Your Talent

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or above
  • At least 4 years' experience in the garment/textile/footwear industry with sustainability strategy
  • Solid knowledge/ experience on the topic of due diligence, human rights and environment, OECD guidelines and UNGP guidelines on business and human rights
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Project management skill,  analytical thinking, strategic thinking, leadership skills, team spirit and ability to work individually
  • Patient, goal-oriented & detail-oriented, cross-cultural sensitivity, ownership
  • General sustainability technical knowledge and skill

Your Mission

  • Evaluate supply chain sustainability programs. Review supply chain sustainability policy, standards and programs according to due diligence framework. Set up methodology to measure effectiveness of sustainability programs 
  •  Ensure regular risk and impact assessments are conducted to identify risks/opportunities and gaps/strength in our programs. Provide recommendation and road map to address risks, and improvement reporting, disclosure, and stakeholder engagement
  • KPI Data: Review data point collected, set up clear KPI and impact indicators ensure data points collected are aligned with regulations such as German supply chain Act, EU due diligence, Modern Slavery Act and California transparency Act 
  • Ensure a proper Due Diligence record keeping
  • Stakeholder engagement: Participate in related industry seminars and training as needed to enhance the knowledge and be updated ensure regular training are conducted internally and suppliers on due diligence, and key sustainability topics 
  • Map local key stakeholders, ensure meaningful stakeholder dialogue are conducted, leverage and share stakeholder feedback, provide recommendation and road map to address risks ,and implement process improvements 
  •  ESG: Fill in ESG questionnaire related to supply chain due diligence areas. Evaluate result and gaps, provide recommendation for improvements
