Your Talent

- Higher technical education;

- 3-5 years of similar experience in construction project management.

- Proficient user of MS Office, AutoCad;

- English - Upper-intermediate level+ - proficiency in business communication, contracting and negotiating with business partners and external suppliers;

- Construction project management; providing multi-level reporting and budget management;

- Technical expertise; ability to read, correct and create all necessary documents for project execution;

- Proactive attitude, leadership, systematic approach, result orientation, initiative, ability to work in a team;

- Willingness for business trips.

Your Mission

- Ensuring the full cycle and processes of opening new stores and reconstruction of existing ones. Coordination of technical support for existing stores.

- Manage construction projects in the development of the retail store network, ensuring compliance with the uniform standards of the PUMA brand.

- Manage the technical side of store openings across the country, including coordination of internal departments and PUMA-appointed suppliers. Provide technical support and refurbishment of existing stores.

- Evaluate potential store locations from a technical point of view.

- Coordinate and agree on the implementation of the construction project with the landlord or shopping centre management, ensuring that the requirements and standards of PUMA stores are met.

- Develop the store layout (zoning) based on the measurement plan, taking into account the company's standards, in Autocad or other specialised software. Participation in the development and approval of the store facade visualisation.

- Establishing a project schedule involving all subcontractors if they are not covered by the general contractor.

- Planning and coordination of all deliveries related to the project and store opening.

- Preparation and control of the project budget, reporting, approval of expenses and invoices, and certificates of completion with management.

- Evaluate proposals, conduct procurement and tender procedures for services and goods.

- Coordinate procurement procedures to ensure compliance with regional principles and store concepts.

- Coordinate the work of architects and general contractors to create permits and working technical documentation.

- Ensure the procurement process for the necessary equipment for the timely opening and maintenance of stores with an understanding of the business concept.
