Your mission

The Customs Analyst supports the Head of Customs in the development and implementation of policies and procedures which ensure full compliance with U.S. Customs regulations, as well as other government agency regulations relevant to import operations. Role includes responsibility for classification of imported products, auditing of Customs entries and daily partnership with the company’s Customs broker.

  • Working with the Harmonized Tariff Code of the United States and Canada, determine the US Customs classification of PUMA and Cobra PUMA Golf products.

  • Act as a corporate resource and facilitator of foreign trade requirements to management.

  • Interface with PUMA’s US and Canadian Customs brokers to facilitate proper classification of product for duty purposes.

  • Maintain a global database of the product classification for Customs purposes, in PUMA internal system PID.

  • Maintain current knowledge of Customs Policy and regulations to ensure compliance.

  • Process UPS and FedEx shipments for PUMA Brand and Cobra PUMA Golf to the USA and Canada.

  • Assist PUMA International Trade stakeholders with international return shipments from trade shows and from Brand Ambassadors.

  • Educate PUMA International Trade stakeholders on UFLPA and other US Trade policies for import to the USA.

  • Data analysis / special projects as needed

Your talent

  • Knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations and Harmonized Tariff classifications

  • 3-5 Years of experience with U.S. Customs - Knowledge of laws, legal codes, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, agency rules, as it relates to the Footwear and Apparel industry.

  • Excellent computer skills to include Microsoft Word and Excel programs and Access database applications

  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion

  • Ability to compare multiple sources of information and locate discrepancies

  • Ability to work closely with internal and external groups, developing effective relationships

  • Ability to read and comprehend complex documents

  • MUST be detail oriented, organized and efficient

  • Self-starter with ability to solve problems and deliver required results with minimal supervision.

The hiring range base pay for this position is $ $57,000 - $75,810 + Bonus + Benefits

Your mission

As the Senior Manager Sports Marketing Basketball, you will lead the strategy and execution of key athlete partnerships, ensuring athletes are amplifying brand and product priorities authentically for the global basketball business unit. This role will deliver a best-in-class brand experience to cultivate high-value partnerships that drive revenue, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.

Strategic Leadership

  • Build and maintain a comprehensive activation plans for athlete partners for ongoing engagement around milestones, key brand moments, global events, product launches and seasonal priorities. 

  • Resolve conflicts and troubleshoot issues quickly, maintaining strong partner satisfaction and retention.

  • Proactively manage up by keeping leadership informed of partnership plans and requests, aligning expectations, potential risks and providing timely updates on key initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Strong strategic acumen and the ability to connect partnerships to the broader business strategy.

  • Collaborate with Product, Global Marketing Teams, Global Business Units, Regional Account Marketing Teams, Creative Channels and Communications to operationalize and scale partner initiatives.

  • Work with integrated marketing channels to formulate the consumer journey, media plan, retail strategy and social rollout for signature collections and player capsules to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Formulate detailed recaps with internal channels to communicate campaign wins and growth opportunites in connection to signature franchises, key initiatives and events.  

Partnership Management

  • Led the day-to-day partnership management with PUMA Basketball athletes. This includes but is not limited to:

    • Ensure athletes have a constant flow of the right product. This includes both on court and off court product.

    • Work with each athlete to understand their performance basketball product needs as well as their off the court style preferences.

    • Build and maintain relationships with talent management representatives and industry contacts.

    • Handle assigned athletes’ servicing needs such as invoice processing, securing product, contractual budget planning, travel bookings, etc.  

    • Organize athlete product meetings virtual and in-market for footwear and apparel development connected to signature collections and player capsules, owning environment, agenda and hosipitality at a word-class level.

    • Coordinate and attend brand photoshoots and appearances with assigned athletes to manage ambassador requests at brand initiatives.

    • Ensure that PUMA is fulfilling our contractual obligations to each athlete.

    • Work with the athletes to identify and support their charitable initiatives

    • Ensure athletes are posting on engaging with the brand on social media in a natural and authentic way.

Your talent

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field of study

  • 5+ experience in sports marketing, athlete servicing, partnerships, etc. in high-growth or global brand environments

  • Strong organizational, problem solving, time management skills. 

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively and with desired end results is important

  • Proven leadership experience with cross-functional teams. 

  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; strong executive presence and stakeholder management experience with athletes, agents, and senior leaders

Your mission

The Production Artist/Designer is responsible for preparing, adapting, and delivering creative assets across print and digital channels. With an emphasis on production execution, this role supports the creative team by translating approved concepts into accurate, polished, and production-ready deliverables. The role also provides design support for select projects, including layout development, asset adaptation, and template-based design.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and eager to develop their design and production skills within a collaborative, fast-paced creative environment. Responsibilities :

  • Adapt approved creative assets for a variety of digital and print formats, including resizing and versioning as needed.

  • Build production-ready files that align with brand guidelines, creative direction, technical specifications, and delivery requirements.

  • Conduct preflight and quality-control reviews, making necessary adjustments to layouts, typography, imagery, color, copy, and file specifications to ensure accurate print and digital output.

  • Create, modify, and organize assets using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

  • Develop and maintain templates, components, style systems, asset libraries, and other resources that support brand consistency and efficient production workflows.

  • Maintain organized working and final files according to established file structures and naming conventions.

  • Provide design support for select projects, including basic layouts, presentations, asset creation, and adaptations of established creative concepts.

  • Collaborate with Designers, Art Directors, and project partners to clarify requirements, incorporate feedback, and manage revisions accurately and efficiently.

  • Manage multiple assignments, prioritize work effectively, meet deadlines, and

  • communicate potential timing or production issues.

Your talent

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

  • 3+ years of experience as a Production Artist, Designer, or in a similar role within an agency or in-house creative team.

  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

  • Strong understanding of design fundamentals and print and digital production processes, including layout, typography, color, file preparation, resolution, formats, and output specifications.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, with strong organizational and time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with creative and cross-functional teams.

  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable approach to changing project requirements.
