Your mission

  • Own commercial operations and trading activities for PUMA.com direct-to-consumer business
  • Be responsible for revenue growth and profitability improvement for channel
  • Support creation and overseeing the overall promotional strategy for eu.PUMA.com.

Your mission

  • Lead allocation, replenishment, and store planning across all European retail stores (Full Price & Factory Outlets) to maximize sell-through, full-price realization, and inventory productivity. Ensure optimal product flow and store-specific assortments aligned with local consumer demand and store formats.
  • Define allocation strategy for Full Price Stores and Factory Outlets across Europe
  • Drive optimal initial allocation, replenishment, and stock rebalancing between stores
  • Ensure size and depth accuracy at store level to maximize conversion
  • Adapt allocation flows based on store performance, climate zones, and local demand
  • Implement test-and-react mechanisms across store clusters
  • Own store clustering and grading (flagship/brand stores vs outlet)

  • Optimize flow of aged inventory and carry-over stock into outlets
  • Balance sell-through vs margin recovery in outlet channel
  • Ensure clean segmentation between FP and FOC assortments
  • Partner with merchandising on FOC-specific range planning
  • Own and optimize allocation tools and systems for retail stores
  • Drive automation and simplification of allocation processes
  • Implement data-driven allocation logic (store grading, demand signals)
  • Standardize processes across European markets
  • Lead European store allocation team
  • Develop a high-performance, commercially driven team culture.

Your talent

  • 8–12+ years in retail allocation, merchandising, or planning
  • Strong experience in store-based retail (Full Price + Outlet)
  • Proven leadership across multi-country European retail environments
  • Deep understanding of store economics & retail KPIs
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Experience with allocation systems (SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, etc.)
  • Ability to manage complex store networks and product flows

Your mission

  • Daily communication with colleagues in Asia development office for a variety of tasks, including placement and tracking of sample orders, arranging sample requests and clarifying daily issues

  • Support on daily maintenance of the Product Information Database (PAC), create colorway documents, sign off colorways and input of important style information

Your mission

  • Lead in creation and execution of innovative product designs and deliver results in line with PUMA’s Kids FTW seasonal development calendar
  • Reinforce and strengthen the brand position and help to generate consumer demand by ensuring the seasonal creative direction is expressed through the respective collections

Your talent

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Footwear, Industrial, Fashion Design and/or relevant field of study
  • Minimum 8+ years relevant experience in the fashion, sportswear or casual sports lifestyle space specializing in footwear
  • Experience of directly leading a small design team is a strong advantage
  • Proficiency and refinement in all stages of presentation, from concept to final design review
  • Strong concept and storytelling skills
  • Have a broad knowledge of footwear manufacturing and prototyping
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong MAC, CAD and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Packages
  • Experience in international product development, manufacturing processes, product conceptualization and technical package specification
  • Ability to function autonomously as well as in a cooperative within a diverse group
