Your mission

We are looking for a Junior Manager who combines strong technical understanding with a clear compliance perspective to help shape and optimize PUMA’s SAP IT general audit controls (ITGC). In this role, you will act as a bridge between technical teams and external audit partners, design, and document the audit controls, performing the effectiveness of the controls using the automated/manual testing procedures ensuring smooth completion of the Audit procedures.

  • Assist in executing IT Audit engagements with the external auditing partners and Internal teams focused on SAP Systems – SAP ECC, S/4HANA

Your mission

The Senior Manager Global Retail Category Planning drives the global merchandising strategy for a specific category across Direct-to-Consumer channels, ensuring a commercially strong, consumer-relevant, and differentiated product offer across Full Price Stores, Factory Outlets, and E-commerce.   • Define assortment principles across E-commerce, Full Price Stores, and Factory Outlet channels
  • Build a clear and differentiated product strategy aligned with the overall brand direction
  • Develop assortment frameworks covering: Product flow, depth, breadth, and option count, article count across business units, gender, age groups, product groups, and franchises, price points and price tiers
  • Ensure the right balance between core, seasonal, and trend-driven products
  • Define seasonal launch and drop calendars to drive traffic, engagement, and productivity. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Global GTM, Product Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, and Retail Marketing teams

Your mission

We are looking for a driven Product Owner with a passion for sports, digital innovation, and creating exceptional user experiences. In this role, you will own and drive the evolution of Teamsport One-Stop-Shop (OSS), PUMA’s next-generation digital platform, and state-of-the-art 3D product configurator.

At the heart of this product is an immersive 3D experience that allows users to design, visualize, and personalize teamwear in real time. From customizing kits down to the smallest details, to instantly seeing their creations come to life in 3D. The platform is transforming how teams, clubs, and consumers engage with PUMA products.

The platform supports several user journeys:

  • Fans, athletes, and teams creating personalized football, handball, and basketball kits through an intuitive 3D configuration experience.

  • PUMA teams and sales representatives designing compelling kit concepts and proposals for professional sports clubs around the world.

  • B2B customers accessing a seamless digital journey to configure products and manage their purchasing process.

As the Product Owner, you'll be responsible for shaping the product vision, defining the roadmap, and bringing innovative features to life together with a global network of stakeholders, designers, and development teams.

  

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Own and continuously evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

  • Own the seasonal readiness and lifecycle management of the 3D configurator, ensuring all product data, designs, materials, colorways, pricing, and customization options are accurately maintained and launched on time each season.

  • Translate business needs and user insights into clear product requirements, user stories, and a prioritized backlog.

  • Act as the key interface between business stakeholders, product development teams and engineers.

  • Define and track KPIs to measure product success, adoption, and business impact.

  • Own product communication and enablement strategy to support adoption.

  • Manage budgets to maximize ROI and resource efficiency.

Your talent

  • 5-8+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Digital Product Manager, IT Project Manager or similar roles.

Your mission

  • Develop consumer, account and market knowledge

  • Provide trend reports

  • Execute data management of our product database

  • Support in the administrative tasks and day-to-day business with MS Office and PAC system

  • Write catalogue texts and support during the catalogue process

  • Sample management and showroom set up

  • Prepare and attend international meetings at our PUMA headquarters

  • Process forecast figures and purchase orders.

  • Enrolled student for the whole period of the internship, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing or similar

Your mission

  • Own your respective marketplace channels and technical processes around them to ensure speedy product onboarding and excellence in product content delivery
  • Drive KPIs related to product onboarding and product content performance for your channels
  • Challenge given structures and set-ups, identify inefficiencies and drive for synergies and solutions around the technical marketplace infrastructure
  • Define automation logics by utilising data integration systems and coordinate the roll-out with the involved parties 
  • Plan and execute projects related to system landscape enhancements in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

Your talent

  • Finished bachelor’s degree in business administration, Business Informatics or similar

  • Hands-on experience with marketplace & data integrators and/or PIM systems is a plus

Your mission

  • Learn the entire creative design process from first sketch to final product

  • Contribute & collaborate on global projects and support with launching new apparel ideas

  • Under the direction of the design team, collect market intelligence, providing the team with accurate and up-to-date information on trends and developments

  • Generate and present strong product stories, designs, and mood boards

  • Assist the Design team in the creation of product sketches, tech packs, design presentations & materials

  • Support the Design team on general housekeeping tasks, such as drawings, data management and database upkeep.

As a Senior Solution Architect ERP BTP / Cloud, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing PUMA’s ERP cloud strategy.
