Your talent
- Successfully completed apprenticeship in a commercial area or similar relevant education
- Several years of experience in a management support function (e.g. Assistant to C-Level, Assistant to Managing Director etc.), ideally in an international and dynamic environment
- Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization
- Excellent organizational and coordinating skills
- High degree of confidentiality
- Ability and willingness to work independently using own initiative
- Fluent German (written and spoken), as well as very good English skills
- Advanced user knowledge of MS Office products.
Your mission
- Preparing presentations and organizing and following up on (international) meetings
Provide operational support to assigned Board Members and the Senior Leadership team
- Managing and coordinating calendars and business trips, as well as travel arrangements and travel expenses
- Supporting the planning of customer and partner events
- Point of contact for internal requests
- Ensuring a professional and friendly manner on behalf of the board
- General secretarial tasks
- Data maintenance and file management of confidential documents and information
- Tracking deadlines, milestones and other project-related schedules
- Supporting the smooth flow of information and communication across different disciplines
- Additional project support and special tasks.
