Your mission

Our IT team plays a critical role in enabling collaboration and innovation across the organization. We are seeking a Senior Specialist IT AV Technology to serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for enterprise audio-visual and unified communications technologies across North America. This role will lead strategic AV initiatives, ensure high availability and scalability of AV systems, and deliver exceptional user experiences for hybrid work and executive events. This position requires travel up to 25% of the time to support regional offices, retail locations, and major corporate events.

Strategic Leadership & Design

  • Architect and implement enterprise AV solutions for conference rooms, executive boardrooms, showrooms and event spaces.
  • Define AV standards, governance, and lifecycle management strategies.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies (AR/VR collaboration, AI-driven AV analytics, unified communication hardware and software) for adoption.

Advanced Technical Expertise

  • Configure and manage AV control systems (Crestron, AMX), video conferencing platforms (Microsoft Teams Rooms), and integrated collaboration tools.
  • Oversee AV network integration, QoS, and security compliance.
  • Perform troubleshooting for complex AV and unified communications issues.
  • Primary technical contact for in-office digital signage (AppSpace & Vidari).

Project Management

  • Lead AV infrastructure projects from concept to deployment, including budgeting, vendor selection, and risk management.
  • Coordinate global rollouts of AV standards and technologies.
  • Collaborate with remote IT, end users and vendors on events like regional town halls, sales meetings, product launch events.

Operational Excellence

  • Develop proactive monitoring and alerting for AV systems using tools like Crestron XiO Cloud, Cisco TMS and collaborating with 3rd party vendors.
  • Develop AV status dashboard for event and issue visibility to entire technology team
  • Create disaster recovery and business continuity plans for AV environments.
  • Maintain inventory of all AV related items.

Mentorship & Training

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams.
  • Deliver training sessions for IT staff and end-users on advanced AV technologies.

Your talent

  • 5-7+ years in enterprise AV/UC environments, with at least 3 years in a senior or architect-level role.
  • CTS-D or CTS-I (AVIXA), Crestron Certified Programmer, Cisco Collaboration certifications, ITIL.
  • Deep expertise in AV-over-IP, video codecs, DSP programming, and network protocols.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Polycom, Cisco Webex.
  • Working knowledge of video production and audio mixing software (e.g., editing platforms, virtual audio mixers, and sounddesign tools) to support highquality multimedia content creation and live event streams.
  • Strong leadership, vendor management, and executive communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field

Your mission

  • Create 3D parametric models, using NX CAD software, of entire golf club, including surfaces, structures, details, design, branding, and components
  • Manage golf club projects: Oversee Product Objectives, Industrial Design, Product Management, Specs, Mass Properties, Product Engineering, Testing, and Manufacturing Engineering. 
  • Communicate with suppliers to develop and manufacture new products

Your mission

The Planner Wholesale is responsible for managing sales, inventory, and forecasting processes for assigned wholesale accounts or product categories. This role drives in‑season business performance, supports cross‑functional alignment, and ensures account plans meet financial targets for sales, margin, receipts, and inventory. The ideal candidate is analytically strong, detail‑oriented, and comfortable owning the planning process with cross‑functional partners.

Seasonal Planning and Wholesale Forecasting Support

  • Build seasonal, annual, and long‑range sales and inventory plans for assigned accounts/categories.

  • Develop bottom‑up financial forecasts leveraging historical data, current trends, and account needs.

  • Partner with Sales, Merchandising, and insights team to align pre‑season targets, product strategies, and inventory requirements.

  • Create forecast plans that maximize margin, sales, and inventory productivity.

  • Monitor weekly sales, inventory levels, and sell‑through to identify risks and opportunities.

  • Re‑forecast sales, receipts, and inventory based on trend shift throughout the season.

Your mission

The Junior Planner Wholesale supports the planning team in executing seasonal strategies, maintaining accurate sales and inventory data, and assisting with account‑level analysis. This role is an excellent entry point into wholesale planning, with a focus on learning core planning processes, supporting cross‑functional teams, and contributing to pre‑season and in‑season business needs. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, curious, and eager to develop foundational planning skills.

Seasonal Planning & Business Support

  • Assist in preparing basic seasonal and annual sales plans by pulling historical data, updating templates, and maintaining accuracy in planning documents.

  • Support the creation of key account plans by entering sales, margin, and inventory inputs provided by planners and sales partners.

  • Maintain and update weekly sales tracking files, including sell‑through, receipts, and inventory positions.

  • Help identify simple business trends by analyzing sales reports, highlighting over/underperforming styles, and flagging risks or opportunities to the planning team.

  • Support pre‑season milestones by ensuring planning data aligns with merchandising and sales inputs.

Communication & Reporting

  • Help maintain consistent communication with internal partners by providing updated reports or information as requested.

  • Support meeting preparation for internal and external business reviews, including creating presentation pages, organizing data, and tracking follow‑up needs.

  • Develop an understanding of wholesale metrics and how they impact business decisions.

Wholesale Forecasting Support

  • Enter forecast updates into planning templates under the guidance of planners.

  • Support the replenishment and key item forecasting processes by tracking sales performance and inventory status.

  • Assist with product flow and forecasting tools to help ensure accounts receive timely and accurate replenishment.

  • Maintain standardized reporting formats and help ensure alignment across Sales, Merchandising, and Demand Planning teams.

Your talent

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Merchandising, or a related field (or relevant experience).

  • Knowledgeable in Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, filtering, basic formulas).

  • Comfort working with large data sets and learning BI/reporting tools.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks.

  • Clear communication skills and willingness to learn from senior team members.

  • A team‑oriented mindset with curiosity about wholesale, inventory, and financial planning.

Your mission

  • Exercises independent judgment in determining appropriate stock levels by analyzing current business trends and forecasts for each store and product type.
  • Optimize product orders with consideration for several parameters, including, but not limited to store’s physical capacity, store’s daily receiving capacity, and distribution centers’ production capacity.
  • Develop and execute product flow plans by considering distribution schedules, inventory capacity constraints and sales plans.
  • Work closely with Merchandising, Planning and Store Operations teams to ensure merchandise strategies are executed in a timely manner. Orders are executed or adjusted based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, promotional changes, marketing initiatives, etc.
  • Collaborate with and influence multiple stakeholders to execute launches of new styles as inventory becomes available.
  • In depth analysis of store activity against strategic plan to identify variances and opportunities.
  • Issue transfers as needed to capitalize on top sellers and/or to ensure stores have capacity to continue receiving goods.
  • Leveraging historic product data and input from field to identify store-specific trends and upcoming events that would influence allocations.
  • Assist in various tasks, including store support for special projects.
  • Analyze sales to stock ratios to ensure stores have the correct balance of inventory. 
  • Ensure purchase orders are completely fulfilled and shipped in a timely manner.

Your talent

  • 2+ years retail experience preferred.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Prior analytical experience.
  • Ability to resolve or effectively escalate issues.
  • Ability to handle multiple demands calmly and efficiently, while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Must be self-motivated and a team player.
