Your mission

As a Junior Customer & Sales Support Specialist at stichd, you’ll be a vital partner to our customers, sales teams, and e-commerce operations. You will manage the full order-to-delivery cycle for both our D2C and B2B channels while ensuring a seamless, engaging experience for fans of the world’s top F1, Motorsport, and Football teams.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings strong ownership, and is passionate about elevating the customer journey. Your accuracy, communication skills, and collaborative mindset will ensure that each account receives best-in-class service throughout the entire sales cycle.

  • Provide exceptional service and daily operational support to the sales team.
  • Manage the full order lifecycle—from order entry to on-time delivery—to ensure a first-class customer experience.
  • Act as the primary liaison with cross-functional partners (Logistics, Finance, E-commerce, etc.) to ensure smooth internal processes.
  • Monitor accounts receivable, assist with payment allocations, and ensure proper follow-up.
  • Track and proactively manage purchase orders; collaborate closely with the Logistics team in Tilburg.
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to optimize operational workflows.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers across multiple channels (email, phone, live chat, social media).
  • Handle logistics issues, returns, and refunds in collaboration with Finance when incorrect or faulty goods are received.
  • Partner with the B2C E-commerce team to enhance service levels and drive online growth.
  • Ensure KPIs and service-level targets are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of promotions, new product launches, and upcoming marketing events.

Your talent

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Sales, or related field preferred.
  • 1– 2  years of experience in customer service, sales support, e-commerce, or online retail operations.
  •  Experience working with multiple systems simultaneously; ability to quickly learn ERP and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce Service Cloud).
  • Strong communication skills; fluent in English (Spanish a plus).
  • Familiarity with international trade conditions, Incoterms, export procedures, and documentation.
  • Team-oriented, positive, and solutions-driven, with high attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Proactive, curious, and self-motivated—comfortable taking ownership and speaking up with ideas.
  • Experience with SAP is a strong plus.

Your mission

The position of Analyst Foreign Trade Zone provides general administrative support including data entry to specialized software designed to track inventory within the Foreign Trade Zone. Applicant will be responsible for review of inbound import documentation and daily maintenance of data flowing through the Foreign Trade Zone software. Applicant is responsible for resolution of any discrepancies between documentation, the zone software and in house inventory system. Applicant will be responsible for FTZ daily, weekly and monthly reporting as required by US Customs.

  • Liaise with Traffic, Warehouse and Order Management departments to monitor incoming imports and expedite in bond movement of freight to the FTZ
  • Reviews commercial shipping documentation for accuracy and compliance with Customs requirements
  • Audit FTZ admittances in the zone software by cross checking shipping documentation and warehouse receipts, complete error resolution reports, correct discrepancies, and confirm any needed corrections take place in the ERP system
  • Timely filing of weekly and periodic reports (214’s, 3461’s, 7501’s, 7512’s…etc) as required by US Customs and Foreign Trade Zone Board
  • Organize and maintain all required documents for Customs prescribed record keeping requirements
  • Data analysis / special projects as needed.

Your talent

  • High school diploma required, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience working in import/export environment preferred; prior FTZ experience a plus
  • Basic understanding of inventory controls in a high-volume distribution center.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal form.
  • Detail oriented, organized and efficient
  • Self-starter with ability to solve problems and deliver required results with minimal supervision.
  • Operate Microsoft Office applications, including basic Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Able to occasionally work extended hours or weekends depending on project needs and seasonal demands.
  • Knowledge of business, accounting, and/or import concepts and strong mathematical skills
  • Basic knowledge of US Harmonized Tariff System and US Customs regulations preferred.
  • Foreign Trade Zone, Customs Brokerage, Logistics, or Inventory experience is helpful.
  • Must be able to pass a US Customs background check.

Your mission

The Site Merchandising Operations Specialist is responsible for delivering seamless product activation across digital channels. This role manages end-to-end product setup, categorization, and promotional inclusion while maintaining accuracy and timeliness for launches. Acting as a key liaison between several cross-functional teams, the Specialist drives operational excellence through go-to-market readiness, workflow documentation, and continuous process improvements. Additional responsibilities include optimizing product discoverability, overseeing product photography needs and supporting A/B testing. The ideal candidate is detail-obsessed, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Own end-to-end product activation process, ensuring accurate and timely product launches across all digital channels. 

  • Maintain seasonal product assortment matrix, launch status trackers and documentation for activation workflows.  

  • Support in day-to-day site merchandising operations, including categorization, special feature tagging and attribution.  

  • Manage all product activation reporting and communicate regular status updates, impacts and concerns to stakeholders. 

  • Partner with Merchandising, Planning, Content and Marketing teams to support product/campaign launches, seasonal refreshes and promotional readiness.  

  • Optimize category hierarchy and product attribute data in various source systems to improve product discoverability.  

  • Own end-to-end process for creation, testing, and quality assurance of promotional campaigns within our Ecommerce platform 

  • Lead regional product photography process, in partnership with Global teams, to ensure required assets for activation are received and meeting best in class visual standards set.  

  • Champion continuous process improvements by identifying gaps and recommending candidates for workflow improvements to management team 

  • Troubleshoot and support solutioning product functionality issues, coordinating with technical teams as needed.  

  • Support AB Testing, SEO and other CRO initiatives to increase engagement and drive sales.  

  • Document and track competitive and industry trends though site deep dives, sharing findings and making recommendations.  

  • May coordinate or lead small site merchandising projects or initiatives within related workstreams.  

Your talent

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred. 

  • 3+ years of ecommerce, digital merchandising, or site operations experience.  

  • Ability to independently manage multiple assignments, prioritize tasks, and deliver deadlines in a fast-paced environment 

  • Strong attention to detail, demonstrated accuracy, and commitment to executional excellence.  

  • Proactive problem solver who thrives on troubleshooting and continuous improvement.

Your mission

  • Responsible for all aspects of sales, marketing and operations for assigned group of National Key Accounts including, but not limited to:  Amazon, World Wide Golf, TGW, Zappos and Nordstrom.
  • Manage all phases of the business including long-term strategy and direction, seasonal marketing plans, product presentations, product clinics, and all operational tasks.
  • Deliver all required reports, weekly sell-thru analysis, Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly analysis of sales versus forecasts on time.
  • Manage account budgets and provide monthly spend updates.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the internal sales & marketing organizations to develop plans that are reflective of COBRA PUMA GOLF core brand attributes, and that drive traffic and consumer demand.
  • Develop growth targets and achieve sales goals by quarter and by category as defined by VP US Golf Sales.
  • Deliver all forecasts to appropriate parties on time.
  • Deliver all orders by booking deadline.
  • Manage key accounts through business planning, inventory control and analysis.
  • Define account strategic needs, in brief form, for submission to the merchandising team for creation of key account seasonal programs.
  • Continuously monitor competitors’ activities and performance, along with implementing strategies and tactics to compete
  • Provide the highest level of service and technical expertise from sell-in to sell-through.
  • Vibrant contributor to the team approach to account management; constantly looking for new ways to contribute and improve the supporting team.
  • Work as a liaison between COBRA PUMA GOLF operations and account operations.
  • Work cross functionally to contribute and collaborate on the Account Marketing Plan

Your talent

  • 10+ years Golf Industry experience
  • 3+ years in Key Account Sales role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Experience in working with a well-respected, innovative equipment and softgoods brands.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills required.
  • Strong understanding of sport performance, equipment and lifestyle brands and their distribution channels.
