Your Talent
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills to effectively operate in cross-functional & cross-cultural environments
- Hands-on mindset, enthusiasm, and exceptional communication skills are crucial for success in this role
- Deep analytical, conceptual & comprehension skills
- The willingness to learn and familiarize with new technologies
- Business fluent in English
- Excellent MS Office skills (particularly PowerPoint)

Your Mission
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven member to join our Business Solutions team in our headquarters in Herzogenaurach to support us in our global project to digitalize & elevate governance processes within the PUMA Group.
- Contribute and gain insides on the entire rollout and project management processes of a global program
- Establish and execute a project communication strategy to stakeholders (Community meetings, video recordings, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Play a key role in the testing of our platform (run test scenarios, communicate results with the implementation team)
- Support the entire documentation process of ongoing rollouts (create training material, maintain Confluence & Jira, update the internal testing tool)
