Your talent
- 2-3 years experience proven track record and results in performance marketing with relevant experience in marketplace/retail media and affiliate
- Hands-on experience and high comfort level working with Zalando/ZMS, About You, Otto, Amazon, respective media platforms and account teams
- Familiarity with Affiliate marketing across networks and key growth drivers
- Consumer-first mindset with a deep understanding of the digital landscape, innovations, and best practices
- Proven analytical skills with strong understanding of industry KPIs and ability to translate insights into actions
- Hands on, Solution-oriented and self-driven
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Retail, sportswear, or fashion industry experience/interest highly preferred
- Fluency and work proficiency in English, additional languages are
Your mission
- Develop, plan, and execute the performance marketing strategy for driving revenue via marketplaces like Amazon, About You, OTTO, Zalando etc.
- Take over all key responsibilities, define and monitor the marketing budget and business KPIs for new and existing marketplaces and manage them to performance, efficiency, and profitability
- Data-driven mindset and operative experience to troubleshoot campaigns, optimize partner performance, and identify opportunities for improvement
- Leverage any upper-funnel activations via other teams to drive mid-lower funnel KPIs
- Oversee promotional marketing efforts, including deals, flash sales, promotions, and sponsored products, etc.
- Challenge given structures, identify inefficiencies and drive for synergies and solutions for the marketplace setup
- Manage the European affiliate and partnership program with our partner agency.
- Optimize, trouble-shoot campaigns, identify opportunity for growth and improvements across Coupon Sites, Loyalty programs, Price Compares, Corporate benefits Platforms, Influencer networks or other
- Lead the reporting and analysis of the affiliate program, including pulling and building reports from Google Analytics and the affiliate network’s platform
- Collaborate internally across multiple teams to provide expertise, share knowledge, and keep PUMA current with Affiliate best practices
- Work in cross-functional teams to plan and execute campaigns to reach our company goals
- Closely collaborate and partner with the Eu marketplace team and broader.com teams on affiliate side
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all partners across marketplaces and affiliate.
