Your Talent
- Experience in eCommerce of brand site (5+ years)
- Experience of content management (5+ years)
- Basic HTML knowledge
- Advanced knowledge of Web Analytics
- Native Japanese
- Business level English communication skill (verbal and written)
Your Mission
As a member of eCommerce team, the content management Sr. executive will manage contents of Puma eCommerce under the fast-growing division. Accountable for all content management initiatives for JP.PUMA.COM / APP to drive traffic, engage with customers and drive sales, ultimately to achieve eComm budget. Partner with other members such as content management team, Performance Marketing & CRM, Retail MD, Retail Marketing and Brand Marketing to plan and execute eCommerce contents that support the priorities set by merchandising and marketing. Work closely with both local and global teams while achieving excellence in customer experience at JP.PUMA.COM / APP.
1.Site content management & product management (75%)
-Ensure accurate, high quality content and merchandising in timely manner
-Manage content plans in aligning with eComm strategy and marketing calendar, promotional plan, and marketing initiatives
New product launch / Content localization / Promotion config setting / Price validation
-Collaborating with Performance Marketing team and Allocation team to confirm that all items on the digital assets will be uploaded on time and be able to turn them online on the site
-Work closely with Retail MD team to understand product flow and adapt website content
-Manage and define category structures and ensure all products are categorized properly
-Responsible for validating all contents prior to launch, assuring PUMA provides a superior customer experience
-Utilize SEO methods to increase site traffic
2.Site performance & improvement (15%)
-Be responsible for the overall site performance of the site including sales, engagements, setting KPI.
-Constantly monitor web analytics and other factors to find out what worked and what did not for driving sales
-Conduct A/B testing
-Maintain in-site search and recommendation to assist conresions
-Work closely with both local and global SIs to proceed content related UAT while ensuring better UI/UX
-Site error handling
3.Learning new technologies and methods (10%)
-Find opportunities by implementing cutting edge creatives and monitoring competitors.
-Maintain advanced knowledge of CMS, SEO, Personalization functionalities and development experiences to ensure best-in-class usability.
