Your mission

Position Summary:

  • Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence across the assigned region comprising Full Price (FP) and Factory Outlet Centre (FOC) stores.

  • Deliver business targets by maximizing store performance, productivity, and customer experience.

  • Lead allocated region’s business development initiatives and identify opportunities for market and store expansion.

  • Ensure consistent execution of PUMA’s brand standards, operational processes, and retail initiatives across all stores.

  • Build and develop high-performing retail teams through the recruitment, coaching, and capability development of Store Managers.

  • Collaborate with franchise partners and key stakeholders to drive operational efficiency and sustainable business growth.

Reports to: Teamhead Retail Experience (South)

Key Objectives:

  • Maintaining the Customer service at the front end.

  • Ensuring smooth operations across all retail stores of PUMA India by generating Revenue

  • Ensuring the right manpower in right numbers across PUMA Stores in the region

  • Recruitment of the store managers for a given store in co-ordination with the Regional HR

  • Maintain updated knowledge of key competitor products, distribution and pricing strategies as well as stay up-to-date on the latest retail technologies and trends

  • Proactively seek opportunities to develop business strategies, enhance customer experience, and to maximize ROI.

  • Look for new properties for the perspective of business development in the region

  • Ensuring that all the stores have the desired inventory in place

  • Provide leadership, development and supervision to store managers

  • Manage discounts, store initiatives roll outs and promotional events for the retail stores

  • Approach institutional coordinators in the given regions for tie ups regarding PUMA merchandise and plan promotional activities/events

  • Monitor competition data and sale mapping Vs PUMA stores to track share of market.

  • Conduct regular and timely alignments with franchise owners and partners to ensure seamless store operations and identify and drive new business development opportunities for portfolio building of the partner.

Your mission

Reports to: Regional Visual Merchandiser North

Position Summary:

  • To ensure enhancement of visual representation of each Puma store by continuously updating the look and feel of the space.

  • Fostering VM creativity to front end team through VM trainings, Competitions & Store Audits

  • Alpha execution of Resec which includes Campaigns, Seasonal visual change overs and Key story roll outs

  • Responsible for all formats of stores- EBOs, Partner, SIS & LFR 

  • A planned journey for the responsible set of stores (beat plan) to be adhered and shared month on month

Key Objectives:

  • Provide support to store teams to ensure brand and visual merchandising standards are understood and consistently upheld 

  • Plan, order and coordinate for VM supplies for seasonal / monthly changes for the set of stores. 

  • Train Store Management and Support teams on merchandising standards, proper fixture utilization and techniques  

  • Organizing and sending weekly/monthly reports to the Head Office and implementing feedback 

  • Maintaining a vendor base for various branded supply elements for the region 

  • Fostering VM creativity to front end through VM trainings, Competitions & Store Audits 

  • Supporting Key initiatives roll outs by covering all store formats.

Your mission

Operations Excellence & Process Improvement

  • Support the implementation and optimization of retail operational policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Monitor compliance and execution of operational standards across retail stores.
  • Conduct regular reviews of existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues when necessary.

  • Coordinate operational training programs and workshops for retail teams.
  • Support the development of training materials related to operational processes and procedures.
  • Ensure stores are equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools to execute operational standards effectively.

Reporting, Analysis & Planning

  • Prepare and analyze operational performance reports and KPIs across all stores.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning activities.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve operational performance.
  • Monitor store performance trends and identify opportunities for operational improvements.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Operations Management, or related field.

Experience

  • 4–7 years of experience in Retail Operations, Business Operations, Store Operations, or a related field.
  • Experience in project coordination, process improvement, and operational support.
  • Experience working in a multi-store retail environment is preferred.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI capability (Dashboard development, data modeling, and build display).

As Retail Director Europe Central, you will lead and drive the performance of our Retail Stores across the European Central Cluster (DACH, Eastern Europe, Benelux) for FPS & FOC channels. Your mission

The Senior Manager Global Retail Category Planning drives the global merchandising strategy for a specific category across Direct-to-Consumer channels, ensuring a commercially strong, consumer-relevant, and differentiated product offer across Full Price Stores, Factory Outlets, and E-commerce. This role works closely with Global GTM and Regional Merchandising teams to shape DTC-specific assortment strategies, including retail exclusives, product lifecycle management, and strong alignment with retail marketing across all channels.

Global DTC Assortment Strategy 

  • Define assortment principles across E-commerce, Full Price Stores, and Factory Outlet channels
  • Build a clear and differentiated product strategy aligned with the overall brand direction
  • Develop assortment frameworks covering: Product flow, depth, breadth, and option count, article count across business units, gender, age groups, product groups, and franchises, price points and price tiers
  • Ensure the right balance between core, seasonal, and trend-driven products
  • Define seasonal launch and drop calendars to drive traffic, engagement, and productivity. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Global GTM, Product Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, and Retail Marketing teams
