Your mission

  • Primary business partner and close collaboration with the global commercial leadership team as well as the VP FP&A to build acumen and drive proactive forward looking financial planning processes to safeguard the realization of operational, tactical and strategic financial ambitions

  • Critically evaluate and challenge the profitability and effectiveness of PUMA's wholesale channel (incl WHS account portfolio).

Your talent

  • Educational background of business studies (MBA a plus) ideally with focus of Accounting & Finance.

  • 6+ years of related professional experience in similar industry (sport & fashion is a plus).

  • Demonstrated ability to act as a strategic business partner to senior leadership audience.

  • End-to-end Thinking to convert operational, tactical and strategic related discussions and transparency.

  • Providing leadership and guidance to direct reports.

  • Functional and personal leadership competencies to lead in ambiguous situations.

  • Affinity and capabilities to work with reporting systems (SAP a plus) and to further develop them.

  • Translation of seasonal product strategy into a launch calendar & readiness dashboard

  • Build and maintain global master category templates and pages (CLPs), PLPs, and PDP aligned to seasonal priorities, franchise products and brand narratives

  • Own the category’s “always-on” experience (layouts, components, banners, shoe finder, shop the look, SEO blogs)
