.

  • Define assortment principles across E-commerce, Full Price Stores, and Factory Outlet channels
  • Build a clear and differentiated product strategy aligned with the overall brand direction
  • Develop assortment frameworks covering: Product flow, depth, breadth, and option count, article count across business units, gender, age groups, product groups, and franchises, price points and price tiers
  • Ensure the right balance between core, seasonal, and trend-driven products

Your mission

As Senior Manager Global Retail Store Development, you will lead the planning, development and execution of physical retail environments across PUMA’s global store portfolio. Project Leadership & Execution

Supplier & Partner Management

  • Manage external architects, general contractors, fixture suppliers, and consultants globally
  • Ensure vendor performance, cost competitiveness, and quality compliance
  • Support sourcing and supplier optimization initiatives.

Cost, Quality & Process Optimization

  • Drive value engineering and cost optimization without compromising design intent or brand standards
  • Establish and improve store development processes, toolkits, and governance frameworks
  • Challenge quotations, specifications, and supplier proposals with a strong commercial mindset.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with:

Your mission

  • This role supports SEA Project & Design function through a combination of design execution, project coordination, and regional tracking. The position will work closely with the Senior Head to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, effective stakeholder coordination, and visibility across SEA project pipelines.

The role requires a design-oriented, agile, and collaborative individual who can balance creative inputs with structured coordination and reporting responsibilities.
 

Task 1: Store Design Support & Execution

  • Support development of store designs (new, relocation, refurbishment) across SEA markets in line with Global Retail Environment standards.
  • Assist in preparation of design concepts, layouts, and basic visualizations.
  • Ensure design outputs align with brand identity, commercial requirements, and operational efficiency.
  • Support troubleshooting of design-related issues with practical and timely solutions.

Task 2: Project Coordination & SEA Tracking

  • Assist in tracking SEA-wide project pipeline, timelines, and status updates.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers across markets to consolidate updates and flag risks/delays.
  • Support in maintaining centralized trackers, dashboards, and reporting formats.
  • Follow up on key actions, deliverables, and dependencies across teams.

Task 3: Documentation & Design Development

  • Support preparation of 2D drawings (AutoCAD) and basic 3D visualizations.
  • Assist in maintaining project documentation, drawing records, and digital archives.
  • Ensure documentation readiness for mall submissions and internal approvals.
  • Coordinate with design teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of deliverables.
  • Assist in vendor coordination, basic BOQ support, and documentation tracking.
  • Support procurement processes and follow-ups for materials and fixtures.
  • Contribute to improving processes around tracking, reporting, and documentation.

Task 4: Stakeholder Coordination & Communication

  • Act as a coordination point on behalf of department for internal teams (Retail, VM, Merch, Projects).
  • Facilitate alignment across stakeholders on timelines, deliverables, and design intent.
  • Support communication with external partners (vendors, landlords, consultants) as required.
  • Build strong working relationships with Project Managers across SEA markets.

Your talent

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, Engineering, or relevant studied.

Professional: 1–4 years of experience in retail design, architecture, or project coordination. Exposure to retail projects (stores, interiors, or fit-outs) preferred. Experience working with multiple stakeholders or teams is an advantage. Fresh graduates with strong internships and aptitude can be considered.

IT Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic reporting tools. Working knowledge of AutoCAD and design documentation processes. Familiarity with project trackers, dashboards, and coordination tools. Basic understanding of retail project lifecycle and design stages.
