Your mission

Sales Management: Drive and achieve sales, KPIs, and profitability goals via offering and showing products to customers, assisting them in choosing products, consulting on product purposes, properties, quality, care rules, prices, offer substitute, new, and related products, calculating purchase costs, issuing receipts, preparing documents, packing purchases, and handling exchanges.
Customer Experience & Communication: Ensure high standards of customer service and engagement on the sales floor.Take measures to prevent and resolve conflict situations.Foster effective communication within the team and with other departments.
Salesfloor Engagement: Spend 90% of time on the sales floor engaging with customers and coaching employees.
Team Management: Assist in recruiting, training, developing, and managing store staff. Motivate and encourage retail sales staff to achieve sales target
Store Operations:
Process POS transactions (sales, exchanges, discounts and refunds) accurately in comply with Retail P&Ps. Identify, interpret, diagnose the performance of the store as based on controllable operational KPI’s  (including but not limited to CR, UPT, ATV).
Loss Prevention: Oversee loss prevention and ensure operational compliance.
Inventory Management: Achieve or exceed inventory and shrink goals; manage physical inventory counts.
Merchandise Management: Handle incoming and outgoing merchandise and communicate opportunities. Ensure the store's visual presentation meets or exceeds PUMA VM standards.
Reporting: Prepare and analyze sales reports, and provide insights to improve performance.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

Sales (Profitability Management and performance):
Essential for achieving sales goals, managing payroll, and ensuring profitability.
Analytical abilities preparing and analyzing sales reports, and providing insights to improve performance. Ability to interpret and diagnose the store performance as based on controllable operational KPI’s (including but not limited to CR, UPT, ATV).

Product Knowledge: Understanding the purposes, properties, quality, care rules, and prices of the products being sold. This includes being able to offer substitute, new, and related products to customers.

Customer Service & Communication: Crucial for maintaining high standards of customer experience and handling sales transactions accurately. Fostering effective communication within the team and with other departments.

Salesfloor Engagement: Necessary for spending time on the sales floor, engaging with customers, and coaching employees.

Sales Floor Stock: Manage stock levels in the sales floor and ensure sizes and styles are available for the customers.

FUNCIONES:

 ▪ Responsable de asegurar que la tienda consistentemente alcance o exceda ventas, KPIs y metas de rentabilidad a través de planeación a corto o largo plazo, control de gastos, ventas y servicio.  

▪Garantizar consistentemente altos estándares de experiencia al consumidor, dentro de una tienda en sincronía con los Valores de Marca y estándares de servicio. 

▪ Responsable del cobro correcto de transacciones en caja, con el uso apropiado del sistema POS, llenado adecuado de formatos, y el correcto uso de descuentos cuando aplique. 

▪ Responsable de ejecutar y procesar entradas y salidas de mercancía 

 ▪ Escanear las mercancías y asegurarse de que el precio sea el correcto. 

▪ Emitir recibos, reembolsos, cambios o tickets. 

▪ Aplicar descuentos. 

▪ Vender productos complementarios o adicionales e introducir otros nuevos.

REQUISITOS:

-Experiencia previa de 1 a 2 años en retail (preferentemente en ropa/deportivo/calzado). 
-Experiencia en manejo de caja — cobros, cortes, arqueos, depósitos — y uso de sistema POS. 
-Habilidades de supervisión y liderazgo: capacidad para dirigir, entrenar o supervisar personal de piso, distribuir tareas, motivar al equipo. 
-Buenas habilidades de comunicación y atención al cliente; orientación al servicio. 
-Orientación a metas / resultados: capacidad para cumplir o superar metas de ventas, indicadores de desempeño (KPIs), rentabilidad. 
-Disponibilidad de horarios flexibles.

FUNCIONES:

· Ejecutar diariamente la exhibición de los productos de acuerdo con los lineamientos, en todos los formatos existentes (tienda FPS y FOC).

· Mantener la exhibición de productos, realizando el proceso de reposición en la sala de ventas acorde a los lineamientos definidos por PUMA.

· Mantener la condición física, de orden y limpieza de la tienda, de acuerdo a las directrices pertinentes y comunicar las necesidades de mantenimiento al jefe de tienda en forma oportuna.

· Asegurar el estado del layout según especificaciones definidas por campaña. · Apoyar en todos los aspectos visuales la apertura de nuevas tiendas.

· Llevar a cabo acciones en el punto de venta destinadas a aumentar la rentabilidad, relacionadas con la presentación de los productos en tienda, previa coordinación con la jefatura directa y el líder de visual merchandising en retail.

· Comprobar, diariamente, el cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos de PUMA relacionados con la exhibición de productos, layout de tienda, implementación de campañas u otras relacionadas, para contribuir a la prevención de pérdida de la tienda. · Cambios de zonificación por actividad comercial.

· Cumplir y hacer cumplir las políticas y procedimientos relacionados a la operación de la tienda en general.

REQUISITOS:

· 1 o 2 años de experiencia en posiciones similares de visual merchandising en retail. · Habilidad para entregar altos estándares de servicio al cliente, habilidad para leer reportes de venta y KPI´s, habilidad de relaciones colaborativas, habilidad de orientación a la solución, habilidad de establecimiento de prioridades y habilidad de comunicación transparente.

Funciones del puesto:

 

- Directamente responsable de asegurar que la tienda consistentemente alcance o exceda ventas, KPIs y metas de rentabilidad a través de una planeación a corto y largo plazo, control de gastos, ventas y servicio.

- Garantizar consistentemente altos estándares de experiencia de servicio dentro de la tienda en sincronía con los valores de marca PUMA y los estándares de servicio.

- Responsable de reclutar, entrenar, desarrollar y remplazar el alto rendimiento, gestión de resultados y de los asociados.

- Preparar y administrar evaluaciones de desempeño oportunas y precisas para cada miembro del equipo de la tienda.

- Hacer a cada miembro de la tienda responsable de cumplir o exceder expectativas de la compañía a través de conversaciones semanales de productividad, coaching diario en el momento, reconocimiento por rendimiento y acciones de desarrollo según sean necesarias.

- Invertir el 85% del horario laboral en piso de ventas, atrayendo clientes, vendiendo, y coacheando asesores.

- Directamente responsable de ejecutar y procesar entrada y salida de mercancía.

- Directamente responsable de prevención de pérdidas y cumplimiento operacional dentro de la tienda.

- Alcanzar o superar todas las metas de inventario; supervisar y administrar conteos físicos.

Requisitos:

  • De dos a cuatro años de experiencia enfocados a un ambiente de servicio al cliente retail (preferentemente apparel/footwear) con resultados comprobados 
  • Probada habilidad para superar metas de ventas mientras se logran metas de nómina, demostrada habilidad para identificar, reclutar, entrenar, desarrollar y retener talento, habilidad para razonar en situaciones complejas, demostrada comunicación efectiva, habilidad para presentar información a grupos grandes o en tienda 
  • Fuertes habilidades interpersonales, comunicativas y motivacionales 
  • Fuertes habilidades de organización y administración del tiempo

Your mission

  • Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards,
