Tu es diplômé.e d’un Bac+5 en Marketing ou Commerce et tu as une première expérience confirmée (2 ans minimum) en marketing sportif, sponsoring ou gestion d’assets, idéalement dans un environnement international.

Tu parles couramment anglais et tu n’as aucun mal à naviguer dans un contexte multiculturel.

Tu es reconnu.e pour tes compétences en communication et en négociation, et tu sais piloter des projets complexes en fédérant différents interlocuteurs. Ton sens de l’organisation, ton leadership et ta capacité à jongler avec plusieurs priorités font de toi un vrai moteur dans une équipe.

Curieux.se et analytique, tu es aussi rigoureux.se dans la gestion budgétaire et à l’aise avec les outils informatiques.

Rattaché.e au Head of Sport Marketing, tu seras au cœur de la stratégie Marketing Teamsports France, en lien direct avec les équipes internationales.

Ton rôle sera de gérer et activer le portefeuille d’assets PUMA (clubs et joueurs), en incarnant la stratégie marketing sur le marché français, avec un focus à 90% sur le Football et 10% sur le Basket et le Handball.

  • Contribuer à la définition et à l’exécution de la stratégie Sports Marketing Teamsports France en cohérence avec la stratégie internationale.
  • Développer et activer les plans marketing autour de nos assets : lancements maillots, activations in-store & digitales, événements clubs/joueurs, séminaires commerciaux.
  • Piloter la relation avec les assets (clubs, joueurs) et assurer leur valorisation en lien avec nos partenaires internes (Produits, Sales, Brand).
  • Définir et gérer le budget brand et sports marketing, en garantissant un suivi précis et régulier.
  • Mesurer l’impact et le retour sur investissement des activations, en mettant en place les outils et méthodes de suivi adaptés.
  • Négocier et sécuriser les droits de commercialisation des assets, en lien avec nos équipes juridiques.
  • Développer un réseau solide dans l’écosystème sportif français pour identifier de nouvelles opportunités.

  • Lead the Athlete Services team to ensure all contracted athletes are wearing correct products on the field of play 
  • Create player specific specs by translating athlete feedback into development specs 
  • Close collaboration and exchange with factories in Asia 
  • Function as the connecting link between Sports Marketing and Product Development 
  • With the Team take care of the order process for international athletes, including seasonal forecasting, order placement, order tracking, delivery, database management, etc. 
  • Ensure specifications are per the athletes specific needs prior to dispatch. 
  • Prepare and update relevant data systems with all necessary information on the player specific customization needs 
  • In collaboration with International Sports Marketing Managers ensure the relevant category footwear roll out plan is executed as expected and support strategic product introductions. 
  • Establish relationship to PUMA athletes and their environment (management, medical staff, coaches, physiotherapists). 
  • Collaborate and communicate with external parties (contracted athletes, athlete management, coaches, medical staff) to positively influence the perception of PUMA performance products 
  • Together with the respective Business Unit Product Line Management and Development teams proactively involve athletes in the product development process through presentations & testing of new statement product concepts 
  • Work closely with Footwear Product Development to enhance the overall performance of inline products based on pro players feedback and input.

Your mission

  • Develop and implement a local Marketing Strategy aligned with Regional / Global Marketing seasonal initiatives and product narratives.
  • Acquire and manage all necessary creative assets and tools from global and regional team to ensure effective roll out of seasonal stories and plans to all key stake holders. (Agencies, key Accounts, Internal departments, Influencers, Media). Where need be, develop local creative and assets based on market requirements to support the roll out of seasonal initiatives.
  • Lead the roll out of creative assets and communication plans across all marketing channels: Digital, Activation/Events, Public Relations, Trade, and Retail together with leveraging local and global assets (Sport and Lifestyle). Communicate and drive integration with Sales & Retail on brand initiatives. Align with HQ and global teams on strategy and communication plans where required.
  • Manage & Coordinate with all third-party vendors (i.e. Agencies / Suppliers) to ensure execution of marketing plans is in line with agreed budgets.
  • Manage procedures to ensure efficient flow of documentation between third party vendors and accounts and ensure timely payments to third party vendors.
  • Maintain knowledge of current and relevant local and global trends to ensure that strategic partnerships remain relevant to consumers.
  • Media: Oversee briefing, planning and execution of all Media campaigns to launch brand initiatives. Analyze campaign results and oversee reports created to highlight learnings, working together with PR Manager.  
  • Events: Conceptualize, plan and execute consumer activations in line with event agencies to bring to life seasonal brand initiatives.  Develop activation reports to document and present as best practices.
  • Social: Manage digital and social agencies to build a solid strategic content plan that flows key seasonal stories on PUMA channels and influencer / blogger platforms. Oversee Seeding plans in line with PR to ensure key product on the right people for maximum visibility.
  • PR: Work with PR to build a strong communication plan and ensure a consistent flow of messaging (always on approach) across all channels (Print / Digital / Social) throughout the season.
