· Responsable de garantizar que el rendimiento individual alcance o supere sistemáticamente las ventas, los indicadores clave
de rendimiento y los objetivos de rentabilidad a través de la atención eficaz de los clientes.
· - Proporcionar un alto nivel de experiencia del cliente dentro de la tienda de acuerdo con los valores de la marca PUMA y los
estándares de servicio.
· - Completar con éxito todos los programas de formación (requeridos por el rol), tanto nacionales como globales para
impulsar los resultados dentro de la tienda.
· - Asistir y participar en los programas de educación, formación y concienciación en materia de prevención de pérdidas.
· - Responsable de la Prevención de Pérdidas y del cumplimiento operativo dentro de la tienda.
· - Comunicar las oportunidades de mercancía al equipo de gestión de la tienda.
· - Participar en la apertura de nuevas tiendas y/o en el cierre de las mismas; puede ser necesario viajar.

· - Responsable de procesar con precisión las transacciones de ventas en la caja, con el funcionamiento adecuado del sistema
POS, manejando las formas de licitación con precisión y respeto, y asegurando que se apliquen los descuentos adecuados
cuando corresponda.
· - Responsable de la ejecución y el procesamiento de la mercancía entrante y saliente.
· - Responsable de asegurar la ejecución y el mantenimiento de todas las directrices visuales, así como de garantizar que la
presentación visual de la tienda siempre cumpla o supere los estándares de PUMA.
· - Mantener el estado físico de la tienda de acuerdo con las directrices pertinentes y comunicar las necesidades de
mantenimiento a la dirección de la tienda de manera oportuna.
· - Se requiere el cumplimiento de todas las Políticas y Procedimientos, competencias operativas básicas y responsabilidades
clave.
· - Cumplir con todos los requisitos necesarios para mantener un entorno de trabajo y de compra seguro y conforme a las
normas; informar a un miembro del equipo de dirección de todos los casos en los que no se consiga esto.

Your mission

Ejecutar en el punto de venta, las exhibiciones de producto, gráficas, mobiliario y estrategias comerciales con el objetivo de mantener la imagen de marca alineada a las guías del área de visual merchandising.

Your talent

· Ejecutar diariamente la exhibición de los productos de acuerdo con los lineamientos, en todos los formatos existentes (tienda FPS y FOC).

· Mantener la exhibición de productos, realizando el proceso de reposición en la sala de ventas acorde a los lineamientos definidos por PUMA.

· Mantener la condición física, de orden y limpieza de la tienda, de acuerdo a las directrices pertinentes y comunicar las necesidades de mantenimiento al jefe de tienda en forma oportuna.

· Asegurar el estado del layout según especificaciones definidas por campaña.

· Apoyar en todos los aspectos visuales la apertura de nuevas tiendas.

· Llevar a cabo acciones en el punto de venta destinadas a aumentar la rentabilidad, relacionadas con la presentación de los productos en tienda, previa coordinación con la jefatura directa y el líder de visual merchandising en retail.

· Comprobar, diariamente, el cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos de PUMA relacionados con la exhibición de productos, layout de tienda, implementación de campañas u otras relacionadas, para contribuir a la prevención de pérdida de la tienda.

· Cambios de zonificación por actividad comercial.

· Cumplir y hacer cumplir las políticas y procedimientos relacionados a la operación de la tienda en general.

· 1 o 2 años de experiencia en posiciones similares de visual merchandising en retail.

· Habilidad para entregar altos estándares de servicio al cliente, habilidad para leer reportes de venta y KPI´s, habilidad de relaciones colaborativas, habilidad de orientación a la solución, habilidad de establecimiento de prioridades y habilidad de comunicación transparente.

· Manejo de PC, conocimiento de MS-Office y diseño.

▪ Responsable de asegurar que la tienda consistentemente alcance o exceda ventas, KPIs y metas de rentabilidad a través de planeación a corto o largo plazo, control de gastos, ventas y servicio.  

▪Garantizar consistentemente altos estándares de experiencia al consumidor, dentro de una tienda en sincronía con los Valores de Marca y estándares de servicio. 

Responsable del cobro correcto de transacciones en caja, con el uso apropiado del sistema POS, llenado adecuado de formatos, y el correcto uso de descuentos cuando aplique. 

