    • 1 – 2 years’ experience in a focused, customer service-oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear)

    Your mission

    • Work closely with business stakeholders throughout the PUMA North America region across a number of processes, systems, and technologies.
    • Interoperate with other IT functions including Business Analysts, Programming, IT Infrastructure, Project Management, and Application Support
    • Collaborate with developers, product managers, strategic partners, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback.
    • Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases based on system requirements.
    • Estimate, plan, and facilitate SIT, functional UAT, and performance testing to ensure software quality.
    • Coordinate thorough regression testing to validate resolved system defects.
    • Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools.
    • Utilize automated testing tools to create and execute automated test scripts.
    • Analyze test results and generate summarized and detailed reports on software quality and performance.
    • Coordinate testing cycles across multiple projects and with multiple teams.
    • Maintain a library of test plans and cases based on business process and system changes.
    • Continuously improve testing processes, methodologies, and tools at PUMA North America.
