Your Talent
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or Finance
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Strong technical skills: proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required
- Retail/Ecommerce experience valuable
- Strong analytical capabilities coupled with the ability to identify issues
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills; experience reporting on large amounts of data.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to simplify complex projects and present key details / conclusions
- Knowledge of financial systems such as SAP and/or HFM valuable
- Able to concisely and effectively deliver results to team members
- High level of curiosity to explore, learn, and understand business information
Your Mission
- Budget/forecast, analyze and report on sales, margin and expense performance for ECOM
- Provide reporting and analysis of ECOM results vs historical and budgeted figures
- Provide detailed commentary on month end results from a sales and financial expense standpoint
- Support month-end process including reporting, data validation, and calculation of accruals
- Assist and validate new system implementation for testing and go-live
- Assist with the development of standardized best practice reporting and control methods
- Develop presentations and messaging for senior leadership
- Provide accurate and timely ad-hoc analysis to address existing and new business needs
