Your Talent

  • 2 - 4 years’ management experience in a focused, customer service-oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear)
  • Proven ability to exceed sales goals, reason through complex issues, and present information to large groups,
  • Demonstrated ability to build and develop strong teams,

  • Computer skills, basic know-how about MS Office programs,

  • Directly responsible for ensuring the Store consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability goals through the effective use of short- and long-term planning, expense control, sales and service as well as high standards of customer service,
  • Responsible for recruitment, training, development and succession of high performing, results driven employees,
  • Responsible for payroll control and service driven scheduling in order to maintain a highly profitable location while providing the highest levels of service to customers,
  • Prepare and administer timely and accurate performance recognition, coaching conversations as well as the annual Talent Management process,
  • Responsible for Loss Prevention education and awareness programs,
  • Required to comply with all Policies & Procedures, operational core competencies and key accountabilities,
  • Responsible for maintaining a safe, healthy and compliant working and shopping environment,
  • Attend off-site training and position related meetings as required; travel may be required,
  • Required to work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required in this position.

Your Mission

  • Fournir des normes constamment élevées d’expérience client dans le Magasin conformément aux valeurs de marque et aux normes de service de PUMA

·         Responsable d’assurer que le magasin puisse atteindre ou surpasser, de façon constante, les objectifs de vente, de rentabilité et des KPI, en utilisant efficacement une planification à court et à long terme, en exerçant un contrôle des dépenses, des ventes et du service.

·         Garantir de manière constante des standards élevés d’expérience auprès de la clientèle au sein du magasin, conformément aux valeurs de la marque et aux normes de service de PUMA.

·         Passer 90% de son temps au travail dans l'espace de vente afin d'interagir avec les clients, vendre et former les employés.

·         Seconder le gérant du magasin et l'assistant gérant pour le recrutement, la formation, le développement et la relève d'associés aux ventes très performants et axés sur les résultats.

·         Répondre du contrôle de la paye et de l’ordonnancement axé sur le service, de manière à maintenir un établissement très rentable tout en offrant le meilleur service à la clientèle.

·         Gérer et faire le suivi de la formation et des programmes de sensibilisation reliés à la prévention des pertes.

·         Directement responsable de maintenir la conformité au programme de prévention des pertes au sein du magasin.

·         Atteindre ou même dépasser tous les objectifs de gestion des stocks et de gestion des pertes.

·         Gérer et communiquer au gérant du magasin ou à l'assistant gérant les perspectives relatives aux produits.

·         Participer aux ouvertures de nouveaux magasins ou aux fermetures; un déplacement peut être requis.

·         Responsabilité du traitement exact des ventes, des échanges et des remboursements au comptoir-caisse, de la bonne utilisation du système de point de vente, de traiter les formulaires consciencieusement et de s'assurer que les rabais appropriés sont utilisés lorsqu'il y a lieu. Responsabilité de traiter les transactions des employés en conformité avec la politique sur les rabais aux associés.

·         Assurer la mise en œuvre et le suivi de toutes les directives visuelles en plus de garantir que la présentation visuelle du magasin respecte en tout temps ou même dépasse les exigences de PUMA.

·         Maintenir l'organisation matérielle du magasin afin de rencontrer les directives du service des installations et communiquer rapidement toute demande en matière d’entretien.

·         Se conformer à toutes les politiques et procédures, aux compétences d'opérations essentielles et aux principales responsabilités.

·         Suivre toutes les exigences en matière de santé et sécurité afin de maintenir un environnement conforme, sain et sécuritaire pour tous les associés et clients du magasin.

Your Talent

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, New Media, or equivalent with strong Social Media knowledge and experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in a Social Media role at a creative agency or in house marketing department; Commercial and/or experience in a retail environment a plus.
