You’ll be the driving force behind COBRA PUMA Golf’s commercial outcomes across our most strategic partners, Drummond Golf, GolfBox, On Course Golf and more. All the while also shaping marketing execution that grows our brand’s presence and demand in the market.

This is a role for someone who wants to own big outcomes, not just manage tasks.

  • Balance brand ambition with customer requirements to achieve shared results.

SALES STRATEGY & EXECUTION

Turn insight, planning, and rigor into commercial wins.

You will own the operational heartbeat of sales delivery, forecasting, order books, trading, and performance management. You will anticipate opportunities, identify risk early, and deliver the commercial precision needed to hit targets consistently.

You will:

  • Manage the full Go‑To‑Market process across strategic accounts.

  • Oversee forecasting, order placement, and in‑season trading.

  • Track performance across margin, sales, and conversion metrics.

  • Analyse competitor activity, retail trends, and consumer demand shifts.

  • Drive alignment between account strategies and brand objectives.

MARKETING & BRAND ACTIVATION

Bring the brand to life everywhere golfers see us.

This role extends beyond sales, you will be a key driver of Golf category marketing. You’ll lead retail marketing, brand campaigns, social activations, creative asset development, PR support, and consumer touchpoints across the category.

You will:

  • Lead all brand and commercial marketing activity for COBRA PUMA Golf.

  • Develop campaigns from concept to measurement across retail, digital, events, and content.

  • Manage agencies, briefs, creative production, and post‑campaign analysis.

  • Oversee trade marketing, in‑store POP, promotional activity, and asset distribution.

  • Execute brand‑aligned marketing while meeting commercial objectives.

  • Manage category marketing budgets, invoicing, tracking, and campaign resourcing.

LEADERSHIP & CULTURE

Represent the values and energy that make COBRA PUMA Golf exceptional.

You’ll play a key role in shaping our culture, inside the business, with partners, and across the market. We’re collaborative, high‑performing, and passionate about sport. You’ll help build that environment every day.

You will:

  • Model PUMA values in your behaviour and decision‑making.

  • Foster teamwork, innovation, accountability, and performance.

  • Influence cross‑functional alignment across Sales, GTM, Marketing, and Operations.
