Your Talent
- At least 5 years work experience of designing for one or more leading fashion/lifestyle/sports brand
- Knowledge and design versatility to be able to alternate between Sport/fashion driven projects
- Professional experience working in team environment, ability to function autonomously as well as in a cooperative, diverse group
- Proficient in Apparel 3D software, Vstitcher or similar.
- Professional working experience with Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop, etc.
- Tremendous attention to detail and extraordinary time-management skills
- Excellent technical background relating to fabrics & product development
- Strategic and creative thinking, strong initiative, passionate about product
- Vertical mindset with the consumer in mind
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor’s degree in Design and/or relevant field of study

Your Mission
- Demonstrate excellence in the creation and execution of innovative designs aligned with the brand, category, and product strategies, including a strong integration of 3D design methodologies
- Take ownership of the complete design process from initial concept and 2D/3D ideation to final production approval leveraging tools such as VStitcher, CLO3D, or similar to drive efficiency and accuracy
- Act as a 3D design ambassador, championing digital design workflows across the team, embedding 3D thinking into daily practices, and supporting the evolution of internal processes through active knowledge-sharing and guidance
- Contribute to the formulation of seasonal creative direction and support the Teamhead in guiding, supervising, and mentoring the team through its successful implementation both in traditional and digital design spaces
- Develop and present compelling concepts, sketches, and final designs in both 2D and 3D formats to internal teams, product counterparts, and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and clarity throughout
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Development, Sourcing, and Marketing to ensure a holistic, consumer-centric product approach that aligns with PUMA’s brand vision and embraces modern 3D development techniques
- Integrate product, functional, and technical developments including 3D fit iterations and material simulations into the design process to improve development speed, sustainability efforts, and consumer engagement
- Challenge global brand positioning guidelines where needed to support innovative new product or program ideas, particularly where 3D capabilities can bring added value or differentiation
- Stay current on industry trends, digital design innovations, and competitor activity to inform the design process and drive relevant, future-focused creative direction
- In support of the Teamhead, help mentor and inspire team members and freelancers, including coaching on 3D design tools, best practices, and workflow integration
- Support the team in ensuring all design deliverables are met in line with PUMA’s global development calendar.
