Your Talent
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Previous relevant experience in a supply/planning and purchasing environment or a similar role, Strong understanding of supply chain and purchase order process.
- Must be numerate, logical, and accurate with excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in procurement software and inventory management systems, experience with SAP environment a plus but not essential.
- Knowledge and confidence of Microsoft Office 365 and MS Teams, Advanced Excel – VLOOKUP’s, Pivot Tables, power queries etc
- Experience in planning and supplier management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Professional certification (e.g., CIPS) is a plus.

Your Mission
- Supervising the team of Purchasing controllers.
- Regular checks of PO master for errors.
- Continued Buy Report checks.
- Provide continued support with projects/embargos.
- Regular maintenance of styles to make sure they are buying ready.
- Liaising with relevant departments to action carry overs/set ups.
- Regular Holding file checks, communicating/ actioning what is required.
- Run rolling balance, investigate/inform of late PO’s.
- Support/assist Purchasing team when required.
- Be the go-to person for Purchasing queries from immediate team as well as stakeholders.
- Help provide shipping/logistic solutions when required.
- Investigate supply deviations and take corrective action.
- Complete yearly appraisals for Purchasing controllers.
