Your Mission

  • Encausar y verificar diariamente las acciones y variables de venta para alcanzar los objetivos previstos en el presupuesto de la tienda y retail.
  • Analizar el perfil de clientes, tendencias de compra, e información de la competencia para impactar y dirigir el negocio.
  • Encausar los programas de capacitación para su equipo de trabajo en conjunto con el área de operaciones; con el fin de lograr una cultura de servicio al cliente, experiencia de marca y fidelización de acuerdo con los lineamientos de Be Nice.
  • Supervisar y verificar el cumplimiento de los principales indicadores del negocio: unidades por boleta, ticket promedio, tasa de conversión, etc.
  • Coordinar y asignar las funciones y desarrollo del personal a cargo, de acuerdo con los procesos y estándares de PUMA.
  • Supervisar y verificar el cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos establecidos para tiendas (operacionales, prevención de perdida, control de caja, administración de personas y prevención de riesgos, etc.) con el objetivo de lograr el orden administrativo.

  • Responsible for payroll control and service driven scheduling in order to maintain a highly profitable location while providing the highest levels of service to customers
  • Manage and communicate merchandise opportunities to Store and/or Assistant Store Manager
  • Required to comply with all Policies & Procedures, operational core competencies and key accountabilities
  • Responsible for maintaining a safe, healthy and compliant working and shopping environment
  • Required to work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required in this position

Tes missions :

> Accompagner le Store Manager et son Adjoint dans l’atteinte des objectifs de vente, de KPI et de rentabilité du magasin

> Aider le Store Manager et son Adjoint dans la communication, la gestion et l’exécution de l’ensemble des initiatives commerciales visant à développer le chiffre d‘affaires du magasin

> Assister le Store Manager et son Adjoint en matière de recrutement, d’intégration, de formation ou de développement des collaborateurs

> Consacrer son temps de travail principalement à l’espace de vente : contact avec les clients, vente et appui à l’équipe de vente

> Garantir la meilleure expérience client en magasin, en accord avec les valeurs de la marque

> Assurer la réception de la marchandise et la gestion des stocks

> Respecter les procédures du magasin et règles du visual merchandising pour valoriser nos produits et susciter l’acte d’achat
