Your Talent

Eligibility Criteria and Functional Competencies:

  • Graduate studies in fashion and/or sport management, business administration, or similar.
  • Passionate about sport and sportswear product.
  • Good knowledge of India Teamsport product landscape and costing.
  • Minimum of 2 years' work experience in a product management role.
  • Knowledge of the international sporting goods industry, athletic consumer trends and market dynamics, and the international retail environment.
  • Initial technical product knowledge is beneficial.
  • Ability to present category knowledge using PowerPoint and spreadsheet software tools while maintaining effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills (Excel, PowerPoint, BI tools are a plus).
  • Optimistic, flexible, and solution-oriented.
  • Very good communication and presentation skills (verbal & written in English).
  • Ability to build successful relationships with peers and partners alike.
  • Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing, and carrying out simultaneous projects and activities with attention to detail.
  • Requires domestic business travels.

Your Mission

Key Objectives:

  • Execute and support the Teamsport product management process from product briefs to product sign-off.
  • Support product briefs, including consumer, market, distribution, and product insights.
  • Ensure that new projects are engineered in accordance with cost targets, secure initial FOB cost quotes, and follow-up on price adjustments.
  • Cooperate with the Local Merchandising, Design & Development team to ensure that the final collection reflects market needs.
  • Drive the Teamsport product creation process based on the seasonal calendar.
  • Analyze and report category business performance.
  • Ensure correct and punctual input and maintenance of the Product Range Management system for all assigned product lines and required information.
  • Support in creating presentations of the full range, both internally to Merchandising and Sales teams, and externally to key retailers and partners.
  • Support in planning and coordinating in-store dates/product flow and creating the product catalogue.
  • Support in setting up and maintaining production creation platforms.
  • Build relationships with internal teams across headquarters in Germany and the India team.
  • Gain experience in range, area, and account performance analyses.
  • Work with Merchandising, Sales, and Marketing teams to effectively plan new product introductions.
  • Support on general projects mainly around business analysis, processes, products & consumers.
  • Regular market and fair visits.
