Your mission
- Lead the cluster’s activation strategy across influencer marketing, social media, PR, and events, ensuring alignment with regional priorities, brand direction, and seasonal storytelling
- Drive creator and influencer marketing excellence, including selection, relationship management, briefing, content direction, and optimization of performance and deliverables
- Oversee social media strategy and execution, including content planning, localization of global assets, publishing, community management, and analytics-based optimization
- Lead PR and communications initiatives, managing media relations, sample processes, press materials, agency partners, and all reporting and coverage tracking
- Steer the planning and execution of events and brand activations, ensuring high-quality, on-brand delivery through strong project management, budget oversight, and cross-functional coordination
- Provide cross-functional and team leadership, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, managing a small activation team, and ensuring structured processes, efficient workflows, and flawless execution.
Your talent
- 7+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, PR, and/or event activation within consumer goods, lifestyle, sports, or fashion industries, with a solid understanding of digital platforms and creator ecosystems
- Proven leadership in creator and influencer programs, including agency management and delivering integrated, multi-channel marketing activations
- Strong expertise in social and PR operations, including content best practices, digital KPIs, media relations, press activities, and sample management
- Demonstrated project management skills, capable of overseeing multiple priorities and ensuring high-quality execution under tight timelines
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building abilities, fostering alignment across internal and external partners
- Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-driven, with the ability to simplify complexity, drive structured workflows, and ensure operational excellence.
