Your Talent
- Proficiency in business process solution design and delivery within fashion, retail, or consumer goods industry
- Strong execution capabilities combined with an entrepreneurial and hands-on approach
- Very good knowledge of business processes and relevant technology in Wholesale, Retail and E-Commerce, preferably footwear and apparel
- Outstanding analytical and technical skills with focus on ERP systems and OTC/Retail/E-Commerce processes, specifically SAP S/4: Sales & Distribution & Master Data Management
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills to effectively operate in cross-functional and international environments
- Excellent verbal and written language skills in English
Your Mission
As a Business Process Manager you are the European go-to consultant on process and solution design to PUMA internal stakeholders. Your focus is on Order to Cash (OTC) Sales and Master Data processes for our Wholesale, Retail and E-Commerce Business and your challenge is to ensure that the solutions you design with your partners work effectively, are scalable and support our goal of being the fastest sport brand in the world.
- Drive our European S/4 HANA Fashion projects being part of our cross-functional team
- Consult our business partners in process and solution design with focus on OTC processes for our Wholesale, Retail and E-Commerce Business:
- Taking ownership of the key OTC master data elements such as Article, Customer, Vendor & Site.
- End to End understanding of Sales order to Invoice operational flow
- Prioritize business requests jointly with our partners to achieve best possible outcome
- Partner with tech teams for solution design, development and implementation of new functionality which will become part of our global S/4 Fashion template
- Manage cross functional and cross department relationships and ensure communication with relevant stakeholder
- Seek and provide regular feedback with our business partners to continuously improve our working and delivery mode
- Own multiple change requests and initiatives for different projects and solutions in parallel
