Your mission

Your mission

  • Lead the trade marketing domain for a portfolio of area accounts, developing annual trade marketing plans aligned with commercial targets, brand priorities, and category initiatives.

Your mission

Product Ownership & Backlog Management

  • Own the product backlog for a defined product or capability area (e.g. Payments within Basket & Checkout).

  • Translate portfolio strategy and investment priorities into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint goals.

Your mission

Lead, support, coordinate and facilitate the development and execution of end‑to‑end GTM and merchandising strategies, seasonal plans, and standardized global processes that drive consistent growth across markets. Your mission

PUMA’s Global Marketing Team is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Global Brand & Marketing team in Herzogenaurach, Germany. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in leading and executing high-impact marketing projects that drive brand growth and elevate brand equity on a global scale.

Program and Project Management:

  • Ensure timely follow-up of agreed action items with internal stakeholders, such as Areas, Business Units (BUs), and other key stakeholders

  • Set up and lead projects for VP Global Marketing based on agreed problem definitions. This includes problem structuring, identification and evaluation of options, solution development, and supporting implementation. Ensure that project lists are updated monthly

Presentations & Meetings:

  • Prepare, participate, and ensure follow-up of all key meetings; including global marketing meetings, line freeze meetings and budget presentations

  • Support the Strategic Marketing Planning Process for Global Marketing with Corporate Strategy

Business Analysis:

  • Conduct ad hoc analysis of data to deep-dive into certain business developments and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of allocated budgets

Your talent

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, brand management, or marketing, preferably in a multinational corporation or global brand setting

  • Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders across various business units and regions

  • Ability to drive projects to successful completion within defined timelines and budget

  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, Microsoft Project)
