Your mission

  • Own the marketing activation of a portfolio of strategic wholesale key accounts (e.g. JD Sports, Foot Locker, Intersport) in close collaboration with the respective key account Sales Manager.

  • A proven record of leading large Pan‑European or multi‑market strategic accounts and delivering sustained revenue and profit growth is essential.

  • An extensive experience negotiating high‑value commercial agreements, long‑term partnership frameworks, and joint business plans.

  • Strong understanding of wholesale, distribution, and omnichannel dynamics—across commercial, operational, and financial levers—is critical.

  • Demonstrated success collaborating cross‑functionally with Marketing, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, and Retail is expected.

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or Economics is required, with an MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.

  • Experience leading and developing high‑performing commercial teams in complex, matrixed international environments is necessary.

  • Fluency in English is mandatory, with additional European languages considered an advantage.

Your mission

  • Support in Managing & optimizing Paid Social, Display and SEA campaigns with large budgets across European markets as part of Full-Funnel and ROI based approach. 

  • Ensure that the budget spent in all the channels is in line with the ROI targets. 

  • Monitor and analyse the performance of all digital marketing campaigns in order to identify new opportunities to increase growth and efficiency on a daily basis. 

  • Analyze data in depth and present weekly and monthly performance for all the channels.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

  • Initial internship or working‑student experience in digital marketing, media buying, analytics, e‑commerce, or a related area is a plus.

  • Basic understanding of Paid Social, Display, or SEA concepts—or strong willingness to learn quickly on the job.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Excel and PowerPoint; experience with analytics or campaign platforms is beneficial but not required.

  • Comfort working with data, reporting, and performance metrics, with readiness to learn more advanced tools over time.

  • Strong interest in digital marketing and enthusiasm for working in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional, international environment.

Your mission

  • Demonstrate excellence in creation and execution of innovative designs following the brand, category and product strategies

  • Take ownership of the whole design process, from ideation till final production approval

  • Contribute to the formulation of the seasonal creative direction and support the Teamhead guiding and supervising the team through its implementation

  • Elaborate and present concepts, sketches and final designs in a compelling, clear, transparent and effective way to the design team as well as our product counterparts and external stakeholders

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a holistic approach to the product as well as a consumer centered strategy, following the brand’s perspective

  • Integrate product, functional and technical developments into design tasks in order to improve business processes and enhance customer/consumer engagement

  • Challenge the global brand positioning guidelines to ensure consideration of new product and program ideas and appropriate modification when necessary

  • Collect market intelligence, providing all accurate and up-to-date information on design trends and developments and utilizing them effectively

  • In support of the Teamhead, help to manage, mentor and inspire other members of the design team as well as external resources (freelancers, etc)

  • Keep track and support the team to deliver projects in line with PUMA development calendar.

Your talent

  • Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in Apparel Design in the sportswear or casual sports lifestyle industry in a performance category

  • Strong knowledge of fabrics and new industry technologies & executions

  • Strong 3D software knowledge and ability (Ideally VStitcher)

  • Strong sense for colors, creative concept's and design skills

  • Strong Macintosh skills and knowledge including Adobe creative suite (especially Illustrator)

  • Strong ability to see projects through all phases of research, design, tech packs, fittings, and final prototypes

  • Interest in Football and the culture 

  • Very good communication and presentation skills in English

  • Flexible and well organized Teamplayer

  • University degree in Design and/or relevant field of study

Your mission

  • With direction of the Teamhead Product Line Management Sportstyle Core, preparing market- and competitor studies on an international level as well as analyzing forecasts and sales analyses

  • Support in developing collection- and marketing strategies for assigned product lines

  • Understand basic product costing and how costing impacts product quality, margin & net sales from design phase to production release

  • Develop knowledge of whole market (GTM) process and collaborate in driving the product creation process

  • Have knowledge of look and quality of PUMA and its direct competitors' products and their positioning

  • Good analytical and strong presentation skills

  • Very good verbal communication skills as well as excellent English knowledge (written and spoken)

  • Excellent MS-Office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point)

  • Graduate studies in Business Administration, Sports Management or comparable degree
