Your mission

Funciones del puesto:

- Directamente responsable de asegurar que la tienda consistentemente alcance o exceda ventas, KPIs y metas de rentabilidad a través de una planeación a corto y largo plazo, control de gastos, ventas y servicio.

- Garantizar consistentemente altos estándares de experiencia de servicio dentro de la tienda en sincronía con los valores de marca PUMA y los estándares de servicio.

- Responsable de reclutar, entrenar, desarrollar y remplazar el alto rendimiento, gestión de resultados y de los asociados.

- Preparar y administrar evaluaciones de desempeño oportunas y precisas para cada miembro del equipo de la tienda.

- Hacer a cada miembro de la tienda responsable de cumplir o exceder expectativas de la compañía a través de conversaciones semanales de productividad, coaching diario en el momento, reconocimiento por rendimiento y acciones de desarrollo según sean necesarias.

- Invertir el 85% del horario laboral en piso de ventas, atrayendo clientes, vendiendo, y coacheando asesores.

- Directamente responsable de ejecutar y procesar entrada y salida de mercancía.

- Directamente responsable de prevención de pérdidas y cumplimiento operacional dentro de la tienda.

- Alcanzar o superar todas las metas de inventario; supervisar y administrar conteos físicos.

Your talent

REQUISITOS:

  • Habilidad en PC, Conocimiento de MS-Office, Outlook, Internet
  • Probada habilidad para superar metas de ventas mientras se logran metas de nómina, demostrada habilidad para identificar, reclutar, entrenar, desarrollar y retener talento, habilidad para razonar en situaciones complejas, demostrada comunicación efectiva, habilidad para presentar información a grupos grandes o en tienda
  • De dos a cuatro años de experiencia enfocados a un ambiente de servicio al cliente retail (preferentemente apparel/footwear) con resultados comprobados como store manager en giro retail (preferentemente fashion retail, sport retail)

Your mission

  • Revisar, en conjunto con el jefe de tienda, la distribución y revisión diaria de las acciones y variables de venta para alcanzar los objetivos previstos en el presupuesto de la tienda.
  • Revisar, en conjunto con el jefe de tienda, el análisis del perfil de clientes, tendencias de compra, e información de la competencia para impactar y dirigir el negocio.

  • Mantener el cumplimiento de los procesos y procedimientos establecidos en la tienda (aperturas/cierres, gestión de ventas, inventarios / bodega, entre otros); de acuerdo a los objetivos establecidos por PUMA.

  • Uno a Dos años de experiencia como subjefe de tienda en administración en un ambiente de retail (de preferencia ropa/calzado) orientado al servicio de clientes con registro de resultados medibles.
  • Habilidad probada en exceder ventas alcanzando metas de gasto en nómina de personal, habilidad demostrada para identificar, contratar, entrenar, desarrollar y retener equipos talentosos, habilidad para razonar a través de problemas complejos, demostrar comunicación efectiva, habilidad para presentar información a grupos grandes y facilitar visitas de tienda.
  • Manejo de PC, conocimiento de MS-Office, Internet.

Your Mission

In this dynamic, multi-site role, you’ll partner with the Floating Store Manager to uplift store performance, develop talent, and keep operations running at their best. You’ll build relationships across locations, roll up your sleeves on the sales floor, and lead by example, wherever you are needed most.
