Your Talent

  • Minimum 4-year College/University degree in Material/Color/Graphic Design or related field
  • Knowledge in textile technology skills; basic understanding of materials 
  • Competency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Keyshot and Microsoft Word/PowerPoint/Excel
  • Strong storytelling, rendering and presentation skills
  • Attention to details, ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams and handle multiple tasks, take direction, and work independently
  • Refined design and conceptualization and communication skills

Your Mission

  • Work closely with the Director of Color & Material Footwear and Creative Director Run/Train Footwear & Apparel
  • Responsible for creating color and material stories to fulfill and surpass seasonal/design brief expectations. Provide storyboards, material layouts, color blocking concepts, color CADs and material maps, while maintaining a high level of concept and accuracy, with a keen understanding of how materials will finish and execute in color.
  • You will offer trend-relevant, with suggestive and visually driven narratives to support concepts with color, materials, graphics, and details that will complement the seasonal brand strategy and storytelling across Global Color as well as an additional focus for the Run-Trai-Studio Footwear & Apparel Business Unit. Apply your developing creative intellect with a purposeful and curious sense of exploration to drive newness, excitement and move the brand forward.
  • Support, manage and maintain the Materials Library, Color Lab and Maker Lab. Keep spaces organized, prep inspiration & trend boards and displays both weekly and for Seasonal Launches.
  • Work collaboratively with Global head of Color & Material Creative Director in the application and conceptualization of 3D Concepts through Key Shot software from existing 3D Assets.
  • Scan & Organize Footwear Materials using Vizoo Material Scanner for Key Shot application.
