Your mission

This position is responsible to drive regional alignment, governance, and performance across SEA retail projects and design initiatives. This position operates by owning regional frameworks, strategic initiatives, governance mechanisms, and performance tracking, while influencing country teams through matrix leadership rather than direct reporting lines. The role balances retail design sensibility with strong project management discipline, enabling consistent execution, speed-to-market, and quality across all SEA retail formats including flagship, inline, factory outlet, SIS, and special projects. 

Task 1: SEA Project & Design Leadership and Coordination 

  • Act as the regional focal point for SEA Project & Design coordination across all countries. 
  • Drive alignment of country project pipelines with regional priorities and capacity. 
  • Ensure structured coordination between Project Managers, Design teams, and the Senior Head. 
  • Lead regional cadence meetings, follow-ups, and action tracking.  
  • Provide managerial oversight on delivery readiness, risks, and dependencies across SEA. 

Task 2: Governance, Standards & Quality Assurance 

  • Own and drive governance frameworks for retail design and project execution across SEA.  
  • Ensure adherence to Global Retail Environment standards and regional directives.  
  • Oversee approvals, design signoffs, and execution checkpoints.  
  • Proactively identify deviations, quality risks, and execution gaps; drive corrective actions.  
  • Support flagship and strategic projects with enhanced governance focus. 

Task 3: Strategic Initiatives, Innovation & Continuous Improvement 

  • Lead and drive regional strategic initiatives related to store formats, cost optimization, speed-to-market, and scalability.  
  • Identify opportunities for standardization, modularization, and sustainability.  
  • Translate strategic intent into actionable regional programs and playbooks. 

Task 4: Regional Performance Tracking, Reporting & Insights  

  • Own SEA-level dashboards covering project status, design readiness, timelines, and risks. 
  • Maintain consolidated insights on project health and delivery performance.  
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and decision-support materials. 
  • SEA project delivery adherence (timeline, readiness, quality). Governance and compliance effectiveness across markets. Impact of strategic initiatives (cost, speed, scalability, quality). Quality of regional reporting and leadership visibility. Stakeholder confidence and alignment scores.

Your talent

Education: Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, Engineering, or relevant studies.

Professional: A minimum 7 years of experience in retail project management, retail design, architecture, or construction. Proven exposure to multi-country or regional retail environments. Experience managing flagship or complex retail projects preferred. Prior experience operating at a regional or matrix-management level is an advantage. 

IT Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools. Strong understanding of retail project lifecycles and design development stages. Working knowledge of AutoCAD / design documentation processes. Familiarity with dashboards, trackers, and performance reporting 

Language Skills: Fluency in English (PUMA Group Language is English)

Your mission

This position is responsible to analyze regional retail training performance and business data to provide insights, reporting, and recommendations that support data-driven decision-making across SEA.

Task 1: Training Performance Analytics & Insights
•    Develop and maintain regional dashboards covering Sales, CX, Product, E-learning, and Operations metrics.
•    Analyse training and performance data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
•    Provide clear, actionable insights to SEA and market stakeholders.

Task 2: Reporting & Governance
•    Prepare regular training performance reports for SEA and Global stakeholders.
•    Ensure consistent KPI definitions, tracking, and reporting across all markets.
•    Support governance of training metrics and data quality.

Task 3: Data Enablement & Stakeholder Support
•    Partner with Retail Operations, CX, and Digital teams to align data inputs and outputs.
•    Support leadership presentations with data-driven insights and recommendations.
•    Improve data literacy and reporting understanding within the training community.

Task 4: Continuous Improvement
•    Identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities within regional training programs.
•    Recommend enhancements to training frameworks, tools, and measurement approaches.
•    Ensure consistent KPI tracking and governance across all SEA markets.

Your talent

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, Human Resources, Learning & Development, or relevant studies.

Professional: A minimum 4 years' experience in analytics, reporting, performance management, CX analytics, or training effectiveness measurement. Proven experience working with data, dashboards, and performance reporting in a regional or multi-market environment. Experience in retail, consumer experience, or operations-driven environments is an advantage.

IT Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
Strong PowerPoint skills for insight storytelling and leadership presentations.
Experience working with dashboards, BI tools, or analytics platforms (e.g. Qualtrics, Power BI, Tableau, or similar). Comfortable managing large datasets and ensuring data accuracy.

Language Skills: Strong written and spoken in English

Your mission

This position is responsible to plan, manage, and optimize the SEA digital learning platforms and e-learning programs, ensuring scalable, engaging, and measurable training delivery across all SEA retail markets.

