Your mission
- Prepare presentations and executive-level documents in close collaboration with the Head of CEO Office
- Coordinate executive meeting content preparation ensuring alignment with internal and external stakeholders
- Follow up on decisions and action items from executive meetings and ensure timely execution with relevant stakeholders
- Create and maintain dashboards and tracking mechanisms to monitor the execution status for agreed actions
- Connect independently with internal counterparts to gather updates, discuss action item status, and support effective information flow
- Support the Head of CEO Office in steering CEO priorities and ensuring operational clarity across the organization.
Your talent
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- Initial professional experience, ideally in the sporting goods or fashion industry
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to structure information clearly
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive working style
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across functions
- High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
