Your Talent
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred (ideally with focus in areas such as Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or Merchandising)
- 2+ years of related experience
- Knowledge of ERP/ MRP, Forecast Models, Inventory Strategies, Procurement and Sales and Operations Planning preferred
- Strong decision-making, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent analytical skills needed
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a deadline driven environment
- Strong interpersonal & facilitation skills are essential to effectively interact with all teams and areas
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, required
The Hiring range base pay for this position is $62,700 - $83,380 + Bonus + Benefits
Pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience
Your Mission
- Develop an optimal and attainable supply plan based on demand, forecast and S&OP process to support all KPI & SLA such as OTIF, service levels, inventory, lead-times, and total cost objectives for the product range. Execute developed supply plans by creating, submitting, maintaining, and verifying purchase orders with factories/agents in ERP and vendor collaboration systems.
- Determine manufacturing schedule that works within production lead-time and capacity while allowing sufficient transit time for goods to ship to end customer On Time In Full (OTIF)
- Implement supply planning strategies for designated product categories and distribution (WS, Retail, E-comm) to enable a competitive advantage to bottom-line and top-line company growth.
- Investigate problems, find root causes, and develop solutions to avoid costly delays and lost sales opportunities.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to successfully develop and execute new product introductions including supply planning, follow-up, and execution to achieve on-time product launch.
- Improve customer service levels via balancing supply and demand. Identify inventory shortages and communicate with sales and logistics to expedite shipment of products to achieve high levels of customer service.
- Action PO changes through the global negotiation process to fulfill minimums and secure production. Validate confirmed handover dates align with customer expectations and service launch date requirements.
- Prepare and maintain relevant reports pertaining to supply and procurement planning process.
- Participate in process innovation projects as required.
- Effectively develop strategic partnerships with global sourcing teams and effectively manage sourcing partnerships and internal networks to deliver best in class performance for all product categories.
- Contribute to process documentation and validation for all supply and procurement planning processes.
