Your mission

  • Lead the European merchandising strategy for all Non-Inline and Collaboration categories, aligning regional assortments to global directives across Wholesale, E‑com, and Retail.  

  • Manage the Go‑To‑Market process and launch calendars with category marketing teams to ensure timely, strategic execution.

  • Prepare Regional GTM materials, deliver consumer market insights, and support sales and marketing meetings, ensuring strategic alignment and execution across all channels. 

Your talent

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Merchandising, Product Management, or related field. A Master’s degree is appreciated. 

  • At least 5–8 year international experience in merchandising, product or category management, especially focused on Non-Inline products and Collaboration collections.  

  • Experience in , multi-channel or wholesale environments is valuable. 

  • Comfortable working in big, matrixed organizations—preferably in sporting goods, fashion, or consumer products—with the ability to bring together different teams and align local approaches with global strategies. 

  • Successful track record leading Go-To-Market (GTM) processes, seasonal planning, and cross-functional teamwork, especially for collaborative and exclusive product launches. 

  • Experienced in working with Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, and Global Product teams to drive commercial projects, optimize assortments, and expand market reach for exclusive and collaborative collections. 

  • Strong understanding of European consumer trends, retail landscape, and ecommerce, with the ability to use market insights for smart merchandising decisions in Non-Inline and Collaboration categories.

Your mission

  • Lead and drive the assigned product category through the whole product development and creation process based on the Go-to-Market calendar

    Developing and managing the market- and competitor studies for the assigned product lines on an international level hand in hand with Merchandising as well as analyzing forecasts and sales analyses

  • Own product data completeness and accuracy across puma.com, ensuring products meet global readiness standards before launch 

  • Define and maintain attribute requirements, data validation rules, and taxonomy structures in collaboration with Merchandising, Content, and Product Creation teams 

  • Monitor product data quality, identify gaps, and proactively resolve issues with upstream stakeholders (Product Creation, sourcing, and regions) 

  • Partner with the Product Activation team to support timely product launches and marketplace readiness 

  • Drive the use of AI and automation to improve enrichment, error detection, and operational efficiency (e.g., automated attribute completion, anomaly detection, assisted copy/data generation).

Your talent

  • 4+ years of experience in eCommerce operations, produc data or digital catalog manamgement 

  • Familiarity with PIM systems, data validation workflows, and taxonomy management 

  • Understanding of SEO and structured data 

  • Exposure to automation tools, scripting logic, or AI-assisted data enrichment (e.g., workflow automation, data classification, or generative AI tools)

Your mission

  • Manage copy projects for PUMA.com for different PUMA markets

SAP S4 is a key element of this position! We are looking for a Senior SAP Solution Architect for S4 Fashion Retail, E-Commerce, and MDM at PUMA. As part of our global Solution Architect team, you will be responsible for the SAP S4 Solution architecture running and defining the future global architecture.

Your key responsibilites will be:
