Your mission

Product Ownership & Backlog Management

Performance & KPIs

  • Contribute directly to the portfolio KPIs defined by the Teamhead (e.g. conversion, payment success, engagement, reliability).

  • Define feature- and initiative-level success metrics in collaboration with Data & Analytics.

  • Monitor performance trends and use insight to inform backlog refinement.

  • Support experimentation and continuous optimisation within the product area.

  • Clearly communicate impact, learnings, and performance updates to stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with the Teamhead / Portfolio Owner to align on priorities and trade-offs.

  • Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to ensure relevance and scalability.

Your talent

Experience

  • 6–8+ years of experience in digital product roles such as Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar positions.

  • Experience working with personalisation, recommendation systems, or data-driven consumer experiences.

  • Experience collaborating with engineering, data, and analytics teams to build scalable product capabilities.

  • Strong understanding of consumer journeys and behavioural insights within eCommerce environments.

  • Experience delivering product features using agile delivery frameworks.

Your mission

As the CDP Product Owner, you will be the driving force behind the strategic development, optimization, and governance of our Customer Data Platform (CDP). Your mission is to unlock the full potential of our consumer data, enabling personalized, data-driven marketing experiences across all channels. Your mission

  • Independently developing conceptual assortment plans (CAP) on product line and price basis considering specified company and Business Unit targets as well as Merchandising plans (MPL)

Your mission

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to support end-to-end architecture across PUMA’s global DTC technology landscape. In this role, you will ensure scalable, stable, and future-proof architecture decisions across digital and physical touchpoints. As Senior MarTech Manager, you will own how marketing technology enables growth across the customer journey: from audience strategy and activation to measurement and lifecycle orchestration. 

This role exists to turn tools into outcomes. In partnership with Brand, BI & IT, you will define how the MarTech ecosystem should look like, how different components integrate, what “good” looks like at scale, and how global and regional teams activate technology consistently, intelligently, and profitably.

Your mission

As the Global eCom App Marketing Manager, you will define and lead our global app retention and growth strategy across all owned app communication channels.