Responsable de ejecutar y procesar entradas y salidas de mercancía 

  Escanear las mercancías y asegurarse de que el precio sea el correcto. 

Emitir recibos, reembolsos, cambios o tiques. 

Aplicar descuentos. 

Vender productos complementarios o adicionales e introducir otros nuevos. 

Requisitos: 

De uno a dos años de experiencia en gestión, en un ambiente orientado a servicio retail (preferentemente apparel/footwear) con resultados comprobables  

Probada habilidad para exceder ventas mientras se alcanzan metas de nómina, demostrada habilidad para identificar, contratar, entrenar, desarrollar y retener talento, habilidad para razonar problemas complejos, demostrada comunicación efectiva, habilidad para presentar ante grupos grandes 

Manejo de efectivo, arqueos, cortes, depósitos.

  • Revisar, en conjunto con el jefe de tienda, la distribución y revisión diaria de las acciones y variables de venta para alcanzar los objetivos previstos en el presupuesto de la tienda.
  • Revisar, en conjunto con el jefe de tienda, el análisis del perfil de clientes, tendencias de compra, e información de la competencia para impactar y dirigir el negocio.
  • Coordinar, junto al jefe de tienda y el área de operaciones, los programas de capacitación para el equipo de trabajo, con el fin de contribuir con una cultura de servicio al cliente (Be Nice).

Your mission

  • Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards,
  • Responsible for ensuring the Store consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability goals through the effective use of short- and long-term planning, expense control, sales and service,

  • The ability to constantly walk and move about is required. Use of the following senses is critical to this position: speaking, hearing, near and far acuity, depth perception, and field of vision. Ability to lift/carry, push/pull up to 30 pounds regularly.

The base pay for this position is $19.50 - $22.50 + Bonus + Benefits

Your mission

  • Accountable for ensuring individual performance consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability goals through the effective servicing of customers.

  • Attend and participate in Loss Prevention education, training and awareness programs.
  • Responsible for Loss Prevention and Operational compliance within store.
  • Communicate merchandise opportunities to Store Management team.
  • Participate in new store openings and/or store closings; travel may be required.
  • Responsible for accurately processing sales transactions at the cash desk, with proper operation of the POS system, handling forms of tender with accuracy and respect, and ensuring proper discounts are applied when applicable.
  • Responsible for execution and processing of both incoming and outgoing merchandise.
  • Accountable for ensuring execution and maintenance of all Visual guideline as well as guaranteeing the visual presentation of the Store always meets or exceeds PUMA standards.
  • Maintain physical condition of Store according to relevant guidelines and communicate maintenance needs to Store Management in a timely manner.
  • Required to comply with all Policies & Procedures, operational core competencies and key accountabilities.
  • Abide by all requirements necessary to maintain a safe and compliant working and shopping environment; required to report all instances when this is not achieved to a member of the management team.
  • Required to work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required in this position.

En PUMA estamos buscando un/a Sales Associate para dar soporte en nuestros córners ubicados en Madrid (ECI Goya, Sanchinarro, Castellana...) para trabajar con un contrato indefinido a una jornada de 36h/semanales. Tus responsables principales serán:
·Asegurar un desempeño individual que consistentemente alcance o exceda metas de venta, KPIs y rentabilidad, a través de los valores de la marca PUMA.
·Proveer altos estándares de experiencia al cliente en la tienda, en concordancia con nuestros valores.
·Apoyar en el procesamiento de la entrada y salida de producto de la tienda.
·Realizar la reposición de mercancía, de acuerdo con la venta generada.
·Garantizar la ejecución y el mantenimiento de todas las pautas visuales, así como garantizar que la presentación visual de la tienda siempre cumpla o supere los estándares de PUMA.
·Asistir y completar exitosamente todas las formaciones requeridas para el rol.
·Apoyar en la correcta implementación de actividades promocionales en la tienda.
·Mantener la condición física de la tienda de acuerdo a las directrices pertinentes y comunicar las necesidades de mantenimiento de tienda en forma oportuna.
·Asegurar la prevención de pérdida de productos en la tienda, a través del cumplimiento de Políticas y Procedimientos de PUMA.