Task 1: Digital Learning Program Management
•    Develop, plan, and manage SEA e-learning programs in line with SEA retail training strategy.
•    Own end-to-end management of SEA digital learning platforms, including content upload, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
•    Ensure digital learning solutions are scalable, accessible, and aligned with regional training standards.

Task 2:  E-Learning Content Development
•    Convert classroom-based training materials into engaging digital and micro-learning formats.
•    Develop interactive e-learning modules, quizzes, and assessments using approved authoring tools.
•    Ensure digital learning content supports key retail capability areas including Selling, Product, CX, and Compliance.

Task 3: Rollout, Tracking & Compliance
•    Coordinate SEA-wide e-learning rollouts in collaboration with Retail Operations teams.
•    Track participation, completion, and compliance of mandatory learning programs.
•    Ensure learning programs are completed within agreed timelines.

Task 4: Platform Governance & Continuous Improvement
•    Maintain content accuracy, version control, and platform stability.
•    Identify opportunities to improve learner engagement and usability.
•    Support continuous improvement of digital learning effectiveness through data analysis and feedback.

Your talent

Education: Bachelor’s degree in education, Learning & Development, IT, Business, or related field.

Professional: A minimum 4 years of experience in e-learning development, LMS administration, or digital learning. Experience supporting learning programs across multiple markets is an advantage. Exposure to retail or consumer-facing environments is preferred.
IT Skills: Experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g. EasyGenerator, Articulate, or similar). Proficient in LMS administration and content management. Comfortable working with digital platforms, data tracking, and reporting tools.

Language Skills: Strong written and spoken English.

Your mission

This position is responsible to develop, plan, and govern the SEA retail training content and regional training programs, ensuring alignment with retail strategy, brand standards, and seasonal priorities. This role leads content creation and program management to enable Retail Operations teams to execute training effectively at store level.

Task 1: Retail Training Content Development
•    Develop, plan, and maintain SEA-level retail training content aligned with retail strategy and brand priorities.
•    Create high-quality, visually engaging training materials using PowerPoint, ensuring clarity, storytelling, and retail relevance.
•    Design and produce visual learning assets, including product cards, job aids, infographics, and quick reference guides.
•    Develop short-form training videos (e.g. product features, selling techniques, coaching tips) using basic video editing tools such as CapCut or equivalent.
•    Translate product, campaign, and merchandising strategies into compelling, retail-ready training storytelling across multiple formats (slides, visuals, videos).
•    Ensure all content is practical, engaging, and easily executable by Retail Operations teams at store level.

Task 2: Regional Training Program Management
•    Plan, manage, and coordinate SEA regional training programs (e.g. NITRO Expert, CX Champion, WOW Bill, seasonal focus programs).
•    Support rollout planning, timelines, and execution readiness in partnership with Retail Operations.
•    Ensure program standards, content, and tools are clearly communicated and aligned across markets.
•    Collect qualitative feedback from markets to support continuous program improvement.

Task 3: Seasonal & Campaign Training Support
•    Lead development of seasonal product training decks, videos, and supporting tools aligned with SEA and Global timelines.
•    Ensure timely delivery of training materials to support product launches and key campaigns.
•    Adapt global training materials to meet SEA needs while maintaining content governance.

Task 4: Content Governance & Continuous Improvement
•    Work closely with SEA Merchandising, Marketing, and Retail stakeholders to identify training needs and priorities.
•    Maintain consistency, accuracy, and quality of training materials across all SEA markets.
•    Manage and organise centralized regional content libraries.

Task 5: Innovation & Learning Trend Adoption
•    Stay up to date with learning design trends, retail training tools, and digital learning innovations.
•    Continuously improve training content formats (e.g. micro-learning, short videos, blended learning).
•    Explore and recommend new tools or approaches to enhance training effectiveness and engagement.

Your talent

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Education, Learning & Development, Marketing, or relevant studies.

Professional: A minimum of 6 years' experience in retail training, learning & development, or product training. Proven experience in managing regional training programs or initiatives. Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in a regional environment. Exposure to sportswear, fashion, footwear, or lifestyle retail is an advantage.

IT Skills: Advanced PowerPoint skills with strong visual and instructional design capability. Experience with content creation tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar. Basic video editing skills using tools such as CapCut or equivalent. Familiarity with e-learning platforms and digital learning tools.

Language Skills: Strong written and spoken English.
