Your mission
- Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards,
- Ensure the store consistently meets or exceeds sales, KPIs, and profitability targets through training cashiers,
- Responsible for using cash registers and accurate processing of all transactions,
- Responsible for accurate opening and/or closing of registers and audits,
- Responsible for processing all returns, refunds, exchanges and customer concerns,
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of operational and financial reports,
- Adhere to internal policies, safety regulations, and hygiene standards,
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to the Retail Store Manager or Retail Assistant Store Manager as needed.
Your talent
- Minimum of 1-2 years in a retail environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role,
- Minimum completed full school/vocational school education (i.e. high school diploma), or higher,
- Managing cash transactions, discounts, and ensuring accurate financial reporting,
- Maintaining high standards of customer experience in line with brand values,
- Monitoring staff performance, planning schedules, and ensuring adherence to responsibilities,
- Managing store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cleanliness, and order,
- Adhere to labor and production discipline, safety regulations, and hygiene standards,
- The ability to constantly walk and move about is required. Use of the following senses is critical to this position: speaking, hearing, near and far acuity, depth perception, and field of vision. Ability to lift/carry, push/pull up to 30 pounds regularly.
The base pay for this position is $16.50 - $18.50 + Bonus + Benefits
