Bachelor's degree in Production, Digital Media, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in a content production role within a global brand, creative agency, or in-house marketing organization
Proven experience across all phases of integrated campaigns, including pre-production, production, and post-production
Strong understanding of production workflows, industry costs, vendor fees, and usage rights
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams and with external partners
Creative problem solver with a calm, solution-oriented approach under pressure
Highly collaborative, flexible, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
Willingness to travel up to 30% (domestic and international), occasionally on short notice
The Hiring range base pay for this position is $62,700 - $83,380 + Bonus + Benefits

Your mission
The Content Producer is responsible for managing the end-to-end production of integrated content across digital, video, and social platforms. This role partners with Creative, Project Management, and Marketing teams—as well as external vendors and agencies—to deliver content that reflects brand standards, meets business objectives, and engages audiences worldwide. The ideal candidate combines production expertise with strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills to bring creative concepts to life efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
Lead mid-scale content productions from kickoff through delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and milestones are met across all production phases
Partner with internal teams and external vendors to develop and execute creative solutions that balance quality, efficiency, and brand integrity
Manage production budgets and financial documentation, including cost tracking and reconciliation
Source, vet, and negotiate with vendors and production partners to ensure access to top talent and resources
Maintain clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders throughout the production process
Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards, legal guidelines, and usage rights
Demonstrate working knowledge of file formats and technical specifications for images, video, and other digital and print deliverables, including resolution, compression, and color profiles (RGB, CMYK, etc.)
Stay informed on emerging production trends, tools, and AI-driven solutions to enhance workflows, creative output, and operational efficiency
Anticipate challenges and proactively troubleshoot issues in production and post-production
