  • 8+ years of experience in golf club product design and engineering

Your Mission

  • Create 3D parametric models, using NX CAD software, of entire golf club, including surfaces, structures, details, design, branding, and components
  • Manage mainline golf club projects from beginning to end: Oversee Product Objectives, Industrial Design, Product Management, Specs, Mass Properties, Product Engineering, Testing, and Manufacturing Engineering. 
  • Direct and Lead cross functional project team (Product Marketing, ID, CAD, Project Development, Research, Innovation, Legal) to oversee the design and development of entire club project
  • Communicate with suppliers to develop and manufacture new products
  • Translate new golf club concept renderings into 3D CAD models utilizing advanced CAD techniques
  • Engineer club performance through mass properties, testing, and engineering iterations
  • 3D Print prototype club models for analysis
  • Coordinate with Development Team on pilot run and production runs

Your Mission

  • Design strong and well-considered Women’s Golf styles for each season, ensuring all tasks within the GTM calendar are completed on time. Maintain accurate setup and upkeep of all articles in the PAC and Creative Share systems.
  • Organize and prepare key meeting tools for Design Reviews and External Meetings.

  • One to two years’ experience in a focused, customer service oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear) with results driven track record

  • The ability to constantly walk and move about is required.   • The role requires using ladder/step stool equipment, and maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the sales and stock area are also required. Environmental factors of action include operation of foot controls for operating mobile stock shelving bays and exposure to working at heights.
  • Use of the following senses are critical to this position: speaking, hearing, near & far acuity, depth perception and field of vision.
  • Cognitive factors critical to this function are: reading comprehension, basic math calculations, writing, complex problem solving and basic computer work.

Your Mission

  • Accountable for ensuring individual performance consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability goals through the effective servicing of customers.
