Your mission

1. Lease Negotiation & Contract Management

  • Organize, conduct, and lead negotiations with landlords and property managers for new lease contracts, renewals, extensions, or terminations.
  • Manage the legal expertise and review process for all lease agreements.
  • Maintain complete administration of lease documents, filing, record-keeping, and the lease contact database.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with lease agreements and store operations, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.

2. Market Research & Strategic Expansion

  • Support the Director Retail in budgeting, tracking, and controlling rent expenses, payment schedules, and current operating cost contracts to optimize financial performance.
  • Manage vendor relationships and operational service contracts.

5. Facility Management & Retail Operations Support

  • Oversee facility management and ongoing maintenance to ensure stores comply with company standards.
  • Provide ongoing support to the retail team, assisting in resolving non-standard or unexpected issues with mall management or properties.

6. Stakeholder Management & Reporting

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, landlords, property management, and external partners.
  • Monitor, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to store development and lease management.

Your talent

  • University Degree, preferably in Business Development & Construction or Legal
  • Fluent in English
  • Work experience in a similar position for at least 5 years or experience at legal/ financial /construction fields background.
  • High proficiency in MS Office, especially Power Point & Excel

Driving Store Performance Through Data & Insights

Great retail decisions start with great insight. You'll play a critical role in helping the business understand what's happening across the store network and where opportunities exist to improve.

You will:

  • Analyse sales, conversion, productivity and operational performance data

  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports and performance tracking tools

  • Identify key trends, risks and performance gaps

  • Deliver actionable insights that support commercial decision-making

  • Track the effectiveness of operational improvement initiatives

Leading Performance Improvement Programs

You'll take ownership of structured store performance programs designed to elevate results across the network.

You will:

  • Develop performance scorecards and ranking methodologies

  • Identify top-performing stores and share best-practice learnings

  • Create improvement plans for underperforming stores

  • Partner with Area Managers to drive accountability and execution

  • Monitor outcomes, report progress and highlight emerging risks

  • Track measurable improvements across targeted store groups

Managing Retail Communications & Training Administration

Effective communication creates consistency. You'll help ensure stores always have access to the right information at the right time.

You will:

  • Maintain the central retail communication platform and store calendar

  • Coordinate and distribute operational communications

  • Manage training administration across retail learning platforms

  • Support OHS, onboarding and product training programs

  • Monitor compliance and completion rates

  • Produce regular reporting and recommendations for follow-up actions

  • Partner with Retail Operations, HR and Global teams on training initiatives

Supporting Procurement, Expenses & Store Operations

You'll help ensure our stores operate efficiently by managing critical operational processes and supplier relationships.

You will:

  • Coordinate procurement of store consumables and operational supplies

  • Manage purchase orders, invoices and vendor relationships

  • Monitor operational expenditure and identify cost efficiencies

  • Support supplier negotiations and service delivery standards

  • Track budgets and highlight opportunities to optimise spending

Driving Compliance, Facilities & Store Security

Maintaining safe, compliant and well-functioning stores is essential to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will:

  • Coordinate physical security maintenance including alarms, CCTV and store security systems

  • Support new store openings, refurbishments and relocations

  • Manage facilities compliance programs across the retail network

  • Coordinate service providers and maintenance schedules

  • Ensure compliance obligations are completed and documented

  • Monitor operational controls and remediation activities

Managing Store Data & Continuous Improvement

Accurate information and streamlined processes allow our business to move faster and operate smarter.

You will:

  • Maintain store master data and operational documentation

  • Ensure information remains accurate, accessible and up to date

  • Track progress of priority retail initiatives and projects

  • Maintain action registers and implementation plans

  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve efficiency

Your mission

In close alignment with the Global Ecommerce Leadership team, orchestrate the definition of PUMA's future Ecommerce commercial strategy:

  • Own the operational support and continuous improvement of SAP integrations with third-party Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ensuring stable execution of inbound, outbound, inventory, and master data processes

  • Coordinate incidents, enhancements, testing activities, and onboarding of new warehouses in close collaboration with Process Managers, Integration Experts, AMS partners, Test Managers and external logistics providers.

B2B Customer Connectivity

  • Lead the operational management of customer EDI connections, ensuring reliable B2B integration with PUMA’s wholesale customers and trading partners
  • Coordinate onboarding of new customer connections and implementation of new message types and business scenarios for existing customers
  • Drive issue resolution, process standardization, and continuous improvement across PUMA’s global EDI landscape
  • Develop and Drive new technical concepts (e.g. API Integrations) for Customer Connectivity (EDI) and align with all stakeholders.

Your talent

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in cross-functional SAP modules (SD, MM, LE) ideally in S/4HANA
  • Very good knowledge of business processes and relevant technology in wholesale, retail, and e-Commerce, preferably footwear and apparel
  • Outstanding analytical and technical skills with focus on ERP systems
