Your mission

  • Professional skills in Excel and Power BI are a must have; skills in SQL, macro programming and AI coding is a plus

Your mission

In close alignment with the CBO, orchestrate the definition of PUMA’s future brand strategy: 

  • Translate the company’s overarching vision into a brand strategy that wins consumers, strengthens brand equity and accelerates profitable growth  

  • Develop and introduce a brand-related insights hub to inspire and accelerate strategic decision-making that reignites brand momentum (“think tank”)

Lead by example to demonstrate execution of brand strategy:  

  • Identify and manage selected cross-category / cross-functional projects that demonstrate how the brand strategy should be execute across categories / markets  

  • Closely collaborate with the global brand functions that are responsible to ensure that the brand strategy is executed alongside the entire brand calendar and across all categories / markets  

  • Collect bottom-up feedback resulting from strategy execution and provide required strategic guidance / adjustment of future strategic direction  

 

Oversee CBO head office as tactical support:  

  • Act as a senior sparring partner to the CBO by orchestrating priorities, developing and tracking execution of initiatives and targets, managing operational rhythms, developing impactful communications and handling ad-hoc or high-priority requests  

  • Be the drumbeat of the CBO to plan, prepare and support key stakeholders, meetings / milestones and initiatives  

  • Lead as “connector” of the Management Board area by effectively driving cross-functional / cross-category collaboration and communication  

 

Stakeholder Communication & Management:  

  • Communicate with internal stakeholders from C-level to peers and operational colleagues across the organization to ensure their needs are met and questions are answered  

  • Present brand strategies and frameworks to various internal parties to drive for high alignment and strategic clarity  

  • Drive strong alignment and collaboration with Global Commercial organization, particularly Commercial Strategy, ensuring frequent information sharing  

 

Team Management:

  • Provide strong leadership, development, and supervision to the team, including the definition of clear objectives and resource allocation

Your mission

We’re looking for a strategic Integration Manager who combines strong technical understanding with a clear business perspective to help shape and optimize PUMA’s digital ecosystem landscape. In this role, you will act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating business needs into effective integration solutions while ensuring seamless connectivity between ERPs and related commercial platforms across PUMA’s digital ecosystems.
 

  • Translate business needs from digital wholesale into clear, actionable technical specifications for SAP S/4HANA and connected ecosystems

  • Design and optimize data flows and define the integration architecture to ensure stable, scalable, and efficient cross‑system connectivity

  • Coordinate the technical implementation of new features & enhancements with the respective product owners, internal as well as external vendors and affected business stakeholders

  • Execute & Support integration testing to secure quality and reliability during rollouts and continuous improvement

  • Lead end‑to‑end troubleshooting for complex integration issues, driving incident resolution across functional and technical teams

  • Provide 2nd/3rd level support for critical processes and interfaces, ensuring business continuity

  • Work hands‑on with APIs, XML/JSON, databases, and SAP integration technologies to analyse and conceptualize end-to-end integrations

Your talent

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field

  • Minimum +3 years of experience in IT integration, system architecture, or enterprise application management

  • Proven track record in SAP integration and related ecosystems. (SAP S/4 HANA experience is a plus)

  • Experience with global rollouts and managing complex integration landscapes

Your mission

SAP S4 is a key element of this position! We are looking for SAP AIF Senior Developers to manage our S4 Application Interface Framework at PUMA. As part of our global Integration team, you will be responsible for the AIF Implementation & Keeping the SAP S4 system running and defining the future global Standards.

Your key responsibilities are:

  • Conception, realization and administrative support of the AIF Interfaces on SAP S4 System

  • Good understanding of SAP ABAP, RAP programming, SAP AIF, modern S4 interfacing technologies like OData, event messaging, enhancement frameworks etc.

  • Ensuring high quality application management support across different levels i.e. L1, L2 & L3 is delivered

  • Active development of SAP AIF interfaces and object-oriented ABAP programming

  • Coordinate with global and regional competency teams to share knowledge and be a subject matter expert in AIF and ABAP

  • Actively identifying new ways of implementation and keeping the AIF Standards high; drive and support POCs

  • Responsible for the quality management during projects and keeping the system running.

Your mission

As a Manager Business Process Finance & Controlling, you are the go-to expert on process and solution design to PUMA stakeholders in the European Region. Your focus is primarily on controlling processes for our omni-channel business. Your challenge is to ensure that controlling solutions designed with your partners work effectively, are scalable and support our goal of being the fastest sports brand in the world.

  • Be part of our FI/CO team driving one of the world’s first S/4 HANA Fashion implementation projects, establishing process expertise in SAP S/4 controlling area

  • Serve as the first point of contact for the Design & Delivery of all related european controlling processes in SAP S/4 Hana, offering guidance and support to key users and fellow SAP specialists

  • Analyze, improve, redesign and when necessary document controlling processes in line with Group Standards and manage their implementation in the existing SAP S/4 HANA Fashion solution

  • Perform software testing and approval

  • Support smooth running of SAP FI/CO-related business applications

  • Organize and execute specific SAP workshops and trainings

  • Seek and provide regular feedback to our business partners to continuously improve our working and delivery mode.

Your talent

  • University degree in Business Administration or Computer Science, preferably with a focus on Finance and Controlling or Business Process

  • Several years of experience in controlling or accounting according to IFRS and knowledge of the underlying commercial processes in the area of Finance and Controlling

  • Process understanding and Best Practice knowledge of the Controlling flows

  • Operational experience in SAP S/4 HANA with knowledge of the FI/CO integration with the SD/MM Modules

  • Experience in SAP Retail or Fashion solutions - previous project experience in retail, E-Commerce or fashion industry is a plus - this includes Process Design, Configuration or Customizing knowledge

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English

  • Willingness to travel within Europe, team player, able to work under pressure, assertiveness.

Your mission

  • Support the Cluster Central Europe Trade Marketing and Marketing Activation teams in coordinating and executing performance campaigns and activations accounts and brand touchpoints

  • Support planning and coordination of  marketing campaigns and related asset needs (online + POS)
