Your Talent

  • 5+ years in an outside sales role, soccer and/or sports industry preferred.
  • College degree preferred; former soccer player at college and/or professional level is preferred.

Your Mission

  • Travel extensively throughout designated territory calling on all assigned soccer specialty accounts, weekends sometimes required for key events.
  • Provide the highest level of service and technical expertise from sell in to sell through.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationship with accounts in the territory as well as internal stakeholders to help drive the business.
  • Manage all aspects of the business for wholesale account list including, but not limited to:
    • Sell in process – product presentations and product trainings
    • Business planning, order entry and all operational tasks.
    • Order book management
    • Shop merchandising and sell through planning
  • Achieve annual sales volume targets for given territory and key accounts. 
  • Achieve annual channel distribution targets for given territory.
  • Provide Sales Director with weekly account updates and sales tracking to both prebook and annual quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop, Grow and manage the team uniform business throughout the territory by directly selling to youth soccer clubs, schools and any other group needing soccer uniforms.
  • Working in conjunction with the soccer specialty partner
  • Provide product and brand training throughout the territory to drive sales within the market.
  • Proactively manage order book with designated Sales Support Rep on a daily and weekly basis to review all open orders and ensure product is shipping.

Your Mission

Preferred location Chicago, Boston or Charlotte. Responsible for the representation and leadership of PUMA footwear and apparel products within department store accounts. Cultivation of strong relationships with internal and external teams. Drive a sustainable and profitable business based upon brand priorities and consumer trends.

  • Manage & direct selling of footwear PUMA brand for all genders.

  • Proactive account management: Continual sales analysis to manage product life cycles, inventory models, and rates of sale.  Identify opportunities to improve existing business, attack new business opportunities, and quickly address business challenges with well-thought-out solutions.

  • Drive Best-In-Class experience with PUMA business and the retailer; partnering to maximize strong assortments for both brick and mortar as well as digital.

  • Formalize sales reporting and analysis of all retailer metrics, trends, insights-sales, inventory, gross margin, customer data, via vendor wholesale portals & reports. 

  • Knowledge and discipline to adhere to distribution guidelines. 

  • Build exceptionally strong relationships and communication with retail partners.

  • Monitor competitor’s activities and performance; implementing strategies and tactics to compete.

  • Item set up, maintenance, assist in processing retailer product sample requests/shipments.

Your Mission

  • Formalized reporting and analysis of all retailer sales & inventory metrics, trends, insights and sizing from Amazon Vendor Central Brand Analytics dashboard data, Zappos’ vendor portal data and PUMA SPS data.
  • Execute Amazon and Zappos New Item Setup templates, utilizing PUMA provided product data and PUMA ChatGPT AI copywriting functionality to populate all required product data fields, and process through Amazon & Zappos’ vendor portals. 
  • Create and execute Amazon Project Tracker and Exception Reporting to identify, track and resolve the following issues:  Net New Product Shipments, IDQ Images/Size Charts/Brand & A+ Detail Content Opportunities, Product De-Variations, Item Suppressions, Item Blockers, Augmenter Issues, Availability Signals, Andon Cord Issues, Contact Us Help Tickets.  GOAL:  Drive product live to site, on time.
  • Drive Best in Class User Experience.  Walk the Amazon, Zappos digital stores/online catalogs; optimizing product detail pages: variating products, bullet points, generic search key words, etc., in partnership with Marketing. 
  • Work in close partnership with internal PUMA Cross-Functional Teams to execute unique eCommerce Digital Business Plans:  Go-To-Market Team, Marketing, Planning, and Account Services.  
  • Manage Seattle showroom product sample shipments, set up and maintenance.
  • Attend and participate in market appointments in the PUMA Seattle showroom.
  • Assist sales team, in person, in the Seattle showroom with special projects as needed.
  • Build exceptionally strong relationships and communication with retail partners:  Amazon, Zappos, Rue Gilt Groupe.

Your Mission

Responsible for the representation and sale of PUMA products to Key Accounts, based upon brand priorities for each account while managing, developing, and building upon sustainable and profitable businesses and account partnerships.  Own the full PUMA Footwear, Apparel and Accessory store business model on each respective Internet pure player channel retailer including (but not exclusive to) Amazon and Zappos Inc.

  • Coordinate and prepare product sell-in presentations.  Strong, strategic negotiation & presentation skills to drive influence, command attention, story tell, convince, gain support and close.  Builds a strong case by linking PUMA product knowledge and know-how to customers’ interests, needs and goals.
  • Proactive account management: Formalized reporting and analysis of all retailer metrics, trends, insights-sales, inventory, gross margin, customer data-via vendor wholesale portals.
  • Continual sales, forecast analysis to manage product replenishment life cycles, inventory models and rates of sale, using retailer data, trends/insights, and internal reporting, by account. 
  • Work in close partnership with the internal PUMA Cross-Functional Teams:  Customer Service, Marketing, Merchandising, Planning, Sales Operations, Accounting, Credit to provide the highest level of “customer happy” service and product expertise from sell-in to on-site setup to sell-thru, driven by PUMA strategic goals.
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing business, attack new business opportunities and quickly address business challenges/hurdles with well-thought-out solutions.
  • Drive Best-In-Class user experience on each respective retailer’s PUMA digital store; partnering to maximize ROI. Creative site/catalog brand content management and continuous walk the digital store; resolve all tactical issues. 
  • Monitor competitor’s activities and performance; implementing strategies and tactics to compete.
  • Serves as primary voice and advocate within the PUMA organization for their accounts.
  • Knowledge and discipline to adhere to distribution guidelines and deadlines.  
  • Partner with PUMA licensees to execute Full Family, Head to Toe PUMA digital store.
