Your Talent

  • 10 years’ relative experience
  • Degree in Business, Marketing or similar field, Master’s degree preferred
  • Proven track record delivering digital and performance marketing, marketing campaigns, platforms, tactics and technologies
  • Specific experience in CRM, Loyalty and emerging AI technology
  • Experience using industry leading tools and platforms
  • Demonstrated success working in matrix organizations, agile groups; ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage ambiguity

Your Mission

The Director Digital and Performance Marketing is a results-driven leader obsessed with delivering digital communications that inform and excite current and future consumers.  Oversees PNA (US and Canada) digital disciplines across acquisition, retention, affiliate and social channels.  

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital and performance marketing strategy to drive acquisition, retention, affiliate and measurable revenue growth with a focus on consumer LTV
  • Oversee calendar and campaign planning, execution and optimization across all digital channels: email, app, social, programmatic display, and paid search
  • Ensure marketing strategies are aligned with PNA business objectives and established KPI’s
  • Reinforce and establish data-driven mindset that turns into measurable actions using automation, AI and consumer insights to validate strategies and tactics
  • Challenge norms and hypothesis through focused A/B testing and measures
  • Partner with marketing counterparts on full-funnel digital media consumer journey plans and work hand in hand with brand marketing team to develop synergistic marketing plans that drive the brand forward
  • Partner with eCommerce to implement best practices, pilot new strategies and localize activities within the performance marketing framework
  • Lead and inspire the digital and performance marketing team by fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and excellence in execution
  • Be the financial expert to optimize marketing spends, achieve ROAS targets and make critical financial decisions that affect the company’s top and bottom line; present results and recommendations to upper management
  • In partnership with Vice President Marketing DTC and Vice President DTC Ecommerce, develop the annual marketing planning and budget process ensuring marketing's goals are aligned with regional and global objectives including building financial plans for marketing channels with specific KPI’s
  • Work cross-functionally with relevant counterparts to deliver a cohesive translation of the integrated brand strategy into integrated digital marketing plans and campaigns that connect with consumer experience(s) to increase awareness, consideration and conversion
  • Provide expertise, vision and leadership to define and implement customer relationship marketing programs and initiatives that successfully build profitable, long-term customer value.
  • Support the Vice President Marketing DTC to maximize vendor and agency relationships, including scope development and continuous optimization

Your Mission

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing operations model, focusing on product seeding in the beginning, in the future also other promotional activities
  • Establish processes and responsibilities of product seeding in the marketing activation, between Global Marketing, Business Units, and internal fulfillment partner
  • Collaborate with the internal fulfillment partner that provides the warehousing solution for inbound, storage, and outbound of seeding products, initially based out of Europe
  • Establish an organizational setup to support the operating model, including dedicated resources for seeding and promotion demand and supply planning
  • Optimize inventory management and shipment methods to reduce costs and improve efficiency
  • Enhance customer experience by enabling marketers to focus on their core strengths and providing better service to athletes, ambassadors, and influencers.

Your Talent

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business and Administrative Sciences or equivalent with strong Social Media knowledge and experience

  • 2+ years of experience in a Social Media role at a creative agency or in house marketing department

Your Mission

  • Coordinate the conception, creation, and production of culturally resonant social media content for brand/business target audience. 

  • Shoot video and stills for various social media platforms, such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and emerging platforms.

  • Utilize knowledge of training/fitness social trends and best practices to collaborate with creative and strategy teams in delivering culturally relevant content that drives awareness and engagement.

  • Effectively communicate creative plans to internal stakeholders, ambassador partnerships, and clients.

  • Write & coordinate creator briefs, provide guidance, and collaborate with influencers, photographers, videographers, designers, and other content creators to enhance the creative process.

  • Collaborate and partner with internal teams, agency team and external partners inform creative strategies and achieve exceptional results. Proactively pitching on-trend concepts and ideas for execution based on product priorities. 

  • Support to develop and execute a content strategy for social media based on the list of deliverables from the social media managers.

  • Coordinate the creative process for content production with external stakeholders. 

  • Brief, capture or edit content him/herself for all social and select ad hoc requests. 

  • Work with a team of graphic designers, videographers, and copywriters. 

  • Ensure content aligns with the company's brand and social media goals.

  • Stay informed about content marketing trends and creative approaches, as it relates to the training/fitness landscape.

Your Mission

This role is to plan, execute and monitor PR activities for Performance category within the country to achieve brand and commercial objectives working with the key stakeholders. Also this role is to lead Corporate PR activities by working closely with Global team as well as Japan leadership team.

This includes:

・Implement seasonal Marketing initiatives within the country for the category

・Develop relations with Media and key influencers for the category

Task 1: Develop and implement PR plans to budget aligned with other marketing functions to optimize brand exposure to consumer for the performance category. Manage and implement PR calendar for the category. Align programs as set by regional priority product style and identify local key product styles that require PR support and how this will be executed.

Task 2: Manage effective use of the PR budget for the category by leverage Global/Regional content and develop locally relevant content as required. Ensure high content quality by maintain brand voice through tone and manner and adhering to video and photo capture standards.

Task 3: Develop media relations strategy and ensure effective implementation. Manage the creation & execution of local market editor events and local press days. Maintain and manage relevant media contacts broken down by categories. Task 4: Develop product seeding strategy and manage implementation to drive brand exposure and desirability for the category. Build relations and connect with key influencers that are relevant to the category.

Task 5: Manage PR agency, including agency reviews and contract renewals as per guidelines set by Region and International PR. Manage with the agency the creation of creative mailers, press kits, lookbooks etc

Task 6: Manager Coproate PR acticities including media relations, news letters. Closely working with global communication team to understand global direction and to be provided their support for local PR communication.
