Your mission
- Senior Executive Origin Logistics, is responsible for managing supplier logistics operations including suppliers' KPI performance, Order fulfillment, 3PL management etc. Work closely with the line manager on various projects related to logistics operations. He/ She is also responsible for team management and agree personal development plan for individual team member
- Task 1 - Daily Shipment Delivery: Check & confirm LCHD on systems: change of ship mode, delay, shortage, early ship, deferment, replacement… etc. Update delivery performance code on systems for delayed orders. Release SASN for non-integrated LSP. Expired CHD/LCHD follow up. Collect Proforma Invoice from factories for LC / TT payment in advance for licensee customers like as Philippines & Thailand. Expedite Certificates of Origin from all Factories to meet the required COO timeline
- Task 2: Extra Charges & Payment Process: Check and accept VAS cost in GTN (label & packing cost, pack factor change, storage cost, rework cost…). Submit debit note & credit note to line manager for approval. Submit debit note & credit note to finance portal web/open text. Work with Source Co, Finance team to fix invoice discrepancy if happening
- Task 3: Collaboration With Stakeholders - Collaborate with sales sub for alignment on all types of order changes: early ship, shortage, deferment, shipment planning, light load container approval, push up green light process. Collaborate with vendors to monitor shipment delivery as planned, GSI compliance, other special handling request. Collaborate with LSP for SOP compliance, clarify shipping instruction, correct shipment discrepancy...Collaborate with other team like OM/production/L&P to solve out other relevant issues
- Task 4: Claim Handling: Validate claim of quantity shortage, or defective cargo through with vendors/ Sales sub / LSP. Collaborate with claim manager to close the claim in proper manner
- Task 5: Administration - HS Code update for some particular destinations like as Japan, China, India, Korea, Thailand, Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Turkey, SEA. Follow up docs upload in GTN document folder. Follow up original shipping docs dispatch to some destinations as requested. Document checking: GTN invoice, COO, material composition… for some customers like as Japan, China, India, Korea, Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Turkey, SEA. Run data report upon request
- Task 6: Travel Port/CFS/Factory/Custom office to understand issues on the ground
- Task 7: Leadership - Support subordinates for operation problem solving with efficient solutions. Supervise new project / new SOP implementation that assures its full compliance with setting objectives. Tracking Vendor / LSP KPI and support subordinates to manage these KPIs in efficient ways. Organize new supplier training upon requested by line manager. Keep updated and extend industrial market intelligence. Personal skills and teamwork skill set development
Your talent
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field, with additional knowledge of business management.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the lifestyle industry, including holding a similar role in a multinational company within the past 3 years.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent English communication skills.
Strong customer service mindset with good planning, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Solid data entry and data processing capabilities.
Strategic thinking with a strong drive for results and business acumen.
Ability to influence, develop, and manage people effectively.
