Your mission

We are seeking Senior Product Owner Retail Tech to lead strategic evolution and support operational excellence across our retail technology ecosystem. This role is responsible for defining, driving, and continuously optimizing key in-store consumer experience capabilities, including Point of Sale (POS), omnichannel services, CRM and loyalty integrations, digital signage, and other store-facing retail technologies. While POS represents the core platform within the product scope, the role also ensures alignment and integration with related in-store solutions that support seamless customer journeys.You will own the POS product vision, roadmap, and backlog, while ensuring strong alignment with business strategy, IT architecture, and operational standards across the global DTC landscape.

  • Use data and performance metrics to guide backlog prioritization and support product evolution across markets.

  • Lead incident prioritization and structured problem management from a product perspective.

  • Champion innovation in areas such as mobile POS, self-checkout, digital receipts, unified commerce, and payment technologies.

Your talent

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management in Retail with strong exposure to POS systems.

  • Proven experience managing global or multi-market retail technology platforms.

  • Strong understanding of store operations, omnichannel processes and checkout and back-office workflows.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP), payment integrations, and fiscal requirements.

  • Ability to translate complex technical topics into business-relevant decisions.

  • Experience managing vendor ecosystems and external technology partners.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills at mid-senior leadership level.

  • Data-driven mindset with ability to prioritize based on business value and operational impact.

  • Fluent in English.

Your mission

Your mission

We are seeking a Manager DTC In-Store Tech Operations & Service Delivery to ensure stable and high-performing operations across our global DTC in-store technology landscape. In this role, you will combine managerial ownership of service delivery with hands-on 2nd and 3rd level support activities for deployed DTC In-Store Tech systems, store infrastructure, and connected solutions. Your mission

This position is responsible for managing visual merchandising presentation through effective VM programmes, including the development of clear guidelines, regular store visits, and reporting, to continuously elevate overall VM standards and skill sets. Your mission

The Manager, Visual Merchandising – Malaysia is responsible for driving brand-consistent, commercially effective, and premium retail experiences across all retail and wholesale doors in the country. This role leads VM strategy, execution excellence, and team capability development to ensure that PUMA’s global direction is translated into locally relevant, high-impact store environments that elevate consumer experience and drive sell-through. The role acts as the VM market lead, partnering closely with Retail, Merchandising, Marketing, and SEA VM to deliver best-in-class execution across seasonal campaigns, new store openings, and ongoing store standards. 

Task 1: VM Strategy & Execution Excellence  

  • Own end-to-end VM planning and execution for all seasonal campaigns, RESEC launches, and brand initiatives. 

  • Translate SEA and Global VM guidelines into locally relevant store zoning and storytelling. 

  • Ensure strong execution standards across: Windows, Landing zones, Wall bays, Mannequin styling, Key franchise storytelling. 

  • Conduct regular store visits, audits, and VM reporting to drive continuous improvement. 

  • Lead VM setup for new store openings, refurbishments, and re-zonings. 

Task 2: Brand Presentation & Creative Implementation  

  • Elevate in-store brand presence through impactful use of: Graphics, Props, Fixtures, Window concepts, POP communication. 

  • Ensure premium and consistent brand expression across retail and wholesale doors. 

  • Adapt global assets to local store formats while maintaining brand integrity.

Task 3: VM Operations, Planning & Budget Control 

  • Manage VM budget and expenses efficiently, ensuring cost-effective solutions.

Your mission

Strategically manage and promote sales culture within a District of 8-12 stores to achieve or exceed sales, KPI’s, and profitability goals to position PUMA to be the Fastest Sports Brand in the world.

Task 1: Deliver on Set Targets and KPIs

  • Deliver on set retail P&L and KPI targets and identify opportunities and initiate plans to improve and grow the business by increasing store productivity (e.g. Conversion Rate, UPT, ATV, Sales per hour and sqm).
  • Increase comp sales of all PUMA stores by setting & driving SMART targets and implementing operating plans locally.
  • Closely monitor business performance and take necessary action.
  • Proactively manage Store-related OPEX with particular emphasis on Personnel Expenses.

Task 2: Operations Standards / Store Management

  • Deliver all operational standards for store openings (with Daily Game Plan), closings, relocation, upgrades, stock replenishment, inventory management, staff roster etc, to ensure smooth implementation and that budgets and timelines are met.
  • Coach and lead local Retail Operations Teams to ensure Area- and Store Managers’ capabilities and competencies are developed and comply with International/Global standards.
  • Manage all operational aspects of store inventories, including defining in-store shipment processes, coordinating stock takes and ensuring data integrity. Work with Merchandise and Planning team to manage store inventory level to ensure optimal stock to support sales targets.
  • Manage country loss prevention standards and ensure that shrink goals are met and security is to PUMA standard.
  • Execute VM guidelines in accordance with Global VM Survival Guide and RESEC.
  • Guide, coach and train retail staff in all aspects of retail operations and retail training, working with close co-operation with the Country Retail Trainer. Support retail field training programs and roll-out of training initiatives.
  • Execute the Customer Experience Program and use it to improve Retail Sales and customer service standards.
  • Tailor Regional and International operational initiatives to meet Country needs including translation of material and execute these according to designated timeline and budget.

Task 3: Cross Functional Relationship

  • Work effectively with Retail support functions for country specific projects and needs.
  • Establish collaborative and effective relationships with Country Retail Manager, Retail Training, Retail Marketing, Merchandising Manager, E-Commerce Director etc.

Task 4: Process Improvement

  • Set and implement best practices on Operations Management via cross-functional and cross-channel collaboration. Drive process improvements and strategic priorities in the country.

Task 5: Teams

  • Drive and coach country Operations teams to ensure that they are motivated and capable of managing the business effectively.
  • Work closely with Country Retail Training teams to identify the relevant developmental needs for store teams to ensure that training programs are targeted, relevant and conducted effectively.

Professional: Functional: Minimum 5 years retail operations experience and 2-3 years from a similar position with a Global Brand in a customer service-oriented environment (preferably apparel/footwear/sports/outdoor)
