Your mission

  • Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards,

Your mission

  • Drive Sales Excellence: Manage and direct sales of PUMA footwear, apparel, and accessories across all genders, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
  • Proactive Account Management: Analyze sales performance to manage product life cycles, inventory, and sell-through rates. Identify and seize opportunities to improve existing business, penetrate new markets, and tackle challenges with data-driven, well-thought-out solutions.

  • Showroom Management: Coordinate showroom setup and maintenance while supporting sample requests and shipment.
  • Market Travel: Stay informed on trends and account opportunities with regular market visits (at least once per month).
  • Adapt to Business Needs: Contribute to special projects and adjust responsibilities as the business evolves.

Your talent

  • BA/BS with concentration in Business, Management, Marketing, Sales preferred.
  • 6+ years of footwear and/or apparel selling or retail buying/merchandising/planning experience.
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to build lasting professional relationships.
  • Exceptional communication skills (both oral and written) and the ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data, identify opportunities, and execute innovative solutions.
  • Confident storyteller who can command attention, and drive retailer/account alignment.
  • Detail oriented with ability to prioritize and provide complete follow-through on all responsibilities and KPIs.
  • Sense of urgency to analyze a high volume of data/activity to meet tight deadlines.
  • Possess strong analytical skills and working knowledge of retail math financial metrics: sales, inventory, turn, gross margin $, open to buy & order book management.  
  • Working and continued knowledge of national trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Strong computer proficiency in MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Word as well as experience using tools like PowerBI.
  • Flexibility to travel for account visits, market research, and regional/national sales meetings as needed.

The hiring range base pay for this position is $109,200-$180,200 + Bonus + Benefits (Benefit Summary Corporate)

Your mission

The Content Producer is responsible for managing the end-to-end production of integrated content across digital, video, and social platforms. This role partners with Creative, Project Management, and Marketing teams—as well as external vendors and agencies—to deliver content that reflects brand standards, meets business objectives, and engages audiences worldwide. The ideal candidate combines production expertise with strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills to bring creative concepts to life efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead mid-scale content productions from kickoff through delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and milestones are met across all production phases

  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to develop and execute creative solutions that balance quality, efficiency, and brand integrity

  • Manage production budgets and financial documentation, including cost tracking and reconciliation

  • Source, vet, and negotiate with vendors and production partners to ensure access to top talent and resources

  • Maintain clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders throughout the production process

  • Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards, legal guidelines, and usage rights

  • Demonstrate working knowledge of file formats and technical specifications for images, video, and other digital and print deliverables, including resolution, compression, and color profiles (RGB, CMYK, etc.)

  • Stay informed on emerging production trends, tools, and AI-driven solutions to enhance workflows, creative output, and operational efficiency

  • Anticipate challenges and proactively troubleshoot issues in production and post-production

Your talent

  • Bachelor's degree in Production, Digital Media, or related field.

  • 2-4 years of experience in a content production role within a global brand, creative agency, or in-house marketing organization

  • Proven experience across all phases of integrated campaigns, including pre-production, production, and post-production

  • Strong understanding of production workflows, industry costs, vendor fees, and usage rights

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams and with external partners

  • Creative problem solver with a calm, solution-oriented approach under pressure

  • Highly collaborative, flexible, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite

  • Willingness to travel up to 30% (domestic and international), occasionally on short notice
     

The Hiring range base pay for this position is $62,700 - $83,380 + Bonus + Benefits

Your mission

PUMA Hoops is powered by creativity, culture, and storytelling. As our Graphic Designer II for Basketball, you’ll shape the visual identity of PUMA Hoops — creating bold, relevant graphics that bridge sport and culture.

You’ll collaborate closely with our Apparel Design team and Footwear Design partners to build cohesive stories inspired by footwear concepts and the brand’s seasonal creative direction. From quick-turn cultural moments to signature athlete programs, your work will define how PUMA shows up on and off the court.

  • Design seasonal graphics that align with PUMA’s creative direction and strengthen the PUMA Hoops brand language.

  • Partner with Apparel, Footwear, PLM, and Color teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across collections.

  • Execute quick-turn graphics in response to cultural and sport moments with speed, precision, and intent.

  • Develop complete graphic packs — placements, trims, prints, and patterns that scale across tiers.

  • Contribute to seasonal color palette development and ensure consistency across categories.

  • Maintain an organized graphic library and manage on-time file handoffs with PUMA Group Sourcing (PGS).

  • Lead at least one capsule or regional project per season from concept through execution.

Your talent

  • Bachelor’s degree in Product or Graphic Design (or equivalent experience).

  • 3–5 years of experience in apparel graphic design, with strong storytelling and cultural awareness.

  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to adapt quickly, meet expectations, and deliver on time

  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Knowledge of basketball culture and sport lifestyle trends.
